Wow!! That is all I can say. I had a listing in a riverfront community that I could not sell for months. Kristen came in and staged the home and I had two almost full price cash offers after the first open house!! Kristen has impeccable taste. The condo was small and dark but Kristen brought it to life. I can not tell you how much better my open houses went. The week before they came in and said it was dated and would cost too much to update. After staging they came in and raved about how great it was priced for such a lovely unit. Staging works...at least when Kristen is on the job;)

I remodeled a home and it turned out nice but I could not get any serious offers. I was told that if I staged the home it would sell quickly. I looked at multiple sites and I found Kristens designs and flair were what I needed for my home. I was not prepared for the transformation. Wow, she did such a fantastic, job.
