I go to this golf course sometimes once a week and it’s fantastic. They always have reasonable pricing and it’s an overall good experience. The Course: This course is well maintained, despite all the measures in place over the virus. The fairways are great and the greens are consistent. Also, there are a lot of water traps on this course. If you’re like me, use your less valuable balls for this one.The Cart: The golf cart fleet is brand new! The carts are always cleaned after each use and they cycle them to make sure they’re always at full charge. The Players: The regulars here are great people. They typically don’t hit into the next party and most solos will just play through by skipping to the next hole. One story worth mentioning... My first time playing here, we were the first ones to tee off at 07:00. We enjoyed that there was no one in front of us but around 09:00, a party drove backwards on the course and placed themselves on the hole ahead of us. This should not happen, never seen anything like that before.Overall, this is one of the best public courses in Vero Beach. If you’re into executive layouts, go check this place out!

Possibly the most underrated golf course in the county. I love this little course. Its an executive course but dont let that fool you. Coming from a scratch player, its not that easy to break par with these postage stamp greens and water on every hole. They have a pretty decent practice range (could be better if they put back the practice bunker they used to have) and are very reasonable on their rates. Its usually not crowded and at certain times you can even walk if thats your preference. I think they do a pretty decent job of maintaining it. They just put in new greens last year so they are pretty mature now. Try it out.

Great Executive type course. Skinny with LOTS of water hazards. You CAN NOT just wack it with your driver. You MUST have some finesse finesse and shot selection. you have to know your clubs and your distances to play this course well. its a fantastic play well-maintained loved it here!

Played there a few times in April. Last time I played I used a Golf Now tee time. Staff acted like I was taking money from their pocket! Last time I played I had my support dog with me. I’m a female retired veteran (27 years service), I suffer a service related condition which my support dog addresses, and my support dog is small. Not your familiar German shepherd or large dog. I need my own cart for the same reason I need my support dog. First, the counter guy told me I’d have to pay another cart fee, and my dog wasn’t allowed. I informed him my dog was a support dog and offered documentation. He refused to even look at documentation, with much derision and apparent unbelief. He told me to pay another cart fee or leave. I refused. Then he started yelling at me (in front of a gathering crowd) and told me to never make another Golf Now tee time, never bring my dog back, and basically don’t come back. Since I refused to leave or pay another cart fee, he demanded I keep my dog in the cart contained for the entire round which basically prohibited her performing any services I had her for in the first place. At the turn, I went in to the shop to try to explain again, and again offered documentation, which again was refused and was told “just following rules”. Management seems to be unaware of ADA rules, certainly not female Veteran friendly, sexist (in that the guy seemed to not believe a female could be a veteran, much less one in need of a support dog) and downright hostile to Golf Now patrons. I’ll never play there again, I’ll never recommend Vista Plantation to anyone. I felt totally humiliated to tears, and hostile unwelcome. Otherwise, course is small but challenging, with water. Quick to get around, pace of play was good. Course was in standard shape for the area, fast greens and close clipped fairways. Still won’t play there again.

Nice and short course open to the public. There are no Par 5s, just 3s and 4s, which can be more challenging at times. We are beginners and can complete the entire 18 in two hours. The course is very well maintained and the staff are extra friendly. If you book online, sometimes they have specials through a third party, which can be as low as $10.00 per person. The rates here otherwise are comparable to every other golf course.

It used to be family friendly, now way over priced for a par 3 course. They charged my eight year old grandson full price , went to Point West which is a much nicer course and they did not charge him anything . It seems Point West promotes family spending time together without trying to over charge. It’s a shame Vista Plantation was a nice place to take my grandson to learn about golf, money first people last I guess.

Course is in great shape. The fairways had no issues and for those that feel the need to roll the ball you wont because the fairways all have prefect lies. Greens also in great shape and the greens were soft and held the ball. Green were fast and true. Lots of water and sand traps to make this par 62 a challenge. Made my day as I played my age 16 handicap.

I personally did not go to golf but while driving on 66th yesterday right before the corner at 26th street and 66th a golf ball came flying from the golf course and hit and smashed my windshield... I immediately went to the golf club to issue my complaint and the gentleman took my information. I went to the two groups of people who were golfing at the exact location the ball came from and they both deny it was their ball.. Now the people at the Golf Club tell me that there people who hit the ball is responsible for the damages but I have no way to prove who did it.. I only have liability for insurance and that doesnt cover windshield replacement... They are responsible but no one wants to take responsibility for the damages... I have to come out my pocket $267 to replace my windshield because the damage is beyond repair. I am pissed and I will be making some noise for this community and the danger of golfing so close to a road with no protection for us on the road. Luckily there were no other vehicles around us because it would have caused an accident. Needless to say, I have called the police and if I have to get a lawyer involved I will because I should not be held responsible for paying for a damage I didnt cause..
