Really nice area. Peaceful with great views

Park Manager is awesome shes very friendly and helpful. Is clean and kept up. You can wash your clothes in the laundry room which has 3 new washers and dryers. Sit and relax and watch TV or use the Wifi in the nice new clubhouse. Or play a little pool in the game room. It has an outdoor pool and an indoor jacuzzi. Has a couple of outdoor BBQS and picnic tables. Small playground for the kids. It even has a carport were u can wash your vehicle. The price is very reasonable. Only thing I wish it did have was more street lights it gets really dark at night.

We stayed there for one month this past Aprilof 2020 we kept to ourselves so we didnt have any problems. However, the park is managed very poorly as there are many issues going on there and on top of that the manager Janice never never answers the phone nor return your calls. Till this date July 10, 2020 we still have not received our $250 deposit back. I keep calling and living messages and no answer. Very didsapointing with the dishonesty of their manager. I wouldnt stay there again or recommend anyone to stay there.

My friends mom lives here. She is a great lady. That is not what Im going to talk about. I have had a chance to work for a number of people within this park. I have found them to be some of the nicest people in Tehachapi. I dont know why they have collectively moved to this park. I never have had any problem with anyone who lives here. I have noticed through my comings and goings, this parks ground are always very clean and orderly. Its A Nice Place To visit.

The manager Janice, (the one sleeping with the tenants) is a very rude lady. Thats all

We lived here for over a year. In that time, I have seen drugs, cops, kids running unsupervised that are grossly unkept. A water leak by the clubhouse that ran for 6 months, electricity turned off parkwide without warning, terrible gossip and nosey neighbors. A manager who slept with several tenants,(and is still employed) and is married. She is rarely onsite, so forget those office hours. It looks nicely kept on the outside. But I wouldnt recommend anyone living here. The permanent houses are always up for sale because there is a major decline. Dont move your family here.

Just a dump. Dog poop everywhere, indoor furniture on porches or outside campers, potholes, stoned parents and unkempt kids. Requests from management go ignored...and that’s just the beginning.

Affordable. Nice. Pretty clean. Fairly quiet. Blacktop streets. Good for extended RV stays.
