This is a Twentynine Palms treasure with new monthly artist presentations in the three display galleries. Don’t miss visiting while in the area, it is free and worth a short visit to discover what is currently on display. The main building is an historic adobe home converted by the local artist guild to feature quality works of art in all mediums. The volunteer docents will share their knowledge of the artists and their works to make the experience more memorable. The hours open are limited so plan a visit with a check of the website for this months show and availability. Most works of art; original paintings, photography, sculptures and assemblage are for sale and there is a gift shop to find unique items to to share or add to your enjoyment. Next door is the Old School House Museum of local history, and the Joshua Tree National Park headquarters and visitors center is just a short drive away along the desert Oasis of Mara (the namesake of 29 Palms). Make it a fun tour of all three you will not be disappointed.

Wonderful unassuming cozy gallery. Its great that there still exist authentic non-corporate artistic spaces like this in Socal.

If youre on your way to the National Park, or just leaving the Old Schoolhouse Museum, this is an essential stop to see. Very folksy and the people who run it are very nice. The art is beautiful, and gives an accurate taste of art culture out here in the High Desert.

Impress with the collection they have. Defenitly I will return.

A visit to 29 Palms Art Gallery, is always interesting. Current show is a member show. There is a lot of diversity in style and subject. Fine Art at its best. Dont be shy check it out.

Its small, some good, diverse shows

Great adobe setting for a group that features eclectic and varying shows. A great local resource.

Ill update a review when Ive been inside, but its a giant scorpion, you have to stop and look at it!

Very kind husband and wife in charge of the gallery and gift shop. Current show is of local students art. Some was quite good.

Many of the best artists in the Hi-Desert exhibit their works at this petite and historic gallery. Nestled between JTNP and the 29 Palms Inn it is a must for visitors to the region and should on everyones list.
