We love going here for Happy Hour and either dinner or a shared snack. They have wonderful nachos that are half priced during happy hour and are enough for 2 people. We can barely finish them. They have wonderful burgers, the best one is the Black and Blue burger. It is well spiced, good blue cheese, and bacon strips. The french fries are hot and tasty. The fish tacos are quite delicious, too. The bartenders have always been friendly and they have lots of sports TV. Its always a relaxing evening out, so we highly recommend it.

Love coming here. The atmosphere is nice in the bar and I’m the terminals. They do hire nice staff as well! Love supporting this family and their small business! The food is pricey but so worth it!

So much fun! Not an all day event or really much time at all. An hour or two tops.Service was excellent very attentive. Our drinks were never empty. I recommend the nachos but dont come expecting a big lunch.

The golf is fun and they have options for you to play different styles of games. But, unfortunately the service is terrible and completely ruined the fun we should have been having. The ladies up front were extremely nice and then our server walks up to us doesn’t even say hello or introduce herself, just says drinks? And then brings us our drinks and we don’t see her again. She went over to the people next to us a great handful of times but could careless about us. There were only 3 groups of people on the second floor. We wanted to order food right when we got there so the kitchen had time before they started closing (we came at 930), but didn’t have the opportunity so had to go to Ale House after for food. My friends beer was empty and we wanted to get another but the server was too busy flirting and pulling around one of the male workers. I got a margarita and didn’t care for it, I didn’t have a straw to stir it and all the strawberry purée was chunky at the top. I asked if she could have it removed from the bill considering it was 10$ she said Uhhh I don’t know I’ll see if they’ll do it with an attitude. As if the manager was going to refuse to take off a margarita that hasn’t been touched. We’ve come and spent large amounts of money here before tabs over 300$. But something needs to be done about the service. Unfortunately service like this can make or break someone’s decision on going there.

Awesome date night experience. My wife has never been golfing and this is a great no pressure way to learn. We really liked playing the games and the service and staff were amazing. Our waiter Steven took care of us. Definitely will be back.

This is a great venue even if you are not a golfer. Meet with a group of MSU graduates to watch a football game. Good drinks, and food. Great for family outings. Will bring the grandchildren her next time they visit.

If you come here with low service expectations then youll be fine. The golf part and the tracking software/games were fun. The service, not so much. When we arrived, 3 employees stared at us as we stood there and didnt say anything. We ended up having to wipe down our own table downstairs because the bartender was less than helpful. We were seated in our box upstairs pretty fast but had to ask for a server. I appreciated that they were actively wiping down the clubs to prevent corona virus. We had to ask for everything; ketchup, mustard, straws, napkins. It seems that they were severely understaffed, not sure if its because of the virus or what but it was fathers day so youd expect they would have more staff. It is also very hot. They have fans but not enough.

We had a great time. The service was great, the staff was great and very helpful with setting up games ect. Everyone was very professional. The facility was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely be going back, probably be regulars. I highly recommend going if your into golf at all. What I liked the most is that you can have all your statistics emailed to you so you can see exactly what your doing, since I am trying to better myself at golf. Thanks for the great time, service and food.

It was my very first time there. We went to celebrate Johns birthday and everyone had a wonderful time. The loaded nachos with chicken was really good . We will be back.

Its a fun experience overall. Check times and prices before going. For example on Sunday before 5pm is $20 per hour whereas after 5pm its $40 per hour. 4 to 7 happy hour on beer and food is a good value although food is average quality. The games are fun for kids but dont work all that well. This review may sound critical but again we had an overall fun experience. A little more assistance from staff would be helpful for novices like us as well. Will go back again.

If you can PLEASE go to Top Golf instead. I went to lame shots about a year ago and had a water pipe burst over my group because an adjacent kid hit the pipe with his club. Accidents happen and I decided to give them another chance today. Unfortunately their vindictive manager had banned me from the property for something that wasnt even my fault and that I was the victim of! I wish I could support a local business like theirs but theyve left me no recourse but to encourage others to avoid this place. They even admitted that we werent involved and I got banned for speaking up. They are childish, inconsistent, and woefully unprofessional.

What a great place to have wonderful food, and play a variety of games and courses. Family friendly as you only pay by the hour, not per person, and if youre just a single player a fantastic way to work on your game. True ball flight tracking and the ability to record your stats on your player card make this place tops for a fun time while working on your game. Highly recommend and I hope theyll be in the Colorado Springs area in the future!

So, we called asking if we could bring our emotional support dog, so we drove 50 minutes and when we got there their staff said we couldn’t come in with the dog, I showed her my paperwork and she still didn’t let us in, in fact she said “service dogs don’t try to run off their leash” which first of all I thought was very disrespectful, and second ESAs do not need to be trained. So next time, please inform your customers of your actual rules and don’t make them drive all the way there to find out that they can’t go in.

The golf was really cool. 6 and 7 year old loved it. I also enjoy it. I would have enjoyed it more if they could keep people who have never golfed before on the lower level away from folks who have. Just a suggestion. Other than that the golf was great.The food was a different story. I understand it is a golf place but if you cant make a burger or quesadilla not greasy, maybe you shouldnt charge 11- 15 dollars. But if your there to golf like you should be, its a great time.

Upscale golf facility boasting two tiered driving range, comfort seating, food, beverages, putt putt type practice area, and more. Grass range available too. Technologically advanced screens to monitor your shots and allow playing a semi virtual game of golf. A little on the pricey side for just wanting to hit some balls but the atmosphere and contemporary setting overcome that. If you like golf, you should check it out. Bigshots just opened September 2018.

Came by with my husband from Melbourne because its closer than going to Orlando for top golf. It was fun but I would say it is more geared towards golfers and improving your game. The games rely on TVs as there is a virtual aspect to the games where you have to see the screens to see where or what you hit. In the daytime its hard to see the TV. Beer was reasonable priced, food was plenty and staff was friendly.

Good service and friendly staff. $5 membership fee. Not too bad. Had a blast. Hit the ball over 200 yards. Only $20 an hour before 5pm on weekdays. Wish they had more beer options. Food was decent. They need more options. Taco bar might be a good option. Tacos and golf!

I used to love this place but it has really gone downhill. As someone who golfs regularly, I frequent this establishment and Ive been there twice in the past week. The last two times they placed me at tee box 207. This tee box has been broken for over a week now, the ball dispenser doesnt work so they give you a crate of balls, which honestly is no big deal.The problem is, Big Shots is not cheap, so if I am going to pay a premium price for a driving range experience I expect quality service but unfortunately that is not the case.If you do decide to go to big shots, its imperative that you play on the second level. The first level is riddled with flies. I get it, the venue is outside and they serve food, but if you play on the first floor, do NOT order food or it will be surrounded with flies. This problem doesnt exist on the second floor because of the breeze.The last time I was there our waiter screwed up our order. We ordered draft beer but instead they served us bottles, again no big deal but then he screwed up our food as well. We order garlic parm wings with buffalo sauce, but they served us buffalo wings. Im not one to say anything as Im really there to just hit balls but between the broken tee box and the botched food and drinks I already had a sour taste in my mouth.The icing on the cake was at the end of the night, as I was waiting for the check (20 minutes and the place was empty) an employee approached me and told me I could no longer hit balls. In a party of 6, after ordering food and drinks, we paid well over 200 dollars, and their employee still had the gumption to call us out for breaking the rules (hitting balls after our time expired) despite the fact we had been waiting for 20 minutes, we were playing on a broken tee box and our order was messed up. I will not be going back.

First and last time I ever go here. I explained to the employee in the “tee box” area that this was my first visit and he on the rude side of helpful as in Oh you NEED to go to the desk and check in (with a holier than thou attitude) I also stood at the front desk waiting about five minutes before anybody came to help… Plus there were three employees in the bars/eating area… Just looking at me and not being very helpful. I finally did get help found out out this place was not what I thought it was aka the driving range was closed. So I walked out. Extremely disappointed.

Went twice with my non-golfing wife over Thanksgiving weekend while visiting Vero. Both times they were not crowded.Had a nice time doing mostly Range practice, but did play the ‘Island’ game several times.The ball tracker gives you statistics that allow you to better understand your shots. Launch angle, impact angle, club speed, carry, ...Staff were very friendly. Beer, wine (1st visit) and Bloody Mary (2nd) we’re good. Had ‘light apps’; also good. Bar area looks great, but didn’t use.Hoping they expand to Maryland where I live.

Been to big shots twice, both great experiences, the server was awesome and very attentive to us..however BOTH times I’ve been here the staff that walks around in the vests have made us feel extremely rushed..we paid for our time allotted, three hours, they were legitimately standing behind us staring at us huffing and puffing..if they were coming close to closing time I could Totally understand the attitude or frustration however it was only 5pm and the time before that it was 3pm ...not sure if they have an underlying reasoning for it...she’s is actually standing behind us while I’m writing this review. Again awesome place, great food, good staff just annoyed about the rushing.

Great time at a very nice and fun golf themed bar. Food was excellent!! Calamari tower may be some of the best calamari I have had. Nicole our server was attentive. Awesome time for the whole family.

Food and service is very good. My only complaint is about when the check arrives and you are there in the middle of happy hour and the beer and wine are charged one for happy hour and the second as full price. This is the second time this has happened. The server/bartender need to realize what they are doing...watch your bill when you receive it. Otherwise, I love this place.

Having recently moved to Vero Beach, this was our first visit to BigShots. We were blown away with the facilities and the staffs courteous manner. We also found the cost to be outrageously inexpensive. We look forward to making regular visits.

Came on a Saturday afternoon when it was not busy. Waited an hour for appetizers and didn’t see our server at all for refills until we hunted him down. Your blended pina coladas could use some actual alcohol in them instead of charging $5 for flavorless shaved ice. Won’t ever be back.

Very fun, loved the driving range games and comfy couches. Drinks and food can be ordered to enjoy while you wait. Prices are very reasonable.

So much fun and a much better price point than the competitor.

It’s a nice place, similar to Top Golf, but definitely a step below, the sensor that follows your ball is in the center between two stalls so I don’t know how a customer sharing a bay would handle that. Overall a nice experience, nice clubs, cold drinks, friendly staff. I will return but only when it’s not busy so I could use the sensor.

A big surprise.Not only do they have a very cool gulf range, but the food is excellent.I often come just for the food. The fish tacos are always well cooked. The pizza is surprising good, well cooked, not greasy. Lots of salads and the daily specials are often very good.Come for the food, stay for the golf.They also have TVs for the weekend sports. Put-put golf.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The computer system that tracked your stats was very helpful. Clean facility and great food. Well definitely be back! ️

Venu was nice, employees where good but the music killed the entire experiance. They were playing depressing slow music and wouldnt change it. Not a drinking party atmosphere. Will be going to drive shack next time

This place is great even if you dont want to golf. The bar is great with lots of TVs and the food is very good. The golf is a lot of fun too. I enjoy going to golf but also go to watch football and have a bite to eat.

Super fun place to go with your friends or kids or anyone really. Whats cool about this place is they use a real ball tracker to track your ball flight so you really get an accurate picture of the shot you hit. It tells you club head speed, ball speed, the degree of your club on impact, which are things you would normally have to go to a pro trainer to get those numbers. Food was very good and drinks were perfect. Would recommend to anyone wanting to have some fun.

I actually had a blast playing golf there, and the food is pretty good. However, the waitress/server was not at all helpful or attentive. Most of my group had empty glasses the whole time. Then she complained about her tip right in front if us. We tipped 8% on $110 bill, which is more than she deserved for the 10 minutes she spent serving us. I cant stand staff like this. If you want a good tip you must provide good service. Last time I was there and had a good server we tipped him $20 on a $60 bill.So here she is acting rude and thinking Im cheap when its actually her fault.EDITED 10/5/2019: I had left a one star review for this bad experience. But we have been back several times, and nothing like this has happened ever since, and I dont think its fair to leave a bad review for a single bad experience among many pleasant ones. The staff on the following occasions was very attentive and helpful.Thank you guys for recognizing the areas that could be improved and actively working to make Big Shots the kind of place I can enjoy myself.

I hosted a private dinner meeting last night at BigShots and we were all very impressed with the staff and overall experience. Our food came out on schedule and waitresses paid close attention. Not to mention, the event coordinators were a pleasure to work with and made sure the event went smoothly. We will totally host another event here in the future and recommend it to others as well!

Work place had a Christmas party there and it was nice. The staff is very friendly. This is a great place if you need to get away and have fun.

I like the ball impact monitor, which shows club path, strike angle, smash factor, etc. Useful information if you want to work on your swing rather than just hack at the ball!

Went here for my work Christmas party and had a fun time. Ball tracking and screens mixed with multiple games to play made this a good experience. Not to mention theres food and drink available.

I want to thank Chloe Atwood, we are a local ALF and had our annual staff/residents Christmas Party on 12/17. Chloe assisted me in arranging a wonderful day with incredible food from Big Shots kitchen team! They even packed up the food items we didnt get to eat to take home. Our server Airana was kind, loving and so patient with my residents. We could not have asked for a better time or a better team to look after us. Big Shots management team and Chloe checked on us regularly and Airana was so attentive to all our needs! THANK YOU BIG SHOTS!

Had a great time, just really couldve used more than 1 attendant for the 5 stalls occupied (though the 1 we had worked his but off). Some additional instruction on working their systems (game selection, etc) wouldve been helpful too. Otherwise a solid 4 stars!

The portobello sandwich is amazing and they have the best fries around. Good menu choices and it seems that no expense was spared in putting together an elegant dining area. Very nice spot for both a quick lunch or an evening out.

Its a fun open venue. I recommend it for a group event or even just a day out!

The place is great. Unless you get Stephen as your server, older bald guy, he will single handedly ruin your experience. He has been my server twice and he is absolutely horrid. We always have to ask someone to get him so we can order. On my most recent visit he checked on us one time during our hour and a half stay.If you get Stephen, do yourself favor and request a different server, because he will ruin your stay too.
