What a wonderful place! I would 100% recommend this shop as they really care about their customers. They went so above and beyond for me that I will always be grateful. This is the most amazing place! My daughter invited me to join her on a shopping trip there for anything Christmas decorations. We were there well over an hour and I could have stayed well over three hours. Beautiful holiday decor and many many many nostalgic ornaments which are near and dear to my heart. I probably buy more gifts there now than any place in town. Neat, colorful, unique items. Hard to compare prices because there is nothing else in Wausau like this store. They do have things you can buy online, but they have worked with me on prices on those items and I have been very satisfied. Big fan of this store. I recommend highly. Stuff from local artists, and many items to choose from that will get a reaction, start a conversation, and have some flair.

I can’t say enough about Randy and his vision. The store itself is a place you could lose yourself in (in a good way!). I’ve never left without finding a new piece for my home or a great gift. Randy and the team at Evolutions handled the decorations and floral arrangements for my wedding a few years back down at the Milwaukee Art Museum - to this day I am still getting compliments! It was perfect, they handled EVERYTHING and it turned out beyond anything I could have imagined. They have a lifelong customer in me!

My husband and I were going to my brother in laws funeral and I wanted to get some really nice flowers. I googled florists and came up with EID. We drove over to the store and ordered the flowers. I have to say they did an amazing job and the flowers were just beautiful. If I ever need flowers again I will order from them. The people in the florist department were wonderful to work with. I live 3 hrs away and I was just so impressed with their service especially since we had never used them before. Thanks for a job well done you have an amazing group of people working for you.

We stopped in on my MILs suggestion while we were visiting from out of town...oh my goodness. This is now my favorite store, and I wish we lived here!! Very eclectic and unique, and theres something there for everyone. Reasonable prices. I wanted to buy at least two dozen things, but we could only fit so much for the trip back home :)

One of the finest floral shops Ive been to anywhere. Their selection of gifts and household decor is very unique. Their knowledge of decor and accuracy of their orders and deliveries has always been good. Keeps me a loyal customer.

The staff at EID has far surpassed any and all expectations that a client could ask for. From initially making the flower arrangements for our recently deceased mother, that were stunningly beautiful to a recent over the phone order from out of town that I placed. The staff went above and beyond putting us at ease for both requests. Caring, professionalism& above all the uniqueness of everything they put together is 2nd to none.

I absolutely love going into Evolutions!! The staff is always super friendly and more than willing to help me out if I have questions. I dont order flowers from there often, but my husband has gotten flowers from there a couple times and they are always beautiful! The one thing I love about going in there is you will always find something unique and special to add to your home/car/workplace/etc. They have such an array of housewares/furniture as well as accessories. All of this, on top of the beautiful plants and flowers available, make it an all around perfect place to shop. Youll definitely find what you need...or want :)

I have had two interactions with EID within the last 5 days - one that I ordered flowers personally and one where I received flowers from a friend, both through EID, and both times what was sent was not what was asked for. Both instances the order was very specific on what was NOT to be used for each arrangement, and both times what was specifically stated to NOT be used was used anyway. Very disappointing that both times the requests were flat out ignored. I understand that sometimes you are at the mercy of what you have available, but in both of these instances, anything else would have been fine other than what was used.

Always changing interesting and beautiful design pieces. If you want to stare longingly at some beautiful pieces of design, this is the place to go.

I had stopped here while shopping for wedding vendors in Wausau; loved the shop, loved the creativity there and put down my deposit for our wedding day after explaining to them that I live out of state and that I would need someone that was willing to work with me via phone and email through pictures and conversations.As the wedding approached, not only did no one call to discuss details with me, after I sent pictures to a designer with ideas and reached out to them, they told me how hard this would be if couldnt come in and discuss it. Which I had already explained, was not possible based on being out of state. So they then suggested for me to reach out with a few dates/times that worked to have a phone call to discuss details...and they never emailed or called me back...Needless to say after that last stunt, I had to take my business elsewhere but wanted to share my experience as a frustrated bride trying to do her best to plan while being out of state and didnt want any other bride in the future to have to deal with more stress than necessary.As a last note, when I called to cancel they were very apologetic about the situation and did refund my deposit so I really appreciated that. But with the wedding quickly approaching and with multiple other options in Wausau, I just dont have time for places that dont want to work a little bit for my business and money..and bottom line needed a vendor that I felt like I could rely on and trust...which unfortunately hadnt happened in this case.
