More affordable than other places of it likeness in town. Pizza way overpriced, as expected, but decent. Service was slow due to being understaffed. That being said it was still pretty clean. Younger kids will love it!

This is a great place to take kids. They have a new game play deal where you can play as much as possible within the allotted time frame that you purchase. This was a great deal for the family I was with that had two kids. They only bought one card and rotated it between the kids. We did not eat but the kids had a great time playing games!

We arrived, had been waiting to be checked in....the put us to the side and then gave out reservation to someone behind us. We had to wait 30 minutes to get a new table set up and ready. We also had to then wait after receiving our table before we could start out part as for nothing had been ready....We where given one childs table and the other tables next to them where unavailable for use at first as for the chairs had been zip tied to the table legs . We where left standing for a while until some finally allowed us to use one of the zip tied tables. The workers tried to make up for the issues....still could have been done better. Did not receive our full time at our table, we where rushed so that the next part could take place... did not get our full time do to the employe mistakes.

Customer service and manager were super friendly and nice. Been a long time since the fam has been to one, but miss the play areas and variety of games felt smaller. All in all the kids had fun and staff was great. Oh yea, and COVID is BS.

The price of 10 dollars and unlimited games! Wow you cant beat that.

I cant give a review for the pizza because we usually eat elsewhere before or after. Salad bar has enough options to satisfy most people. Usually kept very clean. The play room is where its at. We like to take the kids on a weekday when there arent many people there and buy a timed card. Unlimited games for the amount of time you pay for and the prices are reasonable. Great selection of games for toddlers to adults and generous tickets. My wife and I have just as much fun as our kids do.

The cheese has changed their platform.... And I like it. You can play unlimited games for one price you choose the amount of time. It is not a bad deal. Their pizza is still not very great..... But thats to be expected. My son loves it.

I took my grandkids today. Chris who is the manager was so nice and helpful. The facility was clean. What a great experience.

This place took all my tickets and said that I stole them they said I was stupid and not wroth anything these people hurt my feelings

Our granddaughter had a blast, most of the games were age appropriate. There was a good variety on the salad bar, the pizza wasnt bad. Over all it was a good time. Chuckie Cheese needed more of a personality.

Food was good. Games were easy for my 6 year old grandson to play. It was clean. Staff was courteous. Even the adults enjoyed playing the games. For 8 people it was not super expensive.

Friendly people and super tasty pizza

We really enjoyed our time at Chuck E. Cheese as always, the food was great, the people were friendly, the games were all but one working properly and our kids had a blast! My only disappointment was the live chuck E. cheese mouse dance and ticket splash. They built it up with a countdown and the live character was late, unenthusiastic, didnt give us any opportunity for pictures with our child who was so excited to see him. He really didnt look like he wanted to be there at all and just did it to get it over with which was frustrating.

This is a great location. Clean and the food is always good. The staff is attentive and fixes minor inconveniences as they arise. PLEASE BRING BACK THE BUFFET....it was one of the main reasons we frequented this establishment.

This is literally the worst place I have ever been!!! We will NEVER have another Birthday Party there!!

The food was good and everything was clean. The staff that I spoke to were very friendly and courtious. The hours online are wrong and the place actually opens at 10am on Saturday. We had the place to ourselves until 11. No playground area is the only reason I took a star away but it is one of the smaller ones Ive been to.

Mouse came out every hour to sing and dance with kids and take pics

Chuck E Cheese is good entertainment for a kids Birthday Party but the adults got the Salad Bar and for the $7.99 price it was totally not worth it. There werent even Tomatoes on the Salad Bar! The kids had fun and thats why we were there. If you want a good Pizza and Salad Bar Buffet, I would recommend Mr Gattis or Potters Pizza.

The pizza was good but when we got it.it was a med.not a lg.so we asked what happened.the cashier came out and said that it was a lg.but served in a med pan cause they were out of LG pans.it didnt make sence but there was nothing we could do.there were a bunch of us and they all made fun of u

Took 40 min just to order at the counter when we walked in. Only 2 family’s in front of us and cashier kept messing up. Then took almost an hour to get out food and when we finally got it, it was barely warm.

We had my grandsons birthday party there they where late setting up our tables but the hostess did do her best to make it right but I believe the manager did a poor job in assisting her in making things right

What can I say that hasnt already been said a hundred times?

Price is good, kid friendly and safe environment.

First off our pizza was covered in grease, and we couldn’t eat it because it was so nasty. Second, their customer service is horrible!! My family will not be returning in the future.

The salad bar was awesome.

Place was a little bit out of order. Birthday partys going on and couldnt tell one from the other. The pizza came out and was hot but seemed dry the meat on the pizza was just really cheewy. Afterwards we tried to load money on their play cards and the kiosk wouldnt let us load our money then took our money and had to go back to the counter to get a refund. Finally got money on the card and kids are starting to play the games and the games says they are winning tickets... But no tickets the machines kept running out and they say they will be right there to fix it and hand your child the tickets they played for and then never come. Ultimately Im never having my childs birthday there again.

Did buffet. Wont do that again. Little selection. A green salad with condiments. My 3 year old had a good time but for $35 for 3 to eat and one to play games was pricey. Will never go back.

Food is below satisfaction. Games are regular or ticket based. Takes $220 in tickets to get a $3.50 item, 80% of kids are afraid of walking chuck in costume, 100% of children are terrified by on stage robotic animals. They converted to cards versus tokens. Not sure what to do with collection of tokens that many family members still possess. Seven games children enjoy to play, 15+ games nobody likes to touch or just plain not enjoyable for any age group.

Great family place for all kinds of fun

It is a fun place for kids, but very noisy, and was crowded on this Saturday. There were several tables reserved for specific Birthday Parties, but no name or time of party, which made for very limited seating if you were a walk in customer.

They were nice and caring.

We had a blast

I just had my daughters birthday party here. It was great. The kids each got 2 hours of playtime on the games, aa well as goodie bags, collectable cups, and a pizza per 5 kids. It was a bit pricey, but not as much as I thought it would be, and the staff was very accommodating. We all had a really good time, the kid absolutely loved it. As a bonus, the pizza was surprisingly good. I recommend this place.

Where do i start......every table in there was dirty, certain games that were suppose to give out tickets didnt work, ticket redemption machine was down, it took forever to redeem the tickets for prizes. Whats worst is that it took FOREVER to get someone to fix these problems. I will never go here again instead Im just gonna to Mr. Gattis!!!!!!

The kids and I had a blast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. If tonight was how the store is all the time as far as the atmosphere goes then we will deff. be back.

They dont have a play area for toddlers anymore. I was disappointed. It seemed to be all video games & 3 little stationary rides for toddlers.

Frozen pizza blow theirs away, I found theirs inedible. How is this place still in business, just seemed like a very sad place. Feel sorry for the employees.
