Wow I absolutely love this place! The staff is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable but not pushy or rude. They have an amazing selection of toys! I have never seen such a large selection anywhere else! My husband and I shop here often, but I would feel very comfortable coming here alone, given the fact that its clean, and nowhere near as creepy or threatening like other adult stores Ive visited in the past! Thank you Studio 21 we will definitely be back again!

I was wary the first time I came here, because I’ll admit the building looked a little old and I was worried it would be like that awful Zebulon place out in Roselle.Studio 21 isn’t like that at all, though. The staff is so warm, and welcoming. I was really nervous about buying stuff in an actual store where I could possibly run into someone, but I had gotten ripped off by a few Amazon sellers trying to buy vibrators online, so I bit the bullet and went in. And I’m so glad I did.These nice girls helped me pick a great toy, and they made sure I had all of the information I needed to take care of it and make it last, and they gave me a paper with everything I needed to register it with the maker. I love my new vibrator, and I’m so glad that I got to get it from a small business instead of some big box whatever.

This store has been here FOREVER! It has a helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff Never experienced any of sort of the behavior stated by previous reviews (Possibly competitors?) Ive been to this store many times and theyve always been courteous. Its one of the cleanest adult stores in the area. I can bring my wife here and not worry about guys staring at her like a piece of meat. Thank you folks for the amazing service and products! Keep up the great work!

Staff was very rude. Wouldn’t let me in with an expired I.D. My two other friends were let in but one of them had an expired i.D as well. When we questioned her she gave me completely fabricated story on why she couldn’t take it. Wil not come back or recommend to my friends. Will be sharing my experience with others on other social outlets.

Actually just came here to do some research for a sex psych essay. I don’t know if the staff there thought I had a fake ID or something because I look young (I’m 20), but I was stared at the entire time I was there. I was hoping to also find a toy store that I would actually go to, but the staff made me so uncomfortable I’m definitely not going back. I’ll just have to try the ones in Chicago I suppose.

I have occasionally visited Studio 21 for over 10 years. The customer service there has been hit or miss. I stopped in New Years Eve to pick up one item. There was a man in front of me trying to exchange a DVD. Instead of them taking his word for it that the DVD freezes they decide that they need to test the DVD. Neither one of the ladies behind the counter acknowledges that I am waiting (the only other patron in the store). As I am standing in line with my ONE item waiting to check out one of the ladies starts digging in a box to find a cord to hook up a portable DVD player. The second lady just stands there and still does not motion to check me out while the other lady is looking for a cord. She finds the cord, plugs up the DVD and proceeds to play the DVD while Im still waiting. At this point, I become a little annoyed because it does not take 2 people to play and check a DVD. I politely ask if one of them could ring me out while youre playing the DVD and I get a sigh and roll of the eyes by one of the ladies. Now Im extremely annoyed!!!On another occasion, I bought almost $300 worth of clothing for a photo shoot. I didnt need the corset I bought and decided I wanted to exchange it for some other items. I understood the return policy, but was I told that I could not exchange the corset because it is a personal item. A Corset?? Not panties or stockings, but a Corset! Really?? After that, I started ordering my clothing online again since the sites I use do allow clothing returns.I will not be stopping at this place again. I would rather plan ahead and order my things online.
