Love this theater! Very clean! Kind and courteous staff! Good food! Nice seats!

Nice theater. The seating is a little dated but still comfortable. The staff are pleasant. The facility is clean. Ticket prices are more than fair. A good experience.

Ive seen and enjoyed hundreds of movies at this theater. Why? Because its inexpensive, the lines are reasonable (if not non existent compared to other theaters), the food is fresh, and the theaters are clean. Has a baby ever cried or a noisy teen talked during a movie? Probably. If so I wouldnt hold the AMC responsible or dwell on it enough to post it in a review. Have you ever been in a theater that this hasnt happened? If you havent been there, then chances are youll find it to be a first rate experience.

Ive been going to this theater for years with my family. I havent had a problem yet!Really cool soda machines at this location! theres a mall beside this if you want to visit some stores after a movie and grab a quick bite to eat.

Its a big theater but it hasnt been updated in awhile. They offer several different times for movies during the day with great prices for their shows. Of course they offer popcorn and treats.

How is the price of such low quality food so high? The movie was great. People didnt follow the seating order guidelines unless the ticket agent wasnt concerned with social distancing.

Parking is terrible specially for handicapped. This place is always clean specially the bathrooms. Food is priced about par for movies but still is good..best popcorn around in my opinion. This place is nice for the older generation when prices are lower, shows arent crowded and what I like best is the volume is just loud enough to hear and enjoy. Some have it turned up so loud you almost need ear plugs.

They do not even show the name or times of the movie outside any of the 24 theaters, which was extremely inconvenient. Myself and many others that Ive spoken to also dislike having to choose your seat at the ticket desk. Not only does it slow everything down but inevitably somebody is sitting in your seat. Many of the theaters have sound problems as well as Ive discovered attending movies that are over the last four years. The only thing really good about it is $4 ticket price up until 4 p.m.

The screens are very good. Its well maintained and the room acoustics is very good. They are kept clean and the staff is friendly and make you feel good while you enjoy the movie.

We generally see movies at Majestic in Vero Beach. It is closer to our home and convenient. This week we thought we would try the AMC instead. We were terribly disappointed to find that unless we choose our seating first, our tickets could not be processed. We found this a bit absurd. When we asked why, we were told it was a corporate decision. Also, my Stubbs card with over 5,000 points never gives me any discounts at all. Maybe I am missing something. Several of my other club cards in Vero, give me lots of benefits and discounts. We are very disappointed.

A great theater for a the price that you are paying for. Very well kept and organized. The employees were super nice when we walked in the door. The seats were big and comfy and you could move the arm rest which was nice. I could recommend going to this theater next time if you want to get the best experience for your money.This is my favorite theatre in the area. Its convenient to the mall (as it is at the mall). The seats are nice and I never see it get crowded except on Friday night.What a great multiplex movie theatre this AMC is!Theres so many theaters that I lost track! Place is spacious. Both concession counter & ticket booths are large, wide a spread out. Lines went quick. Theres restrooms everywhere as well.We got to our movie just as it was starting, which I dont like because finding a seat in the dark is not my idea of a good time. Have no fear , theres plenty of seating here! The seats were nice & cozy, making me feel right at home BUT they dont recline - the theatre I was in anyway.Theres also a little arcade area which is nice to see since its a dying trend.Grab your popcorn ,shut the cellphone off & enjoy the show!

I generally really like this theatre and this was my second time in two days. Last night I was there for the movie Yesterday which while the movie was great the volume in the theatre was absolutely deafening. Todays movie was Kinky Boots which was terrific. Again sound volume issue. But this time it was too low. The theatre lights were left on until a gentleman in front of us went to let them know. Lighting was adjusted but not the sound. Maybe if someone could just pop into the different theatres when the movies start they could adjust things. Thanks so much!

Go here with my grand kids, son and daughter too. Watched some good movies with them. Right in the mall so you can enjoy the mall too.

Lights stayed on for the whole movie despite telling staff 20 minutes in. Sound was weak. Not the way to see a Star Wars movie on opening day. The whole theater was clearly having problems and management just pretending nothing happening. Used to be the best theater in the area by far. They are not even trying it seems.

Theater 3 is haunted. 100%. No ifs, ands, or buts.

As a stubs holder for the past few years now only only feels as if Im getting ripped off. I understand they need to make money at the concessions but please make your money without ripping people off. Youre in the business to make money not to rip people off.$10 for a small popcorn my God its popcorn literally hundreds of bags on pennies-on-the-dollar you dont need to rip us off anymore. And my God $5 for a bottle of water I mean its water I could buy an entire case of the same brand so what you charge for one bottle.

Very cool. Saw endgame! Twas awesome. The food here is very good, and the service is very good, everyone was very kind. The only thing was that my mom and I had to wait over 27 minutes for our pizza, and people who ordered after us got their food before us, quicker than us. Other than that though, everything is very cool. The atmosphere is awesome too.

How do I know where i want to sit, i dont know where until I get in the theater. They demand you pick a seat while purchasing tickets. I recommend Majestic much better in every way.

On 9/14/20 i went to go to movies with my girlfriend and this lady named ciara working the outside booths; she was very rude and and acted very un professional

Went to a 415 movie and was surrounded by individuals who would not stop talking a kick my seat. Then the neighbors next to me were on their phones the whole time. Where were the employees when all this was going on??? It happened basically the whole movie.

Good movie selection, reserved seating, slow cashiers. Give yourself 15 minutes (or more) to buy tickets. Concessions are waaayyy over-priced.

My absolute favorite theater. Large screens, and lots of them means good showtimes and good seats. Also they have good prices.

Regal provides a much higher quality viewing experience due to the cleanliness and overall design of the seats and rows in each theater. AMC is, however, cheaper in terms of tickets and that would be the trade off between the two.

Theatre needs to be updated. Seats not comfortable. Mel bbn one and P as lm Bay theatres are much h better.

They kicked us out because I was going to refill my slushy and they didn’t even let me refill my slushy. And then I asked to go see that movie the sonic wasn’t see my mom and they told me to go to the exit. Terrible customer service because I spent $20 in there and they’re just being ungrateful and one of the guys was just stocking us until we left

Decided to see a movie today..... havent been to AMC in awhile so I went there... its close to home....not many people on line but it was taking forever to get the tickets. When it was my turn I found out why it was taking so long..you now have to choose your seat first...she showed me the computer screen....I couldnt tell where the lower part of the theater ended and the upper started....there was no aisle marked on the chart. When I asked where the aisle was I was told to just pick a seat...the 2 that were working were dummer than sh.... Ill never go there again and I was not the only one to leave

Fair prices for tickets. Seats arent very comfortable at all, but we still had a good time and enjoyed the movie. Ill definitely be back

The staff in the movie theaters are very complimentary but whoever came up with the bright idea of allowing patrons to pick their own seat bad bad idea. Can you imagine senior citizens who refused to move out of the seat when theyre sitting in your seat and you ask them to move then they get mad. Not a very good idea. We left and got free passes to come back and got her money back never ever going back to this movie theater the majestic in Vero here we come by Im a senior citizen also Im 66 years old so we just left

The mall may be fading but the theater is great. Its clean, concession stand is great and they have 24 screens.

We went to the movies for the first time in years and found that the same dirty and uncomfortable seats were still there. The pricing of the food is ridiculous and not worth it. We did not even bother since a drink and popcorn can cost well over 12$. They have this assigned seating now where you have to pick a seat when buying a ticket and it is absolutely absurd. We did not know where we wanted to sit before walking into the theater.. We ended up moving once we got in there. The place just felt old and in need of a major remodel. The movie we saw was good, however the screen almost looked dirty at times. We would rather watch a movie at home.

Dont waste your time going to AMC movie theaters at the Indian River Mall. All they do is let a bunch of juveniles into R-rated movies that do nothing but ruin your experience. If you complain the management acts like they are powerless to do anything. They offer to compensate you with movie passes that do not make up for your lost time and POOR customer service experience. Take the extra ride and go to Melbourne where you can actually enjoy a movie and get real customer service! I wont even get into the poor condition of the seating and the theater itself.

Ticket pricing-reasonable.Concessions- expensive. Other theatre nearby is more cost efficient.Cleanliness- great. Bathrooms and theaters are well kept.Service- good. Had a terrible time at this theater.First of all, no staff checks the theaters to make sure all is copacetic, second off, the staff are rude and act like the customers should kiss their rear-end, as well as personalizing the issues the customers bring to their attention.The manager, Jerri Mann is a liar, and does not seem to care about customer complaints.This is the last time I go to an AMC or affiliated movie theater.If I could give zero stars I would.

Horrible inconveniences caused by an attempt to modernize the theatre. People picking their own seating ahead of time is a disaster. You cant even choose to not ask someone to move out of your assigned seat because you may end up sitting in someone elses. Wont come back not worth the anxiety for a sub par screen.

Ugh the Indian River 24 feels like its at the end of the road. The seats are worn out, the sound system is shot and it looks old and rundown. All of the interior theater signs were off making finding your theater difficult. Now you have to have reserved seating so checking in takes forever. All of the isle letters are on a dark floor making finding your isle difficult. And costumer service, what costumer service. I said thank you to the ticket taker and he actually said whatever. Expensive, horrible parking, horrible theaters and terrible costumer service make the Indian River 24 one of the worst movie theaters I have been in, in a while.

Place is cutting corners ..lights arent even lit to indicate showing or seating ..or name of film ..sad ..place brings back great memories

Nice place to catch a movie. 24 screens give many options and showtimes. 4 main screens that are larger. Other screens and auditoriums are very good as well. 4 Coca Cola freestyle machines also.

Watching movies on the big screen away from all the cares on the outside its a good experience that you can remember from when you were a child

This theater is going down. It used to be clean and inviting now it looks like someone has given up or something. For the amount of money people pay to go to the movies, they should put more care and effort into making it a place you look forward to going to instead of a place you dread going because its dirty and run down.

The AMC has the widest selection and largest number of screens in the Indian river and St. Lucie counties. Their 3-D offerings are better than other local theaters. They must use a different projection system. Self serve beverages can either be a pleasant or laborious experience. Join AMC stubs for discounts.

Whats up with the assigned seating?! Are you kidding me?! Absolutely the most ridiculous idea ever. Almost as ridiculous as the temperature in the joint. It was hot and since I had someone jammed right on top of me totally uncomfortable. It was very hard to enjoy a $32 movie. Wont be back.

Price was right, the theatre and concession area lovely, but....what is up with assigned seating?! Not liking at all.

I really feel like this whole “assigned seating” thing is going to get someone into a fight. There is no use doing assigned seating because NO ONE pays extra for those seats. Everyone pays the same amount and I’m going to sit whatever seat is available and where I like. They also can’t enforce this rule/policy so why even waste the time having everyone pick a seat when it just causes the line to back up like crazy. And if I sit in your “seat” I’m not moving cause I paid the same amount of money you did, just pick another seat and enjoy the movie.

First time at this theater. It was clean and the seats were comfortable. Took my kids to see the new Lego 2 movie. Was SO STINKING CUTE! Popcorn was hot and fresh and my soda was fizzy! Cant complain! :)

Tix price was cheap enough thankfully, since they kept 2 lines, one for regular customers & another who had an A-List account. This lets ppl cut in front of everyone else & make them wait longer, since all of the A-List ppl will get their tix 1st. Stood in line for what felt like about 10-15+ min. Went Sunday 4pm

This AMC continues to get my business because the have affordable matinees and they also show movies and such from Fathom Events. (I love Fathom Events) I dont worry about buying a popcorn because they have made my ticket affordable! The theater is always clean.

So now you have to be in assigned seating. That is ridiculous!! I mean really what grade are we in.. you pay good money to see a movie and they want to choose seating... how do you know where you want to sit until you get in there and know what theater it is... and who is sitting where... I try to stay away from kids... what if I don’t like seat, am I stuck with them,,, stupidest thing yet!!!!

Would not sell me tickets. I brought my family to see Spider-Man 20 minutes before the movie started. We waited in line for 15 minutes while we watched them take people that got there much later than us before us because they paid extra to skip the line. They inefficiently had each party pick their seats at the podium instead of just take them in the theater. This is done exclusively to try to make people pay extra to order online. When another party complained about the wait to a ticket taker that was doing nothing he gruffly told them to buy tickets online next time. I will never pay extra just to buy a movie ticket and I will never set foot in this theater again. We left the line, went to The Majestic, and had a good time there.

The projectors were down in multiple theaters, but the staff was kind enough to offer refunds and allow us to choose other movies to see. The wait was irritating, but otherwise okay. The seats are rather uncomfortable, and seeing as it is assigned seating, youd think they would be more comfortable to sit in for hours at a time.

I could be better but every amc is the same so it wouldnt matter because you can still watch movies there

Generally a good theater to visit with a good selection of movies. Best time to go is before 4pm because you can get $3.99 ticket prices.

I think AMC should review their policy of selecting seats for a movie. The lines are long not and this is out of season. I go to the movies a few times a month and may consider the other theaters if this policy keeps up.

Getting an A-List membership is a must ($20 for 12 movies equals 1.75 per movie), great co-location to mall, decent parking, and they have 24 screens so they usually get limited release films like Bill Murray/Adam Drivers movie The Dead Dont Die... which I also recommend watching.

Havent been here in a while. Surprisingly nice from the last time. And their large popcorn is like a gallon bucket, the soda machine option is nice as well.

Very disappointed with the movie Uncut Hems, but the EXPENSIVE Popcorn was good!

Cheap place to catch all movies family loves it

We went Saturday and saw Alladin. HATE the new assigned seating! Line was long because people had to pick seats( for all shows). There is absolutely no reason to have assigned seats! The theater held a few hundred people and there were probably under 50 people in the show. I know this is a corporate decision but it makes absolutely no sense. Especially for a matinee . Im sure the advertisers who pay money to show their commercials arent too happy that people wait until all the previews are over before they enter. AMC is also loosing business from people who arent seeing the previews of upcoming shows. Once again- HATE THIS NEW POLICY!

The fact that seats now have to be assigned and I was stuck sitting next to someone who talked thru the entire movie, who continued to sniff/blow his nose for well over an hour ruined this for me. If this is now the requirement, I think Ill stick with Majestic 11 instead. Horrible experience!

Theaters are clean. Seats are cozy. Screens are large. Surround sound is loud. Admission prices are very fair. Those are all the good things that were ruined by the insanely over priced concessions.

Every movie I see on opening weekend never seems to be on their larger screens. Youre stuck in a jam packed smaller room and it seems to get progressively warmer in temperature as the movie goes along. Not sure if theyre cutting back on their electric bills, but it makes the experience fairly uncomfortable. Its nice that this theater is closer to me otherwise I would probably never go. If youre going to make people pay $6 for a bottle of water you could at least offer something healthy, and not Dasani (look it up, its really not that good for you). I prefer the majestic, but their snack and drink prices are just as bad.

Food is expensive, service is trash, security was rude, I got kicked out for checking the time, security guard was emo and had tacky earrings and hair was greasy/gone. The rules were not clearly stated and they gave no warnings.

Very nice movie theater. Current and previous movies in a basically clean area. If it werent for the prices of the popcorn and cokes this would be a great place. ($22.00 for two cokes and a box of popcorn is rough.) Good sound system but sometimes excessively loud. I recommend it and will return.

Was great until I got thirsty. Over 6$ for fountain drink is ludicrous. For that much at least have a can lol

This new system of having to pick your seats is a hassle. I will not use AMC any longer, some of my friends say the same thing. What a hassle if you want to meet friends there and sit by each other, now you would have to wait for them outside to make sure you can sit together. I was a premier member too, bye AMC, lost another customer.
