Went to a work Christmas party here and had a wonderful time! The building is beautiful and a great space for a party or meeting. My only minor complaint would be that bathrooms (at least on 3rd floor) are single and with a huge crowd in attendance, a line will form. We had a bar area set up next to the bathroom so the lines from the bar merged with the bathroom lines and it got tough to move around.

Great place to hold your special function! Neat old building, helpful folks. Kitchen, bathrooms, sound system, and elevator if needed. Well maintained. Excellent experience with plenty of parking. Second time to lease for an event.
