Still a fun place to go.Sadly nobody but our party had masks on... over twenty others and no masks really made it feel unsettling with covid still going strong.When we asked how often they clean, we were told they use a backpack to clean every hour. But for the two hours I was there, I did not see anyone cleaning. I can be glad i was wearing a mask, because of all of the particulates in the air from the foam blocks. Fiberglass? Got some slivers in my hands.

My 6 year old daughter loves this place.Me as a 40something enjoys it too. A bit crowded at times...Pretty clean. great for a bit of exercise too.

Too dark at 7pm on Saturday night for families, however teenyboppers love it as they did roller rinks back in the day. Black lights only with colored light patterns swirling. 7 yo granddaughter flew through the place loving every minute of it. My 12 yo grandson tweeked his back and was done and in pain within the first half hour. Soda machine has $3 16oz bottles. Bathroom was clean, as was the entire facility. Young staff was very professional and helpful. Ultimately, I think its too pricey, its maybe $10 per hour, not $15.

We had a great time for my daughters bday party today! Thank you very much for your assistance to make this happen. The manager and his assistant were very friendly and helpful! Greatly appreciate the great time we will visit again! We feel like they went above and beyond the basic services! We highly recommend that anyone who wants to have an amazing birthday party to give get air a try! I promise you won’t be disappointed! Thank you again to the staff!

Quick check-in and safety video. Started out pretty full and when we left it was packed. Not for toddlers or smaller kids. Lots of bouncing fun including small obstacle courses and a swing. Pre-teens and teens love it.

We got the summer pass in July 2020. Before that I had only frequented the park occasionally on special occasions. The team that re-opened our jump park during the pandemic is incredible! The manager, Daly is on top of all things from keeping the park sanitary to making people feel welcome in the atmosphere of hospitality and customer service is over the top amazing!!!thanks guys, you made lifers out of us

My experience was over the top excellent the employees went above and beyond to make sure we had an enjoyable time for example they helped set up dodgeball games when ever we asked they helped us with anything we may have needed including helping with supplies we may have forgotten. And just overall made the experience amazing. We will definitely be back.

(Review from Pre-Pandemic experiences)I had very mixed feelings on this place that have unfortunately turned more negative. I do very much appreciate that it’s one of the few activity places to do something around here for kids and realize the very real risks involved with deciding to participate. I still would like to see better, more engaged supervision and monitoring to ensure as best as humans can that the jumpers are jumping within safe limits (rather than the basic ‘No Running’ that is often called out).My daughter had been there dozens of times, attended a few parties there over the years and we have a trampoline of our own at home. Even still, trampolines are notorious for causing accidents and at her last visit in January 2020 she badly sprained her ankle and tore a ligament from jumping off of the highest point in the building at the end of an obstacle type course. In the ER afterward it was both shocking and yet not surprising that every person who spoke to us and treated her (over the coming months as well) just nodded their heads when we said Get Air. They said they see people practically every day from that place.I have loved bringing the toddler and preschool set here - but only on the special Toddler Times (9-11) on Tuesday and Thursday mornings where they have the run of the place. We all give that 5️for a place to go on a rainy day to let them run around like crazy, climb, slide and build with the huge foam blocks!It also happens to be one of the handful of places for Tweens/Teens to hang out and be active but there are additional things to be wary of given their ages: Inappropriate Behavior/Supervision. Had some disturbing experiences with the time they set aside for the older kids on Friday and Saturday nights called Club Air (9-11/12 I think). They play their music (very loudly) and it’s very dark throughout. I get the vibe they are going for and the space these kids want - yet there just hasn’t been enough staff members present on the floor and visible during the few times we’ve attended. Staff need to make themselves known and move ALL around the building to ALL of the dark corners so that the kids are aware that they are being watched and that any moment there will be someone coming by to check on what they are up to so they don’t have long periods of time to get into trouble, ect. I’ve stayed to observe and while intending to stay out of the way, I ended up making the rounds myself quite a bit - often surprising kids who may have needed to move on to doing something more publicly appropriate.I would love to think that it could be salvaged and become a great place for older kids to gather and dance (it was sparsely attended the times we were there). But in order for people to be willing to bring their kids there we have to know and feel that it will be a safe, well managed and supervised event not feel that it’s a free for all zone.

Nice and quiet on the weekdays. Plenty of room and the kids run free. Tires them out for good cheep fun. But bring your own drinks and snacks. The machines dont work and the ones that do are way to much. But lots of room not many people and a great way to tire the kids out. We got 2hrs for an hr. So slow there they dont even ck. Your tags. Have fun ya all.

The gentleman that was at the desk was absolutely great, my daughter and I had a blast and just like last time it was clean, the restrooms could use some maintenance, mens sink faucet was loose off of the sink, mirror looked dirty, along with the countertop. We bought the season pass and certainly look forward to coming back.

Our son had a blast! Im pregnant and have messed up knees so jumping isnt my thing and they let me chase after and observe my little and just pay for his, my husband, and our brother in law who we are guardians of. Saves us some money haha.

Really fun place to be enjoyed by all! Kids and adults alike. Lots of different trampoline areas, jump from square to square, trampoline basketball, dodgeball, pits full of foam shapes with ropes to swing across, or rock climb the other side. A section dedicated for the youngest children. Staff are everywhere, willing to help in any way, and there if there happened to be an accident. My kids ages 5, 9, & 10 loved it. I didnt find it dangerous.

Our experience was horrible, to be honest. We are from out of state and brought our kids there to release energy and meet up with family. Within 20 minutes of arriving, my daughter broke her leg on one of the trampolines.The staff were completely inattentive. While I understand that accidents happen, it took more than fifteen minutes for an attendant to come help. They were completely oblivious. The only people who were truly helpful in the situation (besides our own family, of course) were a nurse and radiologist who happened to be there with their own children. They assessed our daughter and recommended that we bring her to the emergency room, which we promptly did. I dont know if their trampolines are even up to code. The only helpful thing the staff did was grab her a couple of ice packs for the ride to the ER and give us a free pass (HA!). I will never bring my children to that or any trampoline park ever again. I wish I knew just how risky it was. I know this could have happened anywhere, but the bad rating is due to the oblivion and inattention of the staff.

Great place for a few hours of fun or to host a birthday party. They got you covered. Drinks, snacks, ice cream, tables to sit at. Kids had a blast. Perfect for these cold winter days.

My (older) kids would go here everyday if they could. They always have a blast, get energy out and practice all of their flips and tricks. So glad vermont has a place like this! Park is always clean and staff is friendly and attentive. My son lost a sweatshirt under the trampolines and one of the girls went under to find it for him. Online deals are great to purchase in advance!

Great exercise, and would have made me feel like a kid again if I werent out of shape! Great obstacles and a good place for some dynamic, fun exercise. Still, can get crowded, and definitely not somewhere to go with self-consciousness or insecurity.

Super fun place for two 5-year-old grandsons to burn off a LOT of energy. (As in, both fell asleep in the car on the way home). Slightly pricey, but well kept, and safety seems to be top-of-mind. I cant afford to do it weekly, but we will definitely do it again.

Lots of fun. Loved the Ninja course, but one of the obstacles had to be used in a non-Ninja style which broke the illusion of competing. Would also have been nice to have more supervision. All in all it was fun.

Parking space can be limited. Its large on the inside and the risks are detailed on several signs and waivers. My child had healthy fun for 2 hours at a reasonable price. I might jump the next time we go.

For fun, Get Air gets an A. For customer service and business sense, it get an F. Ive never come here when it wasnt SLAMMED with a long line and 1 person working to check people in (despite 3 registers available). The website offers online tickets that let you skip that line, but the staff dont honor that. They are constantly overwhelmed and naive about handling crowds or parties. Why havent they learned anything in years of being open? (Review written from their own lobby as my kids wait in the hour-long line, after hopefully and vainly buying online tickets AGAIN.)

It was great but very busy. I would never go on a weekend again. We went to a birthday party so it was all set up. Unfortunately when the birthday boys mom tried to pay there was such a big line that she had to wait in line for hours.

This place was a blast. Absolutely plan on going again. Made my friends and I feel like kids again. It is also a fantastic workout.

Place is good environment for kids to release energy. One hour of jumping is more than enough. don’t need more than one hour. The staff is very young kids not usually attentive but doing ok job.

The kids loved it and had a good time things where a little pricey you have to pay for these special socks to bounce in that dont fit half the time. Only thing that makes the stock stand out is they have a tiny bit of grip kind of like hospital socks

Pretty fun, kinda pricey. You can tell the people who work here dont care about their jobs, theyll let 13 year olds run around and about plow your 3 year old over on the carpet, but scold you and your child for making a house out of the foam blocks in the little air section. Ill still go back, but they able hire someone aside from stoned teenagers.

Went there on Friday 12/27. Waited in line for 45 minutes before making it to the counter. Why? because they only had on person working the front. Once we got to the jump room, there was again only one staff member working. Who was having more fun playing dodgeball than actually keeping things under control and keeping kids from hurting themselves by following the rules. Very understaffed for the amount of people coming in.I also question the cleanliness of the park. My son ended up waking up the morning after with an infection in his eye. He spent a lot of time in the foam pit.

For adults this is a great way to feel how old your bones are

The most fun place for kids! Huge indoor area with many different activities for jumping and climbing. An area for smaller kids and plenty of benches for adults.

My son LOVES it - its hit or miss for me. Refs are usually young kids who obviously dont have much experience with kids. The last time we were in, middle aged gentleman who was referring by far the best with kids. He was friendly and interacted with the kids - even my son whos usually slow to warm up was showing off his moves

Great time. The kiddos loved it. We went for toddler time which was cheaper than their regular admission. You have to buy special socks in order to go in. The foam pits are a blast and comfy to lay on as well. The whole area was clean and well maintained, bathrooms included. Parking was out front and free.

Great place for kids. Rule enforcement just needs to be more consistent. Its impossible for my kids to know what they should and shouldnt do

Brought our son during the special time just for you hours and it was great. He jumped for over an hour straight. Great exercise for all of us. Its nice to see our son diagnosed with ASD with an ear to ear smile for 60 minutes straight. Thank you so much for having special needs hours, it is much appreciated by familys that need it.

As always, the kids had a great time playing at Get Air VT. If I were to open a similar business, I would do some things differently, however my only recommendation would be to have employees work a little harder to keep the younger children out of the space where the bigger kids are supposed to be. I think it would make the experience a little safer.

The Check-in Process was very poor, we stood in line for over a half hour and when we finally made it to the register the attendant struggle pulling up the simple names and ended up charging for someone who was not even in our party. Everyone jumped for an hour and upon review of the sales receipt one person was charged for an extra hour and a extra pair of Socks. Attention to detail is not something that was displayed by the staff. I returned to the GetAir in Williston on Wednesday and showed how i was overcharged and there was not a staff member there that could provide a refund for the clear overcharges. I left a note with the receipt and contact information. It was not until i called the store back the next day and went through 4 people to get to the correct manager before arrangements could be made for the refund. GetAir of Williston Management was not proactive in making the situation right. I hope this review encourages GetAir of Williston to better train staff and have some basic common sense customer service skills.

My daughter loves coming here but we rarely do because its overpriced. We tried buying discounted tickets online and received an error with an email to contact and report the error. I took a screenshot and sent the requested email and received a bounceback due to an invalid domain. When we arrived since I had already told my daughter I would take her today, I told the employee at the desk of the issue. She said a lot of people were saying there were problems with the site and she wasnt sure what was wrong with it. She didnt take ownership of the problem or acknowledge the discount we were trying to use online in any way, not even to say I understand the frustration of the website error, unfortunately were not able to honor the offered online-only discount at this time, however I can escalate your concern or something, anything to that effect, instead of basic telling me that everyone is saying theres a problem and they dont care.

Went for birthday. Getting registered was boring & complicated(that could be streamlined,& made easier). We all had a blast,family friendly,fun,& very active. Worth a visit,a bit pricey though

There were no employees present for our hour long visit, not even anyone at the front desk. Luckily the majority of jumpers came with adults to supervise them, but it is an unsafe situation...at best.

I loved the amount of activities there.

Brought my son and his friend for his birthday and the prices were good and plenty for them to do. The only thing we disliked was the prices of drinks in the vending machines. Other than that it was great and we will go back again for sure.

So fun, much bigger than I thought it would be and had a blast. (Batchelorette party with a few friends we are all in our upper 20s) My one complaint is the price. It was already expensive and the they made up buy special sox which is wasteful. They should start a sock recycle program where of you dont want you socks you can donate them in a bin ( or get some money back) then get air washes them and sells them at a reduced rate as an option for people. Save people money and save the environment!

Perfect place to let your five year old run around and get all the silliness out on a rainy, or snowy, day! Good for birthday parties too. 4 stars because I always feel like I have to give my kiddo an antibacterial bath after he leaves, the ball pits are germ baths, but it’s to be expected with all those kids running around in there.

Really neat place can get crowded a bit pricey but if you want something to do on a rainy day I recommend it. And you really only need a hour get tired quick.

Great trampoline park for kids and parents both, they have trampoline slides, baskets, soft cube pits, hanging loops etc. Very spacious and quite enjoyable. Will definitely recommend it. A must go with friends and family. Big thumbs up.

UPDATE: owner replied and said they would be reaching out to me... it’s been one week and I have yet to be contacted by anyone regarding our experience.We had a horrible time here yesterday. We come quite often but yesterday was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had and we definitely won’t be back. My two daughters ages 3 and 18 months asked to leave less than 30 minutes into their 1 hour jump time because it was such a disaster. The people who walk around a supervise were not doing their jobs. It was school vacation week and by far one of their busiest times of the year. Yet it was a complete free for all. Kids way to big to be in the toddler area jumping and double bouncing little kids, adults on the toddler tramploines, kids with drinks on the trampolines. 30 minutes into jumping I went to the counter after a much larger kid shoved my daughter. I asked to speak with a manager the women said I am the assistant manager can I help you. I explain to her everything that’s going on and inform her my kiddos are now losing out on 30 minutes of jump time because they’re afraid to jump and she responds thanks for letting me know. No apologies, nothing. Horrible customer service and horrible experience. Save your $$

Experience was mediocre at best. No where near enough parking, not enough cubbies to put your shoes, not enough staff to prevent my child from getting roughed up by other kids, we spent most of our hour waiting in line to do anything while other people pushed thru the line instead of waiting their turn. Definitely was not worth the price. Weve gone to other trampoline parks that were much better and also HALF the price (and much safer). Will definitely make the drive to the better trampoline park next time.

Over charged me!! So shocked and they made it right when I called to complain But they charge me for 2 hours for 1 kid 1 hour for the other child.Having 3 kids this can get pricey. I feel I may not go backJust when I finally look at the receipt!

Great place to get some endurance training in! Great for a family outing as well. Good attitudes all around when your there, and the staff make sure people are being safe and following rules. Some times I just cant afford the two hours but they love it so we keeo coming back. Should be less expensive an more training with reffs. Also a snack bar.

My kids had an AMAZING time. This place is awesome. This place is definitely geared towards older kids. I wish the little kids had more options but understandable. Definitely recommend!

There were no workers making rounds. The one that was on the floor was sitting hiding behind a wall on their phone. Broke my ankle here 2-3 years ago and the workers in the jump park did not do anything to help me get out of the park. Walked out of the park on a broken ankle.

I would rate them 5 stars but the lights in the parking lot go off after a certain hour and it makes it impossible to see when walking to the car. I alerted the staff of this last time I was there (in October) and was just there again tonight. Lights were on at 9:30 pm when we arrived and off at 11:30 pm when we left. Such a simple fix! The place is awesome, highly recommended.

Lost keys here I had to call a few times but they finally found them they should offer locked lockers. My daughter did enjoy it though.

Staff can be very rude and unrealistic.
