Wasnt sure what to expect, and honestly didnt really know much about anything I was looking at but Delilah not only made me feel at ease, but also helped me with all my questions even though I was there almost an hour.. also took care of all the other guests that came in and did the same for them. Great sense of humor, great vibe, and great customer service! 10/10

Delilah was SO knowledgeable about all the products I asked about and really took her time helping me through all the questions you always want to ask but never do. She made me feel very comfortable, like we were just friends having a chat. Im definently going to be back and Ill honestly call ahead to make sure shes the one behind the register! Thanks so much!The store is also immaculate and they have band sanitizers at the door. Masks are required (thank goodness).

Supposed to be open at 10. It’s 10:15 , all open signs are on, the door is locked and there’s nobody answering the phone. All signs and lights are also on on the inside. Someone is clearly there. They just don’t want to work.

Nadria was a complete horror. Yelling at me and my sister when we had questions. Refused the help she promised and very rudely mishandled my 60$+ toy. Way overpriced much better shops around i do not recommend going here if you respect yourself.. Posting link on youtube of her later.

Had a horrible experience today in this shop. First the lady working was rude beyond belief To my wife and myself. Then after I leave my card that I used to make payment on git drained !!!!!!! Somehow someone hacked my card and drained it. Now this is the only place I used the card in the last month!! Watch out for Rose she will steal your money

This layout while a bit larger than most other locations doesnt give up the personal experience with the space when looking for items or suggestions. Each of the staff every time I have been here have gone above when needed and also been quick when I. A hurry. If you work nights or are here im The evenings look for Mandy; great customer service and very quick to help each customer. Def a location I go to in the North Dallas part of town.
