Me, the wife, and 2/4 kids had fun here. We started out bowling, then bumper cars, then go karts, then bumper cars again. I know it has something to do with safety, but I would have liked the go karts to be faster. Other than that, I would recommend again.

Absolutely no covid protocols or safety measures! I had heard they were only using every other bowling lane to keep social distances. NOT TRUE! Last night they put 4-8 people on each lane next to us. I asked manager he said there is no covid policy for bowling

Prime Time is the ideal place to take your family to have some fun. So many things to do! Bowling, arcade, bumper cars, pool tables and so much more. Good food, great prices, best of all, very friendly staff. Yall are the best! Thank you for showing my son and I a great time!!

Fun and fairly safe for the kids during Covid... Only thing is they needed to more closely enforce the mask wearing policy. Maybe they are a little timid in doing so, but its a policy. Enforce it better. Also, the putt putt course sucks and its one of the few outside attractions, they should upgrade it for more outside fun. Hardly anyone was on the putt putt.

The staff was friendly. Looks closed because the lights are really dim. We had a fun time but would of been better if we it wasnt so dark when we were putt putting.

People that work there dont seem to care bout the people that come in

This is the he place to go and celebrate a birthday! We had a birthday party there for my eight-year-old son and had a blast! Its not like this was my first rodeo. they have bowling, virtual reality games, laser tag, games of all sorts, and bumper cars! The real small guys area is all padded and or inflated. The wee ones enjoy that tremendously. The Establishment is always squeaky clean and the staff are awesome to deal with. We will be back again!

Family fun that dont cost an arm and a leg. This place is so fun and filled with so many activities for families. My kids loved the arcade and bumper cars. I hate that my 10 and 9 year olds couldnt ride the go-carts because they were too short! Should go by age not height!

It was a good time on a company outing. Its really geared towards teens and younger. Lots of games and the go karts is always a good time. Bowling is always a favorite. Has a good variety of snacks at the bar.

Passing thru town and decided to stop for something fun to break up our drive. We were impressed by the staff and the facilities. Anything you might enjoy it seems they have - bowling, arcade, laser tag, go karts etc. The employees working there were super awesome - the batting cages were down tonight so they comped our shoe rentals. Bowling prices quite reasonable but the arcade was overpriced in our experience

We went there to bowl. We paid for an hour and bowled 2 and a half games. The desk gave us an extra 15 minutes to finish up our last game for free. Fun place with a lot of different activities.

My boys couldnt keep up with the laser tag, bowling, arcade. We had a blast.

I took the whole family to try the escape room! 19 yr old 16 and 12 ur olds all had a blast and cant wait to try the other room!!

Wonderful facility for entertainment, but bowling was very disappointing. We are visiting from out of town and took the kids bowling. We wanted to play two games, but staff convinced us with 6 people play by the hour. It took us 20 minutes just to get through the 1st frames as lane #15 broke down 4 times, and we had to keep chasing down staff, who eventually after our request did move us us to another lane. By that time the kids had lost total interest. Other amenities looked very entertaining, but as for poor quality ball choices, and constant equipment malfunctions, if your wanting to actually go bowling, I recommend giving other locations a try first.

Parents, if you have a child 5 and under do not take your kid to primetime the lil kid play area. Its over priced at 8.50 to play on the lil toys they have and parents if you think you want to play with your kids think again the stuff wont you go anywhere but the floor area. My suggestion to get more bang for your buck go to Max Air. For 3 ppl with the socks its like 18 dollars for an hour but its worth the money. Its bigger area to play and more things that the whole family can do. The lil kid play area at primetime should be taking out to stop wasting ppl money. Ppl also please stop lying on the reviews that this place is 5 stars. Its over priced and a place that is not for kids 5 and under.

We were visiting my cousin in Stamford who has Cerebral Palsy. The staff was wonderful. They were very helpful. We all enjoyed our time bowling.

I really enjoy coming here. There are so many things to do with your family. It can be a bit expensive but definitely worth it if it isnt something you do often and want to treat the family to a great.

Had a great time bowling and hadnt been in years. Facility was nice and lanes worked pretty well. Had one instance where the ball wouldnt return but the staff promptly fixed the issue then credited our down time. Definitely suggest renting by the hour vs. single game. The arcade was ok, but I was not familiar with most of the games. Still had a lot of fun and the kids will enjoy it.

Pretty disappointed they discontinued the BYOB option for the adults only area. Only bowling alley Ive heard of that doesnt serve beer. They are opening the new area social with axe throwing but dont have a bar.

Wonderful place to bring your kids. I brought my family there on sunday and we had two great young gentlemen, Aaron and colton, help us out. They were very patient with my 2 younger sons. Best family entertainment center out there highly recommend it

This was the 2nd time we celebrated our Anniversary here. We have had so much fun each time that we will probably celebrate here again next year. It is good to go to a place and forget about everything else. My only complaint is the prices are extremely high. We spent over $100 in 90 minutes just playing in the arcade. The cheapest game is $1.25 each!!

Overall it was nice. The putt putt area could have been better maintained.

This place is run down and is just sad. Dont take you kids here if you dont want them to learn a lot of four letter words from the other people playing putt putt. The mosquitos are horrible, the landscaping is about dead and the grass isnt cut adding to the mosquito problem. Half the water features are not operational and are just holding nasty stagnant water where even more mosquitos are growing. I do not plan to take my family here again until I hear it has improved. Very disappointed.

I am a member of a group which held its annual banquet there. Meal was cafeteria-style. Very good food. I am not a gamer, but there seemed to be a wide variety of games to play.

Youll have a prime time here. Seriously though, its good. Ive has a few inconveniences here but really they werent a big deal. Its a good place to spend a Saturday night with friends. Its expensive but what isnt?

A fun place to take your family. The arcade prices seem a bit high, but they are probably inline with prices at just about any arcade nowadays. There is a really fun playground for younger kids in addition to bowling, laser tag, go-karts, and mini golf.

Probably the best family fun park I have ever been too. Very clean and well maintained, everything felt new. Staff was professional and friendly.

Expensive but so much fun! Youre better off paying for the unlimited bracelets so you can do everything multiple times! We easily spent 4 hours there with our bracelets. My kid slept Damn good that night!

We had a blast. It was my aons birthday and they gave him a free $10 giftcard to spend while we were there.

Bowling alley not properly oiled, games are expensive, dont expect mortal combat, tekken, teenager games. The games appear to focus on 3-7 years of age, they offer entertainment at a price, virtual reality game limited to childish programming. Staff is pleasant with customers.

Customer service was nice and polite. Half of the games were out of order. Wished there were more arcade games.

Eric is the prime time manager I think is awesome guy. Him and his staff were excellent. Any way they can make you feel comfortable and have a good time they will do it. With kids running around having fun it can be stress full ,but with Eric and his staff there was very little stress. Which meant PARENTS had fun with there kids and enjoyed every bit with the family. Thank you Eric and prime time family.

My 3 year old daughter left and said thats awesome momma! She loved it so that means so did I! We didnt eat the food or do bumper cars so I dont know about that stuff but the small children section was great!

Such a friendly staff. Laser tag was great family fun. The large pizza is actually a large pizza. And bowling was fun. They had the tools to make bowling easier for the little one. 4 thumbs up from my family.

This place has games for all ages its virtual reality game is pretty fun to I would recommend taken your whole family search fun.

Outside was not clearly marked for the banquet area. I entered through the front door and asked where to go. The young lady didnt know and had to ask. I was directed to go through the glass doors. Didnt know you had to also enter through another set of double doors. Finally found out where I should be. On the bright side of things. The food served was excellent.

If you have a little one 2-5 years that wants to interact with you, Prime Time Island indoor playground is not the place... you are limited to stand on the floor and are not allowed to play with your kids. On top of that it felt a little bit racist. We are latino and the lady watching over the area gave us 2 warnings for being on places we thought were ok and are not labeled as “kids only” but the white folks wearing shoes instead of socks and jumping in the other toys that they are not supposed to, not one peep. The only reason I’m still here is cause my wife told me to calm down but I won’t be coming back. To think I was going to plan a birthday here...

I can take my family here and know that they would actually enjoy themselves.

This place is fantastic, it can get expensive rapidly, but its great. If you can spend most of the day here, get the ultimate pass and you can really get your moneys worth. The pass includes bowling, mini golf, go karts, bumper cars, and laser tag. Perhaps even more, Im unsure. The laser tag alone is worth going here. Theres also an escape room, which I will definitely be back to try out. The Hologate thing is one of the coolest things Ive ever done, I really liked it. I recommend it, go enjoy yourself, have fun.

Finished up the last night of a long road trip there and the family really enjoyed it. The unlimited game play on Tuesday night made it quite affordable. Of course, some of the games were broken and the F/X theater wasnt in 3D and the teen age staffers were only marginally attentive, but still a pleasant evening overall.

Very disappointed with my family fun night out. Staff was very distracted and disrespectful. Not my best experience at Primetime. Don’t think I’ll be back in the future or at least until staff changes faces.

Everything is ridiculously over priced. Two Lgr soda and two small 15 bucks! And every arcade game is 2 dollars or more. Bowling is about the only thing worth it. I understand its a business , to make money. But we wont be going back.

Kind of expensive, but worth it for a special occasion. Many fun things to do from Go Carts, and Putt Putt Golf outside to bowling, batting cages, games, bumper cars, and laser tag inside. Have a place and pricing for parties. Concessions and pizza.

My daughter said it would have been better if there was more time allotted on the Go-Karts. Food and drinks are definitely over-priced, but the staff was friendly and helpful. Plus, for as many people that were in there the place was super clean!

Awesome place!!! We went with a pretty large group, (four adults, one preteen, and one child) and we all had a blast! I didnt give five stars because some of the games in the arcade werent working, and the music they had playing was inappropriate for kids, I mean, really Taylor Swifts look what you made me do. now does that sound appropriate for a three year old to you? Besides that, everyone had fun.

This place was a total joke. My 9 year old was looking forward to coming back to Abilene solely for PrimeTime. And to quote him “That was disappointing”. Understatement of his life. On the bright side my 4 and 6 year old loved it, but of course they like spinning in circles til they almost throw up.Every time we visit it’s a must to go here but it’s been a few years, and apparently that’s the last time some of the games have been working. And I can say without a doubt we will not be back.All we did was the arcade, so my review is based only on that waste of money and space. How do I start, I bought 3 cards(50/25/25) they had to be replaced, because (big surprise) the cards don’t work either. The games were garbage, falling apart, not working. Three of them rebooted on us mid-play. Tickets were out in majority of the games.Desperate to get out of there and needing to waste money fast we swiped on the $12 guaranteed win claw game. Played that for at least 30 minutes, grabbed the same horse 3 times for It to be held hostage for 10 seconds just to open up and drop It back in the exact slot I grabbed It from. This in and of itself was a miracle since the controller was broke and It took 3 Hail Marys and 1 our father just to do that. Finally by the grace of your chosen supreme being a unicorn accidentally fell in the prize slot.So ready to leave we gave our 400+ tickets to some other poor saps who fell for the BS and told my kids we’d go to target for toys.But not to be totally negative at least It wasn’t packed. On spring break. That should say plenty.I would pass on Way Past It’s Primetime.

Employees are not helpful to the customer. Lines are always ridiculously long to pay or to turn in tickets. Employees would rather hide then help the customer. Half of the card readers dont work for the games. Primetime needs someone to seriously manage the business better.
