A super fun splash pad for your littles and bigger littles, too! There are benches for the parents to sit and watch, and a nice clean public restroom (pay with coins to unlock/ enter bathroom). A great place to visit after eating at Thai Winchester!

Great place to go downtown do some shopping and use as an incentive for your kids to do well-to-do afterwards. Only thing is you need a quarter for the bathroom which in this day and age is hard sometimes as we used cards more than we do cash. Never seen much trash always clean.

Kids love it. We go here a couple of times during the hot summer months. Its free so whats not to love about it. It can get very busy but if you are there early enough you should be ok. Sometimes there are some sketchy people walking around there but its downtown so expected.You need a quarter to get into the bathroom which isnt always the cleanest but its good enough.Definitely a great place to cool down not just for the kids.

We drove an hour to get to the splash pad the only thing I would change as I wish our town had one! Awesome idea to keep kids busy on hot summer days!

The splash pad was great. My son loved all the colored lights. The bathroom closed before he could get his clothes back on and use the bathroom. We went to both of them and they were both closed the water was still on though.

We loved our visit here--the kids spent all morning playing, then we ate lunch at one of the great restaurants on this street, and the kids came back for more splashing in the afternoon! I wish more towns had pedestrian avenues and kid-friendly features like this in a downtown setting. Way to go, Winchester! We made this a two-night stay and loved our time there.

Love coming here with my boys. I cant remember if they have no smoking signs but it should be a no brainer with children around.

Needed cleaned bathroom s and bunch of trash on the splash pad but other than that we had a blast. Always do.

Great place to take the kids, they have a great time and it free of charge... but take quarters in case you have to use the bathroom
