I had a framing emergency today and David in framing was absolutely the pinnacle of the customer service standard. He went above and beyond to ensure I got what I needed today when I think most people would have turned me away or not put in the effort. David if you can read this (or your bosses) you deserve a raise! If any people read this review and want a great person to help you with your frames, find David!

Such a great experience in the store. The temperature in the ambience was amazing. Found everything that I needed. Customer service was spot-on. Quick and easy checkout as well.

I love shopping at Michaels but this last time I was there, the cashier was new and needed assistance from a manager, the manager that came up to help out was kind of rude and didnt seem like she was happy to be at work. She was even rude to the employee, it made me feel uncomfortable I felt bad for the employee.

I was looking for an item. I asked a young girl and instead of using her headset to ask another coworker. She sends me to the front cashier. The other cashier she used their headset to meet another lady to help me. The young girl needs to have more training.

This Michaels is very clean and organized with excellent variety. I feel the lines are short or at least move quickly. The staff are friendly and quick to lend a hand. I haven’t attended one of their craft classes but they offer a great variety.

Awesome I had questions about craft magnets, and the store manager Walked me directly to the the products I was searching for! He literally walked me to find three different items, he took his time was very humble and happy to help me find all my craft needs! Awesome well worth the drive from orange!

Good ole Michaels. Store has quite a few 50,60 and 70% off clearance items from Spring and 4th of July. Lots of florals on sale. Store pretty well stocked. Cashiers wiping down pin pads and counter very frequent. All employees very kind and wearing masks.

My kids and I love this store! The staff is always friendly and helpful! The store is bright and well organized, and we love the new central seasonal display. Many of the products are reasonably priced, and the app makes finding things and having coupons in-store much easier.

One of my favorite places. Im an artist, so this is heaven. I buy online and pick up at the store. Most of the time everything is 40% of tHe puck up in store service.

Employees were very helpful and alerted us to special savings.

The staff are helpful and its located next to Kohls, BB&B and Best Buy. They always have sales and clearance items also.

Excellentplace to have picture framing done. Imnot the crafting type, so the stores only real appeal for me is the picture framing. They do a great job and are very fast.

Wow! Associates have a deep knowledge + gracious, professional tone. Associate Alicia (Aly) is a fantastic example of the latter. She knew my question in a snap.Hobby Lobby associates could learn from this group. No death stares, cocky holier-than insanity peeps.

I am coming in neutral here.Went here to find a coloring book for my nephew... they had every crayon, markers and construction paper packet you could have dreamed of, but not one single coloring book.The store was slammed due to the holidays, and it appeared very picked through. Maybe they did have them and sold out.Other than that, parking is great!

Michaels has a wide variety of crafting supplies. They have inexpensive frames and custom framing. I used their buy online with in store pick up to take advantage of an online sale. Worked perfectly. Although I did not receive a ready for pick up e-notice, i took a chance and went in. The items were ready and waiting.

Large store, nice supply of craft items. Beads for jewelry are almost always on sale and they have an extensive selection of scrapbooking materials. I love their baskets amd boxes, and yarn area and they have a nice wide selection of price points for art supplies.

Not sure what was going on, like if the cashiers were depressed or something- I get it- but they were insanely slow cashiers. Two cashiers, 2 people in line, I waited almost 10 minutes before or person was able to move up to the register. I left what I was going to purchase.

Michaels is awesome. Super cute Halloween decor. Came in for dry erase markers. Found a bunch of other stuff I wasnt looking for but couldnt resist.

This particular Michaels is the most organized and presentable Michaels Ive ever been to. Bought two large frames at 75% discount. Woohoo. The sales are real.

I have no knowledge of crafts. I wanted to buy some kind of craft for my grandkids. Desperately needed help. I received very little help. No one is around to take time to assist someone like me, whom never had an interest in crafts. I spent an hour browsing, left empty handed. Do s lot of nothings

Ive shopped at Michaels for more than 20 years. Its a great place to find a variety of craft items for a reasonable price. Custom framing is also available. Coupons are almost always online. The store is not too large and easily navigated. My only complaint is check-out can be slow.
