It was a normal trailer park. Very nice tenants.

My elderly friend has stayed in this park for a while. When I first realized that the maintenance personnel was daily stopping by to check on him, it really put my mind at ease.I think there’s some great employees there that go above and beyond.Thank you Rich for looking out for the residents there.

Okay, manager. The maintenance personnel, I have found, to be much more approachable than the management. He is very friendly and has the knowledge regarding how the place is run. He will go out of his way to help you or get your question answered.

I ended up staying here for a few months a while back. I did have problems with numerous things originally, but the maintenance guy there, Rich Was beyond helpful, very knowledge about basically every aspect of general construction. He fixed everything and in quick order.They made me feel like I was the most important person on their list. They took care of every complaint I had immediately.I would recommend this place to my own Grandmother because of that maintenance man.

I AM A CARE GIVER FOR A MAN WHO LIVES THERE. THERE ARE A LOT OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN THIS PARK. THE YOUNG PEOPLE IN THIS PARK WORK HARD TO KEEP THE PARK LOOKING NICE. THEY HAD A CAT PROBLEM. THE PARK WAS OVER RUN WITH FERRAL CATS. THE YOUNG PEOPLE ROUNDED THEM ALL UP AND TOOK THEM TO MOJAVE ANIMAL SHELTER.The maintenance man is very friendly and very professional. He makes a person feel very much at home. He is the go to guy!

I moved into the mobile home park three months ago and I had moved into a mobile home that was essentially uninhabitable and the maintenance man Rich took care of everything and had my home move in ready in less than three days Rich is awesome plus that guy, Rich was so knowledgeable about everything when it comes to trailers, I wouldn’t go or have my family go anywhere else.
