Nice small place to take your young children to play. Its older could use some updates on carpet and machinery (games) but overall was visiting the area stayed an hour and enjoyed the bounce houses

We had a birthday party here in September. The room was dirty when we arrived. We constantly had to ask for what we needed through out the party. Drinks plates etc. when it was time to pay the bill we were charged for 16 children instead of 8. I asked how did you charge my card as we had not finalized the bill and she said I charged the card you had on file without even asking me. I have been trying to get a refund for 3 months for the 8 kids we were over charged for with no refund. I have called 3 times and have stopped in twice. Do not have your party here. So unprofessional. Totally scam. Go to another vendor. Save yourself a huge headache

This place is awful. Everything is busted, out of order or simply dirty. I used to come here and it had been a long time since I was last here.I was extremely disappointed. My 4 year old told me “I want to leave” after 10 minutes. So worst $20 dollars I ever spent.Oh... customer service is out of order too. You must know.

I brought my 7- and 5- year olds to Fun City on 2.26.20 and we all had a very pleasant experience. The girl at the check out was polite and knowledgeable. I had to sign a waiver that Id never seen before even though weve been to this Fun City before, and rather than being flippant like many people her age, she was attentive and patient. She smiled at my kids and made sure their wristbands fit. We used the restrooms while we were there and they were clean.

Great family fun. Staff is responsive and very helpful. Kids love this place and always want to return. They love the laser tag.

A great place to bring your kids, but i am pleased that the place has closed for the duration of the COVID epidemic. Hope that when everything is better they reopen and i can take my kids once more!

Extremely pleased with this place very clean and nice bounce attractions. Kids love this place and never want to leave. Lazer tag was very entertaining for kiddod. Staff really pays attention and is accommodating. Will recommend to my friends. Drove 45 min to get here but was worth it.

Awesome for children, no outside food or drink and they have high prices for what they offer inside. Friendly atmosphere good staff, would recommend to anyone looking to get the kids out for a bit. Admission to enter isnt to pricey but they make up for it with there games and extras. bathrooms and bounce houses were very clean . WEAR SOCKS must have socks otherwise they sell a pair for 3 dollars.

Gets busy on as rainy weekend. Some of the older kids play a little rough, you really have to watch your little ones. Otherwise, its a great place for kids to tire themselves out.

I was having a good time there until an employee informed us last minute about having socks and recommended buying some socks , my LO doesnt like socks and since the cashier took my money already and was fine about us not having socks on and didnt mentioned about the socks at the first place. Poor communication and other children were playing with/ or without socks, I felt we were racially profiled

The bouncing equipment needs serious repairs...But other than that...staff is great professional and super friendly.Baby had a great time

My son always has a blast when he goes. Wednesday is half off. They have vending machines and arcade games. They offer birthday parties. They have laser tag but, its quite expensive and you must have shoes to play! The building is clean and well maintained. They also allow one parent to one child to play on the bouncy houses.

I used to take my kids here all the time. There’s always a bunch of kids there and it’s a fun atmosphere. Pricing is OK and acceptable because it’s a niche business that has to keep their doors open somehow. If you have kids or you are kid stop by fun city party and play Center.

Ive been to this place 3 times during the weekdays around midday. It smells dirty. There are about 5 bounces. Some arcade games that gives tickets and the kids can get some prizes. I paid $6.00 for my 2 yr old and I was allowed to join her at no cost. Which is good. Socks are mandatory. They have some for purchase. The one girl at the front is nice. The 3 times Ive been it was empty.

Never had a bad experience here. The staff is friendly and helpful, the arcade games are a blast, my girls play for hours and never want to leave. Have had a couple birthday parties here for my girls and have never felt like I didnt get my money worth. As long as the kids have a great time then it was worth every penny spent. They always have great deals going on if you sign up for their newsletters or check out their website.

My 3 year old loves Fun City. Its a great, safe place where she can run, climb, and slide her energy out (especially great on a rainy or super hot day). It can get a bit overwhelming if there are lots of kids. The staff does a pretty good job at watching for kids being too rough or using the equipment improperly though, and there is a little kid area that toddlers can stick to if need be. We definitely recommend it. Oh and dont forget your socks!

Brought in my 3 year old daughter today to check this place out. Definitely not worth any amount of money to go in here, unless you want your children getting hepatitis. First off- the girl in the referee shirt had the WORST attitude towards the kids and a really annoying nasally voice (like a spoiled valley girl type of voice) and the manager wasnt any better. They werent enforcing the No outside food or drinks rule OR the have to wear socks to bounce rule, which worries me because the kids are in transition of going back to school. Being exposed to bacteria like that will EASILY get your children sick. The bathrooms were absolutely DISGUSTING. I first went into the family bathroom with my daughter and the changing table was down and had a poo- smear on it. So we just went into the womens restroom together and I was looking behind the toilet and saw pee all over it. Surprised that there was no supervision by any staff member for the children, while I watched them for nearly an hour just standing around on their phones. The whole place smells like a dirty sock, the food is double the price of papa johns (where they get it from) and the games are rigged and expensive. We stayed there because my daughter liked it. I will never go back and will not be recommending to my single fathers group. Get some new management, and some new employees, maybe just disappear all together and make the world a better place. Fun City is just what it states. FUN. It was clean and the staff was friendly. The games were reasonably priced. The kids had a lot of fun!! The prices of the food offered were extremely high priced.My only other HUGE CONCERN was the lack of knowing who your child could be going out the door with or walking out the door on his or her own. I know as a parent you are suppose supervise your children, however that is not always true with all parents. There are NO security measures taken for the childrens safety at all. There were several times there was no one at the front desk!! Anyone could have plenty of time to walk out the door with someones child or walk out the door on their own. That to me was scary!! I hope by me writing and calling the manager of Fun City that this will change in the future. It could be solved inexpensively and be safe for all. Thank you.

My kids love coming here, They have such a fun time, Pricing on things are OK, but again the kids love that they get to play the games and on the inflatables, The New Manager there is very Nice, I also LOVE that the staff seems more on top of things with enforcing the rules and ensuring Safety for all the kids that come in to play

The woman who greeted us at the door was wonderful. Plenty of bounce houses and arcade games for older kids too. My daughter had a blast and the staff was very kind. DEFINITELY will be coming back!

This is a great place to bring small children during school hours, as well as elementary school children. I brought my 1 year (almost 2 year old) a few times and he now loves it! its a lot to take in for a small one so even if your toddler doesnt adjust right away, give it a few more tries. The only problem is they dont like you to bring in food or drinks. Also, they will let you order pizza but they have to do it for you and when you order through there the menu is very limited. I work with kids and my client will only eat bread sticks, which is not on the menu -_- .

I agree that the place is clean and the equipment is the most elaborate Ive seen in a bounce house. The staff, however, leave a lot to be desired. I spent nearly $300 on a party and the hostess did nothing beyond setting up the party table. She didnt interact with any of the children in the party. She did not gather them when it was time to eat. Instead, she was hiding in the back room eating a snack (said her coworker). She didnt host anything, as far as all the parents at my party were concerned. Also, my biggest complaint is there was no character there to entertain the kids. I paid for an entertainer and didnt get one. To conclude, I would recommend just doing cake and pizza at home then have everyone meet at the bounce house afterward. Its not worth $300 + 37 tip for the use of the table and a lazy hostess. The kids were furiously disappointed that there was no character present.

An incredibly poor experience, inexperienced management with poor to non-existent conflict resolution or management skills. When we asked for corporate contact number the manager threatened to kick us out and call the police from a four year olds birthday party. Need to be contacted by ownership.

Wow, dont expect to be a participant in the fun if you are an adult here. I weigh less than the half dozen teens bouncing on the equipment here but because Im an adult I cant go inside the play areas with my children. Guess well stick to Chuck E Cheese on future birthday parties. At least I know my money (and participation) will be appreciated there.

I took a 1-1/2 year old. Security in place to make sure only you leave with your child. We had fun, but it took him awhile to catch on. Admission was $6 for unlimited bounce time. Socks are required & $3 if you forget your own. Laser tag for bigger kids. Arcades with tickets for prizes that were affordably priced. Vending machines available. And tv area with 2 massage chairs for the grown-ups. Couldnt locate a price for those. Restrooms with chamging tables. Party rooms also available for rent. I would return. Great place to burn off energy especially on a rainy or hot day.

We had my daughters birthday party there last February. It was great, ALL her friends LOVED it, they were extremely wore out by the end and NO clean up. Also, not a big deal, but plan to tip the person helping with the party, I didnt realize you were supposed to do that considering what I paid; which was actually reasonable considering I didnt have to plan and clean-up!

Love it!!!! Wish we lived closer because my daughter and I just adore this place! It is unbelievable how clean they keep this place with all the kids running around.

My 2 year old has a great time every time we come. Such a great help for nap times!Edit: when this place first opened, it was clean and new and fun, but now its just dirty. Theres rips in a lot of the equipment and I found a pile or candy wrappers, beads and Cheerios on the large slide. A lot of the equipment is the same that has been there since they opened. The food is from walked over from Papa Johns and then seriously upcharged. Its sad.

My daughters friend has her 4th Birthday Party here and the kids had a BLAST! The staff was very nice and friendly. One little girl fell off of a slide bounce house and an employee rushed over with ice right away. It seems like a very safe enviornment with only one entrance and exit and staffers standing by the door.

Worst customer service of any business I have ever experienced! Wednesdays are usually 50% off admission, with spring break in mind I called Tuesday evening to ask if this was still the case. The girl on the phone told me yes admission would be 5.00 instead of 10. Wednesday at approx 12:30 my friend and I with a total of 4 children arrive, we are then told no admission is 10.00 I explained how I was told it was still half price and she argued with me. The girl who told me that apparently Megan was there and said yes she thought it was right, the manager called her boss and stepped outside and after 10 min came in and stated her boss told her it was her call and even though they told me it was discounted they would not honor that. I asked to speak to her boss and was told no she did not want to speak me with. I asked for someone above her or the contact info for that person and was told again no that she would not put me in contact with anyone. Needless to say she very simply could have fixed the situation or even offered something a game credit or half price laser tag but instead she chose to be rude and disrespectful. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Super friendly staff, clean games and bounce houses. Restrooms were clean too. The drone of the moving air can be annoying, but you learn to tune it out.

As the only bounce house in the area, my daughter enjoys going here most of the time. During the day there are not many people though and sometimes she gets bored so fast and then wants to play the arcade games, which just suck money. That is my biggest complaint overall...it is way too expensive. When we lived in Virginia, we had a choice of four different places like this and they were all about 4 or 5 bucks a kid. At Fun City it is 10 and you arent allowed to bring your own snacks/lunch food. My kids have allergies and I dont allow junk food, so they are tempted by the crappy vending machine candy, but dont get to eat their own snacks. It is hard for them to watch other kids running around with cookies and candy that they cant eat and not have the option of having their own safe foods. The facility is nice and clean and the bouncers are fun, so we will go back for sure, but not too often.

Had my 2 year olds party here two weeks ago. It was a blast and all of the kids loved it. It was a little pricey and we were only able to buy their pizza which was over priced as well however given the circumstances that there was no mess or clean up for us, it was worth it.

As a veteran bounce house father of 4 I have been to Crazy Frogs and every iteration of Fun City in Vero and its current owners, staff, location and service top them all. Very glad to have this business in Vero Beach.

Kids were having fun no doubt, but alot were climbing on the outside of the bounce houses and they were not supervised and with smaller children its more dangerous then not. Not a place I will be bringing my child back to.
