I had two rugs cleaned by Falasiri and they came back looking brand new! One rug was so stained that I personally believed it would never be right again. Not only were all of the stains removed, but the rug looks better than ever. I would certainly use them again if I needed to have rugs cleaned.

I have had Falasari clean rugs for me in the past and they do a nice job, but are incredibly expensive. This week I had them pick up two rugs. One was an 8x10 the other a 9x12. they were charging $3,000 for cleaning. I let them take the rugs and gave a $1500.00 deposit. However, I came to my senses. I checked with the service I use in Pittsburgh and they were appalled. I also checked with Tufenkian who manufactured the rugs, and also a shop in NYC.All agreed this pricing was totally out of line. I also might mention that 14 months ago Falasari cleaned the 8x10 and charged $880.00 and are now charging $1200.00. Quite an increase---about 40%. They are returning my rugs and my deposit. I have found a service in West Palm Beach who will hand wash my rugs and not rob me. If you are considering using them youmight reconsider. They tried to convince me that their service was like no other---probably only in the price gouging.June 22 When Falasiri was returning my rugs they said they would clean them for $1500---half the original quote. We agreed on this. I am sure they will come back looking good. I still suggest that you should check their prices. They do the a very nice job.

A beautiful selection of rugs! Falasiri is one of the best rug showrooms in Florida. Be careful about buying rugs online ... its so much better to see and inspect rugs in person and get advice from Falasiris rug experts.

As an Interior Designer, Falasiri provides a great shopping experience for both myself and my clients. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional and most importantly have great customer service. Highly recommend them.

I had 2 areas of bleeding on my Hereke rug. I contacted Falasiri, who assured me they could get rid of the bleeding for $550. When the rug was returned, the 2 areas still had bleeding albeit not as much as before but still very noticeable. I contacted Falasiri regarding my displeasure but heard nothing back.
