This is a good beach to go if u dont have one in your town. Anyone can go so u dont have to pay. Its big. Theres parking. It was better when Chicks was open so u could go get a burger or something to drink! But there are places not to far. And of course there still some of the seafood restaurants that have been there for years.

Nice park, played there with my grandson all the time?!! We ride bikes, and scooters at the nearby skatepark, in West Haven Connecticut, we have a real good time you should go!!!

I like this Place because its calm. What I dont is that if you are not a resident there is no parking.

Went to a girls softball game and I never saw so much dust!!!! Why dont they take care of the fields???? The Annex park ALWAYS wets down the diamonds before each game. West Haven pays enough in taxes to maintain their parks! Come on now!!! AWFUL

Used to be a great place my kids played there now the fields have gotten run down. Mostly because there are fewer people to maintain them..

Clean, calm with just a tad of that West Haven air. I usually need to wear steal toes boots in west have on account of all the glass and needles but this beach is a clean spot.

The park was clean and neat the most beautiful thing I have ever seen and parking was amazing too

Baseball parking lots needs MAJOR work. Fields are kept in a good shape. Bring bug spray. Fun bike park.

Morse park is a swampy, low-lying park with multiple baseball diamonds just across Beach Street from the Sound. Its used heavily by little leagues and adult ball players. But this park also has some real potential if the city finally figures out what a little wetland gem they could have here. Old Field creek, which runs through the park, is a garbage dumping ground and is seriously disrespected, but it would make a wonderful scenic nature trail with a raised wooden walkway along its banks--a nice asset for an urban area. This would be a great complement to the ball fields.

Relaxing

Mainly juat baseball fields now. Chicks and captains galley both closed so its pretty much a ghost town there now. Sad and depressing compares to what it use to be.

Sooo much seaweed. I call it the salad beach. Nice for walks but lots of trash people leave behind. Might be OK for fishing not for swimming.

Horrible. Nobody takes care of that place in a long long time. Dirty sand. No place to take a coffee or to seat. Nothings at all. Desert. Not going any more.

Morse park is the best park Ive been to, i play in the little league in the park.
