Angela is the best!!! I brought in two autographed Kansas City Chiefs jerseys for framing. I had concerns due to a prior framing I had done by a different business that didn’t turn out the best. Framing sports memorabilia is not cheap so I want to get my money’s worth! Angela was very patient and explained in great detail what she would do and showed me other jerseys she had framed. I entrusted her with my jerseys and all I can say is...WOW! What a great job she did. They turned out better than I could hope. When people see these jerseys they comment about the high quality of work and effort she put into it. She definitely takes pride in what she does!

Angela is a great. Very responsive, nice attention to detail, creative and worked within my budget. If youre looking for the cheapest possible option - better go to a big box store and be prepared to hang disappointment on your wall. I stopped by The Great Frame Up to seek assistance with a frame repair. The owner, Angela, was incredibly kind and welcoming. She agreed to look at the pieces that needed repair. She immediately identified the problem and repaired it. During my brief wait, I noticed beautiful prints on the walls for purchase as well as an extensive frame selection. I will be returning to her shop with any of my future framing needs and print purchases.

I brought a repair project in that had tremendous sentimental value to my spouse and a group of friends. I was not comfortable repairing the item myself due to the material it was made of and my limited experience. The Great Frame Up did an AMAZING job of stabilizing and framing the item so it can continue to be on display for generations. The staff was friendly, thoughtful and courteous. They suggested adding a picture and were very patient with picking out a frame and mat color. I highly recommend this business.

This is THE place to go if you are willing to invest a little more to have a top-notch frame job. Hard to explain how great of a place this is. From the moment you walk in, Angela or Judy is there to greet you with smiley faces. They place your picture or artwork up on the idea board and start pulling frame samples, matting color options, etc.....really unique stuff! They pull items you wouldnt even think of experimenting with. For example, my latest project I brought in a picture of this beach setting taken place in Panama and a picture of the room it was to go in. They right away starting pulling wood frame samples that make you think of local Panama culture and sandy texture matting that really tied it together ….visualizing sitting back on that beach. They really help to move the process along and get you going in the right direction so its a MUCH easier process to choose! If youve been to any frame shops before you will notice the difference right away. You wont feel on your own. It can be really overwhelming if you dont have the right people helping you. Thank you Angela and Judy for making it an easier, fun experience!

We had our daughters college diploma framed here. I didnt catch the owners name, but she did a great job! I enjoyed chatting with her, also, when I picked up the item. Well be back next time we need something framed.

I ordered a custom frame for an Iowa Hawkeyes poster. It was easy and convenient to order. I went to the shop and there was a great display of frame options to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful. They were great with providing recommendations and priced out the frame with various options then I chose which option I wanted. After a short wait (a few days- I dont remember how many) I picked up an awesome looking frame! I have used the Great Frame Up before and will continue to use them in the future due to the great service and quality product!

As a photographer you put so much effort into your craft so you want something to accentuate your art, not take away from it.Angela presented me with this amazing museum glass that looks almost invisible. There was no glare and the glass didnt take away from the portrait at all. It was astounding!Definitely going to use The Great Frame Up for my upcoming trade show to display my work.
