Amazing atmosphere, Lots of activities to participate in, and plenty of entertainment. Perfect for late nights with friends when theres nothing to do.

Outstanding SMP out here in the desert. Many patrons watching Monday Night Football, playing ping pong, pool, socializing and more. Definately a great place to spend your libbo.

All I can say is wow! This SMP center really sets the standard for how all of these locations should be! A positive environment with plenty of pool tables, a poker table, ping pong table, a big assortment of TVs and different areas for them for sports, movies, TV shows. A giant game room with more than enough room for multiple groups and comfortable gaming chairs! Also has wifi and A/c which is a huge deal for anywhere in 29 palms.. Even has a movie room that is really nice and segregated from everything else to really set a movie atmosphere and so other areas arnt disturbing you! I wish places like camp horno would at least take a few notes of this place Im honestly impressed

If you’re stationed in Twentynine Palms, the area doesn’t offer much in the entertainment department. This is where Spike’s Place steps up to the plate. They are much more than a recreation center. Their facility offers the following:Pool Tables,Table Tennis,Shuffleboard,Free Wi-Fi,Movie Theater,Video Gaming,Alienware Gaming Computers,Dell Laptops andAn Indoor Golfing SimulatorThis is all offered for FREE. Spike’s Place is the new home of the Single Marine Program (SMP). The SMP also offers trips on the weekends to Southern California’s attractions. Plus they have volunteer opportunities which will earn you a Letter of Appreciation (L.O.A.). They also hold weekly gaming tournaments (pool, shuffleboard or gaming) where you can win a prize.The movie theater at Spike’s Place great! They may not have the newest movies out in theaters, but they do have the movies available before they are on DVD. The movie library is over 700 movies. Outside snacks are always welcomed at this theater :)The video game area offers Playstation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Wii-U, and other systems.
