Not up to par. Okay but not even average

We had an awesome time there, our Waitress Alyssa (not how you spell it) I know, she was amazing and a character, we had a blast, and our bar tender was awesome, I believe her name was Devaina (not sure how to spell it), and the Black Jack Dealer Sue was awesome, Ive never played before and she was great, awesome personality, we will definitely be back to Winners Casino and the hotel was great too, just wish they didnt have plastic covers on the pillows cause the pillow cases come off when sleeping and super hot, and the bed was super comfy just hot cause the plastic on the bed too, other than that we had an amazing time and will tell everyone to stop and eat, stay and gamble there

The staff was really friendly. I guess I was expecting Vegas (not a chance). Room was super small for the price they were charging. Drunk people all over the place in the parking lot. Went to close the curtains before going to sleep and they were filthy! Someone had a bloody finger...disgusting!! Door had a huge gap at the bottom allowing cigarette smoke to come in our room all night. It was a non smoking room and my kid has asthma. No elevator....be ready to carry bags two flights. Needs a major upgrade.

When coming to a place that you’ve never been, and without any hotel reservations, and no recommendations, you never know what you’re going to get. After calling a couple places, I settled for here due to price. Well, the room is clean, just doesn’t look it. Bathroom fixtures in horrible condition. Blankets..pillows... no. Floor feels gross. It’s just not comfortable. Reason I gave 3 stars is because every employee I have had interaction with was so nice. From table games, to cafe, slots and front desk/cashier. Great customer service. Goes to prove that no matter how bad the product is, if the service is excellent, you get more that one star. Lol

Was a nice place to spend the night. The check-in area gave you a page of coupons to use just for staying at their place. Casino was quaint. Small but actually fun.

I stopped in to eat after work, they have most of their food options available all day, the food is always good (it is not the first time Ive stopped in to eat), the service was great, the food came out quickly and was cooked perfectly. Since the remodel it has been a much better looking place as well.

Hotel is located in a noisy part of Winnemucca, so you may have trouble sleeping. Staff in casino, bar, restaurant, and front desk were helpful and nice. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable.

Locals prefer it seems like it. They have good slot jackpots. But not big wins

Staff was pleasant and accommodating. The food was outstanding in the coffee shop. The a.c. was the only downfall it was not in the best of being able to blow cold air .

We stayed during the superior livestock sale. It was clean, convenient and the staff was very accommodating!

We are fulltime Rvers and stop in their parking lot where they allow us to spend the night for free. I love going to the restaurant in the casino. The food is a great buy and is delicious. The waitresses are so nice, the service is terrific and I was impressed by their covid standards. My wife and I gambled a little, not doing so good, but the dealer at my table was fun!

Ive stayed here before a few weeks ago, was given a CDL rate as we drive pilot escort cars across the US. The older short red haired lady working the desk was extremely rude from the get go & refused to give us a CDL rate, as her & her husband used to drive 18s & pilots cars dont count, she told us. She was rude about everything including wanting a smoking room and 2 beds. Otherwise our stay was great. Next time we roll in, if shes working the desk we will find another hotel that will give us the rate & not look at pilot cars as scum. She definately needs hospitality training!!

Great place and people the only thing is no one ever at the bar when u want a drink other than that great people I really enjoyed myself and the chef was bom he hook the food up so Im definitely coming back guys might try and get me a job thier ya

I had a great night on a stop over heading from Oregon to Arizona, the dealers where friendly and while I was winning so were they (Tips). I did end up losing money but that was only because I stayed too long but the good time I had made it worth the lost money.

Not inviting, needs renovations roof was leaking and had garbage cans on floor for water drops. I hope they are able to fix to keep their business going.

Rooms are nice and comfortable. Ac not the best. However the clerk on 8-5-20 Relena was quite possibly the rudest person I have ever felt with. Hospitality is not her forte . She has NO business working in 5he hospitality industry.

The rooms were very new and clean. The restaurant has absolutely delicious food, plentiful and very tasty. We had dinner and breakfast. Highly recommend!!

Positive: Nice helpful staff. Great casino staff. Negative: Hotel is VERY old and tired. Room was tiny. Worst of all we had a handicapped guest and there were 9 steps to the first floor. No elevator, no help, no ramp. Criminal negligence. Where is ADA compliance???

My stay was sweet felt like a rockstar at the casino have youre place then go downstairs and you are literally in the casino lol.

Bed and pillows were not comfortable. Room was clean, but nothing extra. No coffee maker, cups, or even ice buckets in the room. Very old hotel, needs an update. Would have played blackjack, but not social distancing at the tables last night. Gave two stars because the staff was nice.

Use to be best in town. Now and in past year worse and worse. The bartender today was more interested in visiting with other employees which is the norm in that establishment..we sat at a fifthy bar asking for a bartowel over and over the bartender just stood behind bar looking around. We were there 1 hr and never waited on while being only people ar bar. Horribly managed and run!!

Nice place.. Friendly staff.. I won 160 bucks in 10 min of being there.. I then left!

There arent any 3 star hotels on Hotwire or Expedia for Winnemucca, so we selected this hotel. For the value, it was just fine, but it is old and rooms are very tired. It was clean enough and you wont be disappointed if you dont have high expectations. Very good value.

Small town casino with magnets in their roulette wheel, dealers drawing cards from bottom of the deck and rude cashiers at the cage who offer little to no service when cashing out remaining chips, this place is by far the worst casino I have ever gone to

Service and Steak and eggs breakfast were very good. And players club discount made it affordable.

The renovations look great. Expanded lobby and second bar! Plus the bartenders were really cool to talk with at 730am, not very often do you get some guy trying to stump you with random drink recipes.

The slots are the tightest in town, I played 100 dollars in 10 machines and only got one 14 dollar bonus on one machine. The comps are the worst in town too. The 2 stars are for the nice staff

People working front desk not very friendly or helpful.. they also charged a credit card that was holding the room, not the one given to them at check in. All other staff working the floor were very pleasant. Not sure I would ever stay at this hotel and casino again. This was my first time in winnemucca

Plenty of parking and good employees that give you drinks before you even want one. Tip them good and they take care of you. Friendly atmosphere and good people.

Machines way to tight in Winnemucca. Gambling wasnt even fun. When you spin the reels 10 times and dont win once. It takes all fun out of it. Super Greedy. Wont be back for sure.

Room was good for price. Hotel front desk, forgot her name but it was at night and she has long brownish hair and I believe shes Hispanic, she is wonderful! Only issue was the other girl was training I was told and I, plus 2 other people were waiting on change but she decided to close her shift before giving change.

Decent place to stay. Older furnishings. Kind of dingy, but no bugs. Only one chair at the table. Fridge and microwave. I was in one the terrace rooms behind the casino. Stray cat hanging around outside. Check your bam statement if you use a credit card. They charged me extra charges and I am currently disputing them through my bank.

Kind of run down, cafeteria quality restaurant, and tiny tv in a very small room. No mini fridge! But it was a fun place to stay while traveling.

We met the coolest cat at this casino. Literally. He walked right into our room and snuggled with us. 5/5 for cat snuggles.

The only blackjack they had was a 5 deck table. BULONEY!

Stopped going there when they covered up the kitchen. Tried again after a few years due to train delay. Had to pay for milk for my coffee. Wont be going there again. Not on purpose anyway. Also got runny eggs after ordering over hard. Eggs came back burnt second time. Ive been making coffee and cooking eggs since I was 6

Was down here for 2 weeks on a fire assignment. No fires so we had to stay in a hotel the whole time. We stayed in 3 different places......this place was by far the best place we stayed. The staff was absolutely fantastic and took very good care of us. I would highly recommend this place if you are staying in Winnemucca Nevada!

Amazing time! .. lots of fun! Besides the fun gaming..the restaurant is very reasonably priced and the food was excellent! We loved the all you can eat spaghetti am9nst other menu items.. These guys are definitely on their game.. thanks for a great time

We have stayed here several times but this was the worst stay we ever had. It was Friday so we had clam chowder it was way to spicy I could not eat it, so they gave me a fruit bowl, watermelon, pineapple and honey dew melon. It was tasteless. Then on to bed. Worst mattress we ever slept on it rolled us to the middle and made it very hard to get out of. In all fairness I will say it was clear. The people were all friendly. Will have to think twice about staying there again.

We stopped by for a bite at Petes Kitchen in Winners Casino, from our downhill trip from the Great State of Idaho, I had a half-pounder beef burger with onions and a side of fries. It was just one of those come what may situation when you are hungry and just didnt care where to have a bite. The girls had their orders, and when the food came, I sank my teeth on that hamburger and wow, it was darn delicious. I have never tasted hamburger that good, and the fries were super crispy and hot. I was really taken by surprise. Our waitress was super wonderful, the place was a bit smoky...well it is a Casino, what do you expect. Definitely come back when in town.

Hotel not as nice as used to be, remodeling casino while we were there. Restuarant still has good food, but was partially being remodel too.Maybe they will upgrade hotel rooms to, they need it.

Stayed here one random night on a cross-country trip. Cheaper than anything in Reno so I figured what the hey? Theyre undergoing renovations, and well, it is a casino, so its not exactly the Ritz... But if you need to crash, this definitely does the job. Room was very clean, smelled fine, and was quiet.

Everything was great except the customer service in the restaurant. As a waitress myself the waitress I got today was not nice at all never offered me anything else to drink and never cjecked to see if my food was good and was just plain rude.. Talked to the manager he was very nice but if you want better service there you have to ask someone else.

Great dealers there. Very friendly and funny. Otherwise the atmosphere leaves something to be desired.

A place for training and for some fun. The staff here is awesome. A little run down in the training room but we made it happen.(conferance room in the basement)

It was good. I didnt expect too much as the hotel has been here forever but the rooms have been renovated, and staff were fantastic.

Going through a remodel currently, but prime rib was excellent.

Dark and dingy. Lots of shady characters around. The front desk staff was helpful, but I was worried Id get kidnapped or worse in or around the joint.

All the employees were super attentive and friendly, besides the lady that made my players club card. And the best thing about this place is they have Buffalo Keno!!!!

Weve been there 3 times now the rooms are nice. the place is a little older but clean. Very friendly and helpful people in all areas. Food in the restaurant was very good and not that expensive. And we did win a little money on their Keno machines. And I would recommend this place to anyone stopping in Winnemucca.

I was here two years ago what the heck happened. Theres construction right now so if you like Jack hammers why you play dont forget your earplugs.

They are reminding now once there done it will be a better place, rooms are comfortable.

They are in the middle of remodeling. Lots of noise...Dust... Not sure how much of an upgrade they are doing.Rooms are very basic... Tv mini sized with poor reception.

Fantastic rate on my room. The staff was friendly! Good food. Its a small place and, it made me feel like a bigger fish than I would have been in Vegas. It really was fun being there.

What a great time at there VIP Super Bowl party. Herb the guest relations manager did a great job. And just a good time.
