Great place to get paintings and puzzles framed

Excellent service, product and prices. I trusted WestArt to frame a limited edition Hermes Scarf and the finished product is absolutely gorgeous. I actually had another company frame it previously and it was not up to my exceptions but WestArt was able to mount and frame the scarf to perfection. I am still in shock of the quality compared to my previous experience. Highly recommend and I will be returning for my all my framing needs. Thanks against WestArt!

I recently used WestArt to frame a couple of pieces of art for my new apartment and I would give them 6 starts if that was an option. The quality of their work was beyond my expectations. I gave them a difficult silk piece to frame along with traditional art and all came out perfect. Prices were very competitive and the turnaround was extremely fast. Just moved back to Yonkers in late May this year and I am now on my third framing job with Phil. He does excellent work, is straight to the point and delivers when he says he will. He is a real New Yorker who wont suffer fools gladly but he is a good guy who takes pride in his craft. I would definitely recommend him.

I brought my Moms Christening gown to Westart that she wore in 1943. Phil designed a shadow box that turned out beautiful. This has become the most treasured piece in my home.

West Art does the best work in the area. Phil has a great eye and can turn anything into a work of art. Great prices too!

This place was most unaccommodating and the sales clerk was rude. The whole place looked disorganized and a mess. The clerk was chatting with friends, talking about staffing woes and how fixing a matte was not big enough a job and he didnt want to do it in case he made a mistake...I never heard the like of it from a framing business before. So I found Thomsons Art Store in White Plains. What a difference. The customer is treated with deference,the sales people are knowledgeable and I had the frame and matte fixed in 2 days. AND...because of the wonderful and reasonable service, I bought other frames and mattes and so too did my sister. I will tell anyone I know about Thomsons and encourage them not to step in to West and be subjected to such an obnoxious person. Even if the work was good...why be treated like dirt by some clown when you can go to a store and get excellent work from skilled craftspeople at less cost and be treated with respect. I see that the owner appears to need schooling in customer relations as he refutes the claims made by several people instead of saying he would look in to it and seek to improve. Tch, Tch!

Im giving this two stars (instead of one) because the quality of work is actually very good. However, the guy who runs the store is as shady as they come. He will hustle you for every dime he can. When he tells you how much it will cost, cut that number in half. Dont let this guy take advantage of you. Also, NEVER give him your credit card for the deposit or payment. ALWAYS use cash. All that being said if you go in to the store and your not a pushover he will do a good job.

Good selection of art, but horrible customer engagement. This is rude and a completely unprofessional image of the stores services.

Found the work to be top notch. Prices were more reasonable than Manhattan, and turnover time was good.

These guys do not disappoint...Brought in two autographed sports jerseys to be framed, which they had ready in about a week and did an amazing job. Not to mention they were the best price I could find.
