Chris did the first tattoon (lettering on my wrist) Ive got since moving here, and it was flawless. The line work is beautiful, it was exactly what I wanted. Cant wait, to finish the rest of my arm. I wouldnt go anywhere else. The staff was super friendly/caring and the place was spotless. They even had an adorable dog! Would recommend this place to everyone

Chad has been my tattoo artist for years, so I followed him when he moved to Artfuel. The place is wicked homey and artsy inside, and all of the artists are sweethearts and good at making their clients feel as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend!

Sent two different messages to two different artists listed on their website over the course of a week, never received any response. Disappointed in their customer service, they lost two sales because of it. Oh well, plenty of good shops in Wilmington.

Awesome venue and art show. I bought a beautiful piece of art work from an amazing local artist. The owner took the time to walk me around and explain different pieces through his venue. I love this space.

My best friend and I went in on a Saturday close to closing time and wanted to get matching wave tattoos on our sides. Chris was so nice and so friendly and did not make us feel bad at all for coming in late. This was my first tattoo and a great experience! Im so glad that I went to Art Fuel.

Sarah Peacock helped me memorialize my dog and the work is beautiful. This was a very personal project for me, and Sarah was awesome to work with. She was able to incorporate my handwriting and using a cast of his paw drew a picture perfect likeness. Incredible attention to detail and she was very understanding and aware of how special this was to me. Highly recommend this studio and especially Sarah.

Set up an appointment easily with Staci for yesterday for two tattoos ( me and a friend ). She was very welcoming and extremely funny. My buddy got his tattoo first and Staci did an amazing job. He was very pleased. I was rather nervous as this was my first experience but she calmed me down. I couldnt be happier with how my tattoo turned out and would recommend her to anyone!Also Artfuel is a very clean and stylish establishment.
