This is also called z fun factory they have a full menu and a bar with adult activities as well as kids much better than Chuck e cheeses and if you are eating dinner JC is a very good waiter I recommend his section.this is an all nighter full of fun food drinks and video games and go karts you will not be disappointed

A great water park to soak up in the water. It costs about $25 per person for adults or you can get a season pass from $89 - $110. Giving minus one star because each time you go you have to sign a waiver. Even if you are over 18. They should be able to keep the waiver online.

I havent been there in a while and stopped by because I seen a post on Facebook about the new hrs of operation, nonetheless, had me some wings because I been craving that finger licking .... Mmmm. Thank you Fun Factory for being open and the team is just simply great.

BUT LOTS and LOTS of STAIRS to get IN there’s STAIRS to get to ANY Ride there r more STAIRS like 100 STAIRS to get to the restroom there’s more STAIRS to get food MORE STAIRS to get to the baby section U guessed it MORE STAIRS to get the the slides on pirate Island MORE STAIRS, so be ready for STAIRS and the life guards r KIDS-like 18 so or so very NICE but r SUPER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!WORRIED about running/ walking to fast !!! There was sand not much / GRASS EVERYWHERE IN the pool they do not MOW the GRASS or edge it Never ever, bathrooms were not kept up, floats were thrown everywhere and looked dingy from dirt. No one was ever seen picking dirty cups up or picking UP there was cups ALL the way Around the the LAZY RIVER and on corners UNDER stairs/pools.

We LOVE this place! It is a great place to stay all day long! The water slides are better than Great Wolf Lodge. The food is incredible and there are plenty of indoor activities to do too when you need a break from the sun. Even in the winter months the Z factory is perfect to go catch a game while the kids are entertained. We have been staying at home thinking about the places we can’t wait to go once the world gets well and this is at the top of our list!

This is one of those places thats nice to have especially in Yuma, but its poorly managed.The grounds are over run with weeds, the cabanas are full of dirt, leaves, ants and spider webs. Still had to pay full price although the kiddie pool and speed slides were closed. Prime example of how businesses take advantage of customers and a small town because its all we have and they know we are going to go anyways not matter what condition its in.

All around great, Horrible bartender (inside the building)she seemed as if on drugs and watched her pour out a drink 3 times to make ours. She was serving people drinks made which was not ordered. That concerns me while having my child there.

The place was fun but overpriced. The kids section was fun for my kids and the three main rides were fun. There is no way Id pay all that to lug those heavy inner tubes up for three rides. The bathroom was horrendous and the lifeguards were either showing off for each other or acting like they were some kind of celebrity. You live in Yuma and work at a water park...maybe you should stop letting the the kids who shouldnt be riding the large rides instead of showing off. Btw wear water shoes or burn your feet off.

We went to arcade and they didnt have game cards available, my kids had to share one card, thats ridiculous. And alot of the games were out of order.

Fun place for the kids, but A/C is never working well and it seems like several of the games are always broken. Good food, service is usually really good.

Not so much waylons as the fun factory. Went for a meal with the family. Good service but the food (I couldnt finish a salad it was that bad)the roast of a party of 10 rated the food 2-3/10. My suggestion try brewers or Da Boys. Better food, bigger portions. Food youll actually eat.

I really enjoyed our visit, but need maintenance in the restrooms area super dirty, also there’s a lot of ants everywhere. You need a few changes to be more enjoyable.My kids had so much fun, even my 1 year old.

Yumas only waterpark! At leas for now. The park wasnt too expensive for a waterpark although it is a bit smaller than most so the prices could be more comparable. They have about 4 tube slides and 4 non-tube slides for adults then about 3 childrens slides. The childrens slides were actually pretty fun keep in mind theh do have a 350lb weight limit. Lazy river went around the whole park and wasnt too shabby. They could have used a few more tubes in the river but nothing bad. Dont forget they have an outside bar that is shaded. So get your drinks and enjoy them on the lazy river like they werent intended.

My party of 9 enjoyed the miniature golf range. It was worth $5 a pop; only 2 holes had interactive recordings but the course is decent enough, with a nice view of Yuma. Worth doing.

Great place , even if the park is busy there still plenty of things to do and enjoy.

We bought season passes to the waterpark and although we feel weve gotten our moneys worth, its clear that they dont maintain the lazy river and toddler pools at all. By the end of July, the water level is below the markings and the residue on the walls is disgusting.

Mostly empty in the summer, likely because they just play rap music all day. If they played some country, or even top 40, they might fill that place up. Shameful that music taste could drive them out of business.

Really disappointed in the only water park we have here in Yuma. Prices are pretty high and not much to do while in the water area just float round and round or wait in a long line to get onto a slide. Customer service here is unheard of apparently, the staff is rude and even management gives you attitude. Make sure you hold on to your receipts as well so you don’t get fraudulent charges on your card (I got charged for other people’s drinks). During our visit we ran our credit card for 1 drink (no open tab) and signed off on original receipt for ONE drink and come to find the bartender had left the tab open and added about $55 to our bill, that a few days later I questioned with management. Luckily I had kept my receipt with the information needed to dispute the transaction and spoke to a manager who ended up refunding that transaction. However, when I spoke to her a second time that day she argued that the receipt had been signed by the cardholder for that amount and her demeanor had changed significantly when discussing the issue I had with that. I was now more concerned about this situation because that meant someone had forged our signature in order to complete that transaction. So when I expressed my concern with the manager and recommended she look into the bartenders transaction since I was 100% sure we had not signed for all the drinks on that tab, she went to say that it didn’t matter since she had already refunded my transaction. So after this experience we will not be going back there again and for those visiting Waylon’s, be mindful of who’s running your credit card and keep your receipts because there are some fraudulent things happening at Waylon’s.

I can only blame the owner for a horrible experience.Watch your management !I had a party of 50 laat night and everything that could go wrong -did !The poor waitress was overwhelmed trying to wait on our party and the entire restaurant.(No help by Manager,who lost our reservation- I made previously,he was busy putting away Christmas decorations and standing around.)Help your staff !!!I would like to say the bartender was doing his best to accommodate everyone.Management just sucked.Would never go back !!!If you are looking to have a large party here-dont do it !!!!!!

It was very hot Inside the restaurant,they only had bottled beer cause their equipment was out of service.

This place is only a few miles from the military base and children love it. As for my experience as an adult, the park certainly needs some serious upgrades. They dont sell sunscreen or flip flops, which in my opinion, is a MUST for a small park in the middle of one of the hottest states in America. I checked out the bar in the arcade area and there was next to no one there, and it still took about 10 minutes for the bartender to even acknowledge me. Another 10 minutes after that for him to even start on my drink, which was okay at best. The place is too small for the amount of people that go there on the weekend. Theres a lot of waisted potential here. On top of all that, I caught a sinus infection from the water.

Best place in town. Come watch any game, enjoy a great burger while the kids play in the arcades. Or pay $20 dlls for a day of fun in the water slides. You cant beat this deal.

She review I left for a factory, costly for larger family however not a deal breaker. Food could be better or at least make it worth the cost thats being charged for it. Now you sign a waiver which takes more time if you have larger family but Im sure there is a reason.

We came on a group deal. Its been a very pleasant day. I think well probably be back. :)UPDATE: We came back this year and the park is still lovely .... However they didnt have 90% of the food on the menu, what they did have was inedibly horrible, and we waited a RIDICULOUSLY long time for it. This is a huge problem when youre also not allowed to bring outside snacks. Furthermore, the staff was badmouthing the visiting group (us) because we expected silverware and napkins with our food and ice in our cold drinks.... In a public area, and in fact right in front of several people from our group.Im only deducting one star today, because I believe that some retraining could fix these problems, and they are clearly capable of better. I expect to see better again on our next visit.

Not much to do there only a few slides and finding a tube to do the slides is almost impossible or to float in the lazy river but kids love it

Loved it. Arrived before 10 today. We wanted a Cabana. Well worth the $50 for the day especially with 5 adults, one pre-teen and my 15 month old grand daughter. Much easier to keep an eye on her with only one exit. Only two issues. One bathroom was out of TP but we had wipes, no changing table or changing room but we made do. Second was using the handicap ramp for stroller with all the toddler needs. Last portion was carrying up about 20 steps. But we persevered and it definitely wont stop us from returning. Left at 5:00. Had a great time.

The second time I have been there and ridicules and stupid how they make you go up and down the stairs to get drinks and food seriously if they are all up in safety well is very dangerous carring food and drinks and if you need a refill also to be going up and down nah I. Very disappointed obviously this new owner down know how to do business ... I think they need to sit down and actually think about how to accommodate a client/customers because to what the manager or supervisor said that he is never reachable for a complain ... soo nope never again I rather spend my money somewhere else ....

The water park is closed Monday through Friday. It would have been nice to know before we drove 2 hours to go visit. It is not posted on their website. Oterwise it looks like a great place. Its open on the weekend.

For the amount you pay per person you would think it would be better. I could of take my family of 4 to great wolf lodge for 45 dollars more and that includes the hotel.

Went there today for a little bit. Im glad to see theyre open again, but some of the kids working there didnt seem enthused to be there at all. Everyone seemed confused on how the lines work at the main counter inside. I was just looking for prices on the water park (which ought to be posted behind the cashiers) and started waiting behind other people. Then the line started getting longer but in a different direction. So I moved. When I got closer, I thought I was next and one of the employees started helping a family that was already being attended to. She seemed to be avoiding eye contact with me and looked in the line next to me for a woman to help. After that, it was obvious I was still waiting in her line. I told her I just wanted to know if there was a price list and I was directed to the front counter where there was one pamphlet. Then at the ticket redemption counter, my kid put his tickets in the feeder and the boy working there just looked at it, pointed at it, didnt say anything. Usually these people help the kids out and let them know what choices of toys they have to select from and try to sell some. He didnt say a word. He just had the whatever attitude about it all and kept looking off behind us. I still love the place and Ill be going back, but I was just really unimpressed with the customer service.

Worst experience ever. Arrived at 1:40 p.m. on Sunday, October 14, 2018. Drink order taken at 1:50 p.m., food order taken at 2 p.m.45 minutes later; I located our server, he states aloud I am going to check the kitchen. I stopped him and asked after 45 minutes you dont know? His response was weve had a bunch of problems with the kitchen staff. Needless to say that didnt give me much confidence in the quality of the food. I chose to pay for the drinks and cancel my unprepared order. Will never visit this business again.

Best water park in town!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Only real water park in town!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!A little expensive but great for parties!!!!!!!!!!My best advice is to not buy all day passes and wait till later in the afternoon and get half day passes theres not enough at the park to do to keep you all day to make it worth paying for an all day pass!!!!
