Everyone Ive met on staff has been cheerful and helpful. Im staying a month in my rig here, and really enjoying it. The pool is closed due to COVID, but the bathrooms and laundry room are immaculately clean. There are trees for shade over the parking spots. Great location for exploring Joshua Tree, Morongo Canyon, and beyond. Neighboring folks are friendly, and respectful of quiet time. Sunsets and star watching have been terrific. Hoping to stay again soon.

Stopped here to fill up water on the way to Joshua Tree NP. The $25 fee was higher than I’ve ever paid. To me a typical private park, sites are super small. Most you have to park in your site next to your rig as there’s no other place.Office staff was friendly enough however they didn’t seem to know about Covid. No one was wearing a mask, there were no barriers between them and the customer.

Really nice cottage (#27). Clean and cozy (cozy is not coffee for small - the kitchen and bathroom are huge!). Bed was firm but comfy. Couch was past its prime. Otherwise, nice furnishings and kitchen stuff. Clean, fluffy white towels that smelled good. That says everything! A/C was nice and cold, heat worked great, too. (85 degree day, 41 degree night!) Would definitely stay here again. (Tip, head to Adobe liquor store, the Rib Co., the Jumbo Rock Cafe for breakfast & nitro coffee. You can get fully equipped for your stay.)

This was our first stop out of LA on our 12 months journey. We arrived very late but the night watchman was there ASAP to get us settled in. We had three nights and the sight is quietly located to the fringe of town. It is handy to get to the National Park- Joshua Tree is great. The RV Park has a good supplies store and the toilets/showers are good. Laundry is also good. Office staff are very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

It is on a semi busy road but most RV parks are. There is a small golf course next door. Lots of desert to walk your dogs.

Pull-thru spots are in what looks like an old run down parking lot with no shade. Drab cookie cutter modular homes are my view. Check-in was painfully slow, and I was warned that there would be no Wi-Fi service where I was assigned. No garbage cans nearby, no pet area near. My neighbor had to pull stickers out of her dogs paws and warned me to stay away from the weeded areas. The only sign directing you anywhere is where to pull in...no signs indicating what sites are where. The only bright spot was that I was able to maneuver my 38 motorhome towing a Tahoe easily into my site, but the site was too short so I had to unhook my tow car. I will not return here. All hook-ups are at the very back of the

Highlights: meets basic RVer needs, office staff may irritate some people, partially graveled sites, regular sites have no shade or grass, nice pool/hot tub, only 3 miles to Joshua Tree NP.Considering other options in the area this is probably one of the best RV Park options. It’s only 3.2 miles to the Twenty-Nine Palms entrance to Joshua Tree National Park and only about 2.5 miles to the visitors center. This RV Park meets all basic RVer needs, full hookups, 50amp, water at every site (with really good water pressure). The dump/sewer is at the back of each campsite so if your RV has sewer output/valves at the center or front you won’t be able to hook up unless you have 35+ feet of sewer hose. There is a small wooden picnic table at each site. There seem to be 2 levels of sites regular and premium. The regular sites have no grass, plants, or trees. The premium sites have various sized trees (mostly small) and a few bushes. The staff seem to be pretty friendly, but the office was closed (during posted business hours) several different times and the attendant wasn’t available some of the time. This is one reason I’m giving 4 stars. When my husband went to checkout there wasn’t anyone in the office at 10:20am. We were supposed to be checked out at noon and then at 11:00am someone started calling our cell phone and asking when we were going to be out of our spot. I should mention that the occupancy was probably less than 50% so it wasn’t because they needed our site for an early check-in. I’m very annoyed by Camp hosts and attendants who feel they must exercise the little amount of power that they feel they have and harass patrons - RVers know what I mean. The other reason I am giving 4 stars is because the fee was $45 and then they charged us an additional $17 for our kids. So not a very family friendly RV Park. In my opinion, RV parks that charge 10% or more per child aren’t being genuine about the prices - they want to advertise low rates but then they have a 30% increase if you have a few kids.Nice covered pool and large hot tub, laundry, horseshoe pits, picnic areas, small store, and adjacent (brown) golf course. Roads are all paved, but the campsites are half gravel. We drove through several Joshua Tree National Park Camp grounds (not Black Rock or Indian) and there are very few campsites that will accommodate an RV longer then 25 feet. Additionally, unless you are familiar with the exact campsite in Joshua Tree NP, it is almost impossible to reserve a campsite and be sure it will accommodate an RV.

Its a nice place with exceptions of how they charge for power. I believe that its complete scam as the way the charge for powerSooner or later someone is going to challenge them and take them to court. It looks very obvious that they are double dipping and over charging for electrical usage. It either is the billing company which I think theyre based on commission or the owners are involved in this scam. It would be very disappointing if Tallys are involved in this scam.

Stayed in an RV for multiple nights in February 2018. Back in site was large enough and while not private, had a bit of space between sites. Location is only a few miles outside of Joshua Tree National Park, which was the reason for the visit. Happy with the resort and location and would stay again for the same reason.

This RV park is on the outskirts of Twentynine Palms. It is clean and neat. There is a large laundry room, an indoor pool, hottub, sauna, and exercise room. The pull-through sites are gravel with a space beside them to park a vehicle. It was plenty of room for my 40 foot motorhome and toad. The sites were right next to each other. There are also small cottages that are very close together. The staff is very nice. I think the monthly rates are very reasonable, but the weekly and daily rates are well over $40 per day even with a discount. It seems to be a safe park, just over my budget.

When I checked online, their website said that they couldnt accommodate our rig, but after a quick phone call Michael worked it all the details and got us in. We ended up arriving late, but it wasnt a problem. After a call to their after hours line Michael came to meet us at the front, check us in, drive us through our site, and make sure we got set up correctly. It was 1st class service. We were excited to see Joshua Tree National Park, and 29 Palms was only a couple miles from the northern most entrance. It made our drives to and from the park a snap, and it was close to several restaurants and grocery stores. The only negative to the stay was that many of the park residents were very early risers (like 5 AM early), and would let their large diesel trucks warm up for a bit before their drives to work. But at the same time, the residents were warm and friendly to us and to our children, who enjoyed having the run of the grounds. If youre going to visit the Marine Base, our plan on spending some time at Joshua Tree, this is a great place to stay.

All the facilities seemed pretty nice and customer service was pretty good but beware the pet friendly cottages. By pet friendly, they mean the cottage has already been urinated and defecated in enough that theres really not much worse your pet could do to it. When we walked in, the cottage smelled heavily of cleaners but when that faded it just smelled like urine. The carpet was crusty and covered in stains. We cleaned a spot with our portable shampooer and it came out 5 shades lighter than the surrounding carpet and the water was GREEN when we emptied the reservior (it was empty when we started). When I turned the shower on the first night, it smelled heavily of urine so Im guessing the previous occupant took a leak in the shower on a regular basis.I spilled a bit of water on the floor in the kitchen and wiped it up with a used towel assuming that the floor had been mopped recently. It hadnt and the towel was covered in black stuff afterwards. To top it off, we were told we got a military discount and we were given one the first night but then they just started charging full price without telling us. When we asked about it, they said they werent supposed to give us a military discount in the first place since we werent staying long term. I was fine not getting the discount but I would have liked for them to have informed us of the change instead of us finding out from our bank account. We paid for an extra night but didnt stay as we wanted out of there ASAP.

The parks amenities are very good for the cost. The staff is attentive and caring. We reside at the end of the park to be close to the dog park and to have more room across from the opposite row of RVs. Felt insulted because my color is not white. Also, when I called for room service. only add supply. Did not fill the coffee bag and empty trash can. I called again.
