Love this Gallery. Didnt expect to walk out with a new ring from my husband for my 60th birthday. I am one happy lady ️. The staff is incredible, we all had a few laughs. Fancy, expensive, flashy one off distinctive jewellery and home decorations

I went in the day before my wedding to have my ring cleaned. The owner told me she wouldn’t do it because I didn’t buy my ring there. Obviously I’m from out of town and in the area for my wedding... I would’ve even paid to have it done. Even chain jewelry stores have no problem performing this simple service even though it wasn’t purchased from any of them... wow.I see you wrote a reply to my review.. so which is it; you don’t have the means to clean jewelry, or you don’t have the means to clean MY jewelry? Because I was very rudely told that if I didn’t buy my ring there that you would NOT clean it. Not that you couldn’t. If someone had politely told me that you didn’t have the equipment to perform the service that would be one thing... instead I got a very snippy answer that you COULD clean it had I purchased the ring from you... you guys were exceedingly and unnecessarily rude. I’m glad I didn’t purchase my ring from you and feel sorry for anyone that does.

This is my new go to place to find something special that I know will be well received and appreciated. You will not be disappointed!!

Fantastic service from this store!!!! I lost an earring and came into the store to see if they had another set. They suggested I bring in the one earring I had left. They called the artist, had another one made for me and even had the other one cleaned up! All in two weeks. I never would have thought to have this done! I am telling everyone what great service you offer. Thank you!!
