They could definitely put more effort into fixing all the roads and all of the sidewalks and actually putting effort into fixing the pool that we pay for and adding playgrounds for these children

Trailer Park in the middle of nowhere. Nice big pond there with fish. Seemed quiet there.

They need more parking for visiting family. I go to see my daughter and granddaughters and no place to park that isnt in the street.

Would give a negative star rating if I could. Pool hasnt ever been fixed, its an eye sore yet lot fees keep going up. Some people have fixed the appearance of their homes while others dont even try. Yards flood and they wont fix them. Sidewalks flood they wont fix them. Roads flood but still they wont fix them either.

Needs park management attention in alot of areas

A few people have gotten new homes and it has improved the visual of the area. The residents are always courteous and respectful.

We pay lot rent that includes upkeep of the swimming pool which from my understanding hasn’t been up and running for six years. The section I live in, Is always flooded and nothing is being done to fix it. The yard is like walking through a swamp and the grass cannot be mowed due to all the water and we have to drive through a flooded parking lot every time it rains. I give it one star because my neighbors are nice and friendly.

I was looking around for my brother and his family a place because I have a buddy that lives there but wow after reading some of the comments from people that are living there Im not so sure now But I have a suggestion if there is that many residents stating that many problems with that Park you all should get together and call channel 6 on your side everybody call them one after another get them out there you cant let people do other people that way its not right things can be done even with their threats if you look and ask theres agencies out there that will help him back you all and news channels that will broadcast them and they dont want that to happen trust me thats bad publicity and they cant evict you and they wont if you speak your mind to these agencies and news people good luck to yall sorry to hear all the complaints I thought it was an okay park when I drove through but now Im not so sure

For a trailor park, this one has class. My buddy lives here and it is well rounded with kids, adults, and elderly. Good sense of community.

Clean placed where peaceful

This place is not that great. I visit my parents who live there and it’s always flooded the parking area and the playground is in bad shape. And the pool is not even open

Westerville Estates is not the place to move to. They say they have a pool but the two years I have lived here they have not had it open. They have raised my rent during my 12 month signed lease. They have increased rent every year I have been here and they say its for the pool but has not been opened repaired it. the mailboxes are under a shelter that is leaning on the mailboxes. The play ground equipment is falling apart. There is a trailer there that the park owns that is infested with coach roaches and their not cleaning them up the right way . instead of using license contractors to clean it up they are getting residents to clean it up for they get out of trailer to infect all the other trailers. When ever you speak up and ask questions the threaten you with eviction or a 100.00 fine. They dont care about the people or the property they just want their money.

A lot of people dont like the Property manager (Taffy). She is hard to get a hold of unless she is handing out notices/rule violations and charging more than whats suppose to be. Isnt here half the time. Loves to have cars towed, and pool hasnt been fixed, its full of algae and mosquitos. Needs to be drained and cleaned. Roads flood, sidewalks flood, but playground has been fixed. Some people are nice in the trailer park.

Westerville Estates is an affordable, great family oreinted, properly maintained, and well managed place to live! If I could give the property manager 10 stars instead of 5 it wouldnt be a question, she goes above and beyond her job responsibilities to accomidate residents and is very personable.

Needs alot of work

Im just part time helping out with maintenance here. But every full time Ive been forced to work with quit. They all talked a big talk, but quit? This trailer park could be something special! But part time cant do it all alone. Residents please clean up your own yards. Pick up trash if you see it. For instance if your roof leaks you fix it. If your refrigerator is empty you fill it. Sorry, but if you use the toilet you should wipe, and flush it. You clean your butt. But you let your property look like trash? You pay rent / taxes, and water. If everyone here would quit complaining, and take care of their own ownership. Things would be better here.

I like Westerville Estates easy to pay my rent and lot fees very quiet neighborhood. Pool and playground

If you can avoid this dump Do Theresa is the lady that runs it and her daughter lives here its a joke when it rains its a swamp.they always find something wrong to charge you for and one of the minions you have to pay to fix things works for Theresa They wont fix the pool because Theresa thinks its a pain she has cats everywhere she treats you nice until you move in then its over

Friendly family orientated community in the countryside.

The pool has been closed for years. The roads are horrible. LOTS of potholes and are bad during the winter.

I just moved from there it isnt a place to live they have nothing to rent and you have to buy a place there. The children are rude and the ppl are very noise.

Would much prefer to give no stars. The office employees are quite rude. Very non compliant. The park grounds are crumbling and there is a pungent smell of cat urine.

When i lived there it was trash thiefs drug dealers and criminals of all manners

The place needs to get some work done to make it a better place.
