Akeim is the best hes friendly and very knowledgeable about all the products at the store its a pleasure to shop when hes working I wish he was there more often!!

Granted you get that creepy vibe when you walk in, but the staff is just awesome! You have to be open minded to work in this line of business. ESPECIALLY in this town! They always have new products in stock and have a cast knowledge of them all.

Me and the boyfriend were at the bars and he needed a pack of cigarettes. (American spirits) someone suggested the sex store on the next block. We figured, why not? We went in for the cigarettes and spent the next half hour shopping the stores wide variety of awesomeness. The best part of the experience, hands down was the sales girl Mel! She was bubbly, warm, knowledgeable about everything we asked about. Her recommendations were spot on and made the whole process beyond fun. LOVE HER!!! We will definitely make this spot a must every time we visit from now on. A++++

I used to LOVE this place. The staff were always so helpful and friendly. But I just got here at 3:22, the sign says theyre open until 3:30. Piss poor customer service to be locking the door that early. If I were the owner and found out some employees were closing the door early, I would fire them. Honestly, some of a businesses biggest sales are within 15 minutes of closing. No longer on my favorites list. Ill stop by if Im in the area. But no longer will I look forward to visiting like I used to. Shame

Terrible experience while shopping with my friend!!!!! We walked in and no one asked us for help , one of the store employees started watching us and following us around the store!!!! We are african american and he was slurring his words and was saying if you want to take it just take it , completely disgusting behavior . We never be coming here again or would recommend to a friend!!!!!! Lucky you guys got a star & will also be contacting corporate . 2019 and it’s sad i cant even walk around the store without being followed!!!! JUST TERRIBLE!!

For a Monday afternoon, quite an unfriendly sales person especially since it was an empty store. Because of his hostility, he turned away at least $100 of sales as we were going to buy at least 2 bottles of lube however I was very Interested in a toy which was boxed. To have a further look at the toy (which was in a plastic bag in the box) I was told very abruptly dont open the box. Im sorry but im not going to spend $60 based on a photo on a box hence I walked out and spent $0. Ill spend my $ elsewhere where its appreciated. Hello Leather Werks where Ive always had a warm and approachable welcome and actively encouraged to inspect any purchase before Ive made it. Ill spend the uber fare to go that little bit further next time and pass up on RockHard.

The guy behind the counter with all the tattoos made me so hot, I wanted to buy lube just to settle myself down.

While I do love the selection Im currently parked in front of the store. Its Monday at 11:38am, listed open time is 11am. Store isnt open. I understand things can (and do) come up, but I kinda wasted gas getting over here because I love supporting Wilton businesses. Headed home now. :-(
