Really bad experience 2 friendly workers the rest rude, they took my debt card to enter but then at concession they had sign saying they dont take cards...... really thank you to skate west for a horrible evening

Clean but kinda run down and expensive half the arcade games were broken and for the money we spent the guy failed to inform us they would only be playing 2 more songs. Ive been to skate north 100 times and the people always inform us if they are closing within 2 hours that its full price and ask if were sure. We basically paid 20 bucks to skate for 5 minutes. We know its our job to check closing times but with the parking lot full we didnt think much of it.

We love it here. We love the hockey and the open skate times.

This place is a classic and a good way to spend a cold afternoon. It hasnt been upgraded in a while, but its still fun. Its a great way to beat winter cabin fever and get some exercise.

It is a cool place but I missed the dice game, other than that I like this place.

Although they advertise open skating from 6-8pm & encourage kids from area schools to come (several kids seem to get dropped off by their parents) they kick everyone out before 8pm & kids are left outside waiting for rides. There is no air conditioning & the staff who wear jackets with the word security on the back appear too young to be of legal age to smoke cigarettes, yet they do.My kids wont be returning to this rink.

They dont have rollerblades above size 10. they dont take cards for purchases under 5 dollars. Plus no cards at the concession stand. Welcome to 2019 skate west. To top it off the old man running the register has a really creepy dbag vibe.

My kids love skating here. It was their first experience with skating and now they gave slowly learnt to skate on their own. The deal on Wednesday is really what brought us out there and we have never looked back since then. The staff is also friendly. The facility is clean and meaningless well. Restroom maintenance needs to be done better but overall great facility.

Love this place. So family friendly and easy to find. Great music and fun games. Good and well cleaned skates are always for rental. Trust me, Im not staff, I just love going here, as well as Skate North!

Omg!! So disappointed in this business. Not sure if something has changed within the year due to older reviews stating 5 stars but our visit was horrendous. We payed over $120 for a birthday package which states admission and skates for up to 10 people. *All ages* . Also this package stated a bounce house as well as sno cones with pizza and drinks. To start off this nightmare the owner/older man whom tended to us would not let anyone over the age of 12 skate unless they paid extra, as he stated the site is out of date and only children are included in the party. Along with the site is out of date excuse he stated the bounce house is no longer included and hasnt been there for two years.... Oh and the sno cones the children were so excited about were coupons available for your next visit... Cmon are you serious!! Oh dont let me forget to mention it is very dirty as well as the pizza you get had to be picken up by the one other employee from another vendor like little caesars.. again so disappointed and would not reccomend.. The owner was super careless and just out right rude..100% false advertisement. I would do 0 stars if possible!!

These guys are bad they won’t halp me get a drink even though they saw me for like 10 minuets one of them looked high and they was being rude so I would prefer skate south or skate north

My friend and I were just trying to have a LIT skating adventureBut it wasnt lit. Rollerblades cost more than skates to rent, and I went through three pairs of broken/unusable skates before settling on another pair of near unusable regular skates, without getting my two bucks refunded. Also, its full of children skating the wrong direction, crashing into the older people, and the staff seems to not care.Pros: its a roller rink. It might be nice if you bring your own skatesCons: everything else. Dont rent their skates, theyre awful and most are broken.

Our church had our annual skate night here and it was amazing!

Hours dont match up with what is listed on the website, very unprofessional. Do better at keeping up to date and not misleading the public, also work on your customer service.

Had a great time with my step daughter and her mom. Affordable but the customer service was just ok and the place looks like it could use some maintenance.
