Its awesome to go to for adults amd kids. And very fun to do birthday parties as well. I love the fact that the GM himself works there and isnt just behind the desk like most places. A great company, and wonderful family time event.

We had a private birthday party for my 11 year old son and he had the best time. The staff was amazing, they made sure we had everything we needed and they were very organized. We all had a great time, adults and kids.

This place was a blessing to drain the energy from a toddler. Essential workers got a discount too so that was cool

It was cool that these guys were open. Getting to do anything from the trapeze into flying backflips or launching my kid off the swing into the foam pit its a great time. The kids already cant wait to go back!

Held a birthday party. Definitely worth it. Safety is their #1 concern despite the heap of disclaimers that most people obviously dont read before signing.

Love this place, so fun. Oh and my kid’s love it too ;-). Such a great place for adults and kids to have a blast and do it together. So much better than some other trampoline places I’ve been to. Their foam pits and obstacle courses are next level.

Im very disappointed in this company. I havent been to boomshaka in 8 months due to the pandemic, I cancelled my memberships back in March(or so I thought) now Im being charged again monthly and told I cant cancel until Ive paid for 3 months! I will not be going back here and Im highly upset they are forcing me to be charged and keep my membership when we are in a pandemic. You think they would make an exception because of the pandemic but no, instead Ill be charged for the rest of the year for services I wont use! I do not recommend this place.

The staff was wonderful, they were keeping everything clean. The park had many different things to do. The whole gang had a blast! The only reason for 4 stars and not five was because the food was pretty expensive.

Fun place to go with the whole family. Great staff working as well. Always greeting me and checking to ensure I’m enjoying my as well as my family. I see staff wiping down surfaces and handles approximately every 30 minutes or so. Only thing I could be picky about is after jumping, it’s gets warm. I wear shorts and a tshirt but it’s not too bad.

This place is great! Gets the kids moving and sweating. They have really good procedures to keep the place clean. My family and I felt safe there during these times.

Before covid we were at defy regularly and as a family, we love this place. For obvious reasons we have been sceptical about returning however today we paid a visit. I was happy to discover they are taking the necessary precautions. Their facemask protocol makes sense, an employee was cleaning the entire time we were there and social distancing was not a concern. Needless to say we will be returning as regulars once again.

Our family had a blast! Lots to do for us adults as well as our daughter. However, half way through our time we were told to put on our mask which made it very hard for our daughter to breathe while trying to run around.

Glad they are back open and when we went they were not packed and it was clean and they scanned for fevers and asked about symptoms so though not a guarantee I appreciated it.

Everything was great except the food Pizza was so burnt that the kids didn’t want it even when they were nice enough to remake it and the soda was just carbonated...... Besides the food and drinks everything else was great the staff was very nice

Do not, for the love of God, do not sign up for their membership! We moved out of the state back in June and weve been charged every month since. I tried to cancel our membership before we left but I could never get anyone to call me back. And the few times I did get ahold of someone, they told me a manager would have to call me back...and guess what didnt happen? I then moved on to emailing them, even threatened to get a lawyer. So, after at least 20 phone calls, who knows how many threat filled emails, it came down to me having to cancel my debit card so they couldnt charge it anymore.Update:I shouldve checked their website before I made the ridiculous amount of phone calls...turns out, clear as day, theres a cancel membership link. Ill be updating my rating since the frustration was self inflicted.

Staff are polite , they spend a lot of time cleaning the jumping area. The bathrooms desperately need to be cleaned better on a daily basis my only complaint.

This was definitely the right place for our party. We celebrated our 11 year old and 5 year old together. We had kids from 3-16 as well as adults who all had a great time playing and jumping. Beware the foam pits, they eat you alive!!It is a bit spendy, but well worth the price in smiles and excitement.

It was fun, but I was there for my granddaughters birthday. 1st time there, and I spent 90 % of my time chasing down two little girls. It was fun, but having to pay 22.50 was a pretty steep price for that. I wasn’t told of any options I might have, so in the long run, I cost 22.50 for an hour and a half with my two favorite little girls that had a great time.

This place is not just a fun place, but the customer service was excellent too. I am soo grateful towards The manager. He showed EXCELLENT LEADERSHIP!! While some employees were stuttering to help me find my phone, right after asking the manager, he helped me right away.. THANK YOU JASON!!!

Get the monthly membership, its so cheap. This is such a great place for your kids to burn energy. Its air conditioned. Also, the staff member named Tag is absolutely excellent with kids. Hes interactive and a favorite of my kiddos.

Overall BoomShaka is a fun place for kids to jump and have fun. We had my son’s birthday here and I wasn’t super impressed. Our birthday “attendant” was difficult to pin down for help and not super helpful. In fact, when it came time to jump no-one told us we could go in so our kiddos missed lots of their jump time. The entrance is monitored so we were waiting for the thumbs up or Announcement or anything...we ended up seeking out the staff and they were like, “yea, go on it it’s your time!” Disappointing. The party room was disgusting in the “unseen” locations...like they clean the bare minimum. The children brought gifts and there wasn’t a cart for them to put them on to be taken to the party room. They don’t provide much time for you to setup your room without cutting into your jump/party time...they are squeezing in as many parties as possible. So basically I didn’t get time to see my son jump at his party. I spent that time cleaning and setting up our room. We had a top floor room and I think that was for the best...it’s a loud place and upstairs was better. My son was supposed to receive a shirt for the party but they were out of stock and only offered him an over-sized, adult ball cap—kind of a bummer for the money we pay.

Very fun, reasonable prices. I dont like that you can not wears socks from other trampoline parks, they seem to be the same considering they both have grips. The birthday parties are really fun! They have everything needed for a party. Will be going back soon! :)

Attwned a birthday party here and the kids had a blast!!! Got to keep the fancy jumping socks, which was cool. The facilities are amazing! They have staff monitoring all the activities and there are camps available too!

Really fun place to go for a date! At first, I was regretting not looking up the the trending times for kids to be there, but it ended up not being an issues. For the most part, the people (or kids) there are pretty mindful of others. The staff members are also very helpful. I spoke to one of the them about the best time to reserve and he said it varies. On the weekends the place will sell out by 12 oclock, but will usually calm down by 5:00. We reserved our time for 11:30 and it worked out perfectly for us. If its your first time going, I recommend trying just one hour; this should be enough time to try out everything. One thing I would have liked to know is that there is no grill. They do have a vending machine area, but this will not keep you fueled if youre planning to be there for longer than an hour. The facility is located in a secluded area of Tumwater and it has decent parking. Overall, Boomshaka is a great place to go to try something different! The price wasnt bad and they do offer a military discount if you buy your tickets at the door.

This is a great place to go for toddlers and up. They can run, jump, climb, bounce, and everything in a nice safe indoor facility. The staff are attentive and kind. Plus in the summer they have air conditioning so this place is great year round!

You think an hour isnt very long. With everything they have to do and play on it was a blast and all my kids had fun

A haven for anti-maskers! They check you at the door but then don’t care. Most people there were not wearing masks. We felt very uncomfortable and left — but if you are looking for a spot that doesn’t enforce masks then this is definitely the place for you!

Boomshaka is the best trampoline park our family has experienced. Both my 11 year old and 7 year old had a blast. I love the variety of activities, and my kids really liked the aerial fabric swing. Overall, a very good experience.

Going with our 1 year old kind of scared me at first but he had a wonderful time. All the workers were helpful. The kids knew their boundaries. My son loved it. We’ll definitely be back.

Such a great place to bring your kids and run the energy out of them. Every time I have gone it has been very busy however the very large playing are does not make it seem overwhelmed with people. Plenty of areas for kids to jump, climb, and play. Cheaper than other options up north. Parking at the building is limited so it is likely you will need to park in the street. They will make you purchase socks so keep them for future visits.

Always a good time, happy to see the changes made( theyve added a small food area) serving your fave quick bites( nachos, pizza, pretzels etc). Love this place for getting the energy out of my littles. ( ages 1-19 ) something for everyone to do

Edit:11/5/2020The lack of staff here is really putting a damper on this place. I waited 30 min in line to get a wristband. No purchase needed were all members we all have socks. 1 person at the counter with a line to the door. Nobody is ever at the concession stand. Its a P.I.T.A. to get in.$25 Membership literally less than the price than 1 trip of 2 hours so going once a month makes it worth it and we go so often its ridiculously worth it. Staff is pretty chill. Foam pits, Dogdeball court, Obstacle course, and super tramps.They are pretty picky about socks though wont let any trampoline socks except the ones they provide even if they are clearly trampoline socks.

This is a great place to let the kids loose and burn off some energy! Be prepared for the noise of kids enjoying themselves and loud music. The bathrooms could really use some attention as they weren’t that clean, seemed the staff was more focused on selling jump time and watching kids play safely....not complaining about where they focus their attention but would like them to consider checking in on the restrooms every hour or so.

Great place to take children to get energy out. The prices are reasonable for about an hr of entertainment. There are some coupons and discounts. It was busy today (Sunday). The front desk said the weekdays are much slower and I would like to go during slower times. You have to buy your own socks unless you bring a pair from a previous time.

My 3 boys aged 1, 4 and 6 had a blast! My husband and I jumped with them and we all surprisingly lasted almost the full 90 minutes. The staff was great too and we will definitely be going back.

Really fun and family friendly, large area to accommodate crowds, but the cleanliness seems to have gone downhill since weve been coming over the past several months. We went today and it smelled pretty bad and it looked like the mats hadnt really been cleaned in a while. They probably do clean and theyre always busy--I just dont remember it smelling as bad as it did today.

The 1 other time weve been here, everything went smooth and everything was clean. This time, there was all sorts of confusion with wristband colors and everything smelled terrible.... like it hadnt been cleaned in quite sometime. We got the wrong color wristbands and had to go back to the front... wait in line again and get the correct color wristbands, then, we paid for 90 minutes and the people at the line into the trampoline area couldnt figure out that 90 minutes was the same as 1 and a half hours.... also, half of the dodgeball balls were flat or falling apart... just.... sadly not as well put together. Well give it another shot in a month or so and hopefully some things change.

From outta state! Fun place..seen them cleaning out a foam pit....amazing and gross what was on the bottom, but refreshing to see them actually cleaning things! Well maintained and workers on our day were very, very kind and patient t with even younger kiddos

AWESOME place to take the kids and for adults that still like to play. Great exercise and you dont even know it. One hour is all we needed to try all the cool different sections.

Fun place for kids. For adults - there are lots of comfy couches. Good WiFi. The biggest annoyance is the lack of trained staff at front desk. Takes forever to check in and anytime you have to get back in line (to buy socks or rent the human bouncy ball, for example) it takes FOREVER again to get served. Oh, and if you’re not a member of the “Flight Club” you are a third class citizen and wait even LONGER for service. But the kids love it.

We had my nephews birthday there. They were late getting the party room ready, floors were super sticky and the communication was horrible. The staff did what they could to try and make it better. I wouldnt have a party there again but I definitely would go there too jump.

So fun! I feel like a kid again. And my kids love it too. The staff members are friendly and helpful and they keep the place clean and safe for everyone. We’ll be coming back often.

Had a birthday party here in room 3. For the price, its well worth it. The nice thing about them not serving food, is you get to bring your own cheaper and or healthier food options than elsewhere.The structure of an hour of play, then 45 minutes in the room seemed good, but goes by fast. Plenty of tvs around and couches for non play participants.The structure of timing groups in and out is good.Also could be a good place for adults to have their birthdays, if allowed.

Long story short: we moved back in September and canceled our recurring payment via phone call.Charged again in November, called and got refunded and reassured it wouldn’t happen again.Charged again in December and January...Called at least four times in January, emailed Tumwater location and Defy Corporate office. No one has called me back, emailed me back or refunded the unapproved charges.I had to call our bank to issue a new bank card to make sure I wouldn’t keep getting charged.Unprofessional, disappointed and out $130 and change.Boom Shaka was better on all levels, thanks Defy.

Excellent, clean place to go and exercise and let your kids get rid of built up energy. Gets them away from the TV, Cells, Monitors, etc. to get healthy playtime in. Just need to advertise this place with billboards close to the Freeway so people actually know about it, it does well just word of mouth, but people traveling with kids that stop for the night could sure use a place like this to let the kids play after riding for hours in a car, the entrances/exits/Motels/Restaurants are all in this same area, also would help with our Revenue, just Northbound and Southbound Billboards.

The place is awesome it’s more so of the staff. Some of the people were rude and some were just standing around as I’m looking at them waiting to be checked out. You have one line for online orders and the rest are for other people.. the amount of people that were in the online check out was long while the flight club line had one family waiting. It was just unorganized and a little more professionalism in the staff would be appreciated. Place is cool overall though!

Like the new paint! Staff way more helpful than when it was boomshaka. Still a little construction going on but didnt get in the way of the fun. Cant wait to sign kids up for monthly jumping! The really want to master the fall wall as they called it

Very fun to jump into all the foam pits and jump around on all the trampolines. My family and I had a blast spending time here together. Highly recommend others to come here with their school age kids. Gets a bit warm in there but other than that it was great.

This place is fun! Took our family here over Christmas break. Get there early before the crowds come, not as fun when it’s busy. Also lame that you can’t wear your own socks. We paid way too much in socks and they were trashed by the time we were done jumping. One time use. Used a groupon, otherwise we can’t afford this kind of fun.

My kids love this place (i would have too as a kid). It can feel a bit crowded but overall, not too bad and the price point is about right.

Super friendly staff who gives tips on how to jump and how to sit in long scarves (dont know actual name) and swing. Was extremely fun and a great workout. Only negatives is the price as well as the music was too loud. I also felt like there needed to be a little kids area with a rock wall with closer together grips. Swings they can climb on themselves and just smaller sized equipment. Otherwise a really great time had by both me and my 5 yr son!!

Great diversity of obstacles, Ive been to 3 other trampoline places and this was our favorite. They were not hypertensive. Loved the Ninja set up, the tapeze, and a set apart super jump tramp for flips and high jumps. We went with kids range 2-17 and all had a blast.

Great facility, decent cost. Before you go know that you will require grippy socks if you plan to bounce. Socks are fun themed though so thats a bonus.

Checking in is a nightmare! I’ve been coming to Boom Shaka for many years and have signed the waiver whenever they ask me to at the front desk plenty of times. 30 minutes of waiting in line to check in only to be told we have to visit the kiosk to re-sign the waiver again now that’s it’s “Defy Olympia ”. So, back to the back of the line for another 25-30 minute wait. A simple sign explaining “sign a new waiver if this is your 1st time at Defy, even if you previously signed one at Boom Shaka” or a person greeting customers could have helped my family avoid unnecessary frustration. After waiting again for our turn to check in, 2 other families were told they needed to sign the waiver and forced to the back of the line. Besides the check in nightmare it was pretty fun.

This place is awesome! I love that they are going to have a cafe. Ive been coming here for years and I love the new renovations. If you or your kids love to flip and jump then you have to check this place out!

Great place for a kids birthday party! Very easy and fast to check in and get started jumping. They are very helpful and have a good sized party room.

We were surprised and disappointed that DEFY Olympia have raised their prices so drastically since the change from Boomshaka. Our family of four used to be able to bounce for the price of two kids (under 6) from 9-10am on weekends, with parents FREE. It costs around $55 for the four of us to bounce now. The sales clerk tried to get us to sign up for a $20 per month membership, but even that option had limited times during the week/ weekends. Very sad that we cant afford to go as often as we used to... if we return at all. Olympia needs affordable indoor play areas for kids and families.

It wasnt as loud as I thought it would be. Line was long and they had no lockers?? Bathroom is all the way back in the corner. Need cash when you go there. Vending machines take exact change. Dont ever lose anything in the pits, takes a couple days to get it back.

Great family fun totally worth the cost if you do the membership you can save. The only reason Im not giving 5 stars is that the young staff needs to work on cleanliness ie more trash cans available as well as bathroom maintenance. There were too many of them standing around for this to go unattended

Needs to have better access to water and food. Like a concession stand. The vending machines were not working and there was no drinking fountain. For the price you pay when going with your family, there should be easy access to food and water. Also it feels like you are just a number there. Too orderly, like you can’t spend longer passed your time not even for a few extra mins or you have to pay again.

Today was our first visit and it was a great way to get the kids out of the house. The staff were friendly and did an excellent job of ensuring everyone was following the rules.

Boomshaka is an amazing trampoline park. All of the staff is very chill and cheerful. I love to go there. I defiantly recommend that people go here

Its great for fun and games , but the air-conditioning is actually not good. You would expect it to be air-conditioned because of well duh, all the people body heat sweat all that. On a big electronic board it even tells you the temperature and the median is about 76 degrees FAHRENHEIT.

This place was amazing. So glad I was able to take my little one. She had so much fun.

We had our daughters 9th birthday here! It was absolutely wonderful. Her, her friends, our kids, my wife and I all had a blast. When my daughter hurt her ankle, the staff immediately jumped into action with ice and the GM has medical training and stayed by us until she was ok. She went on to jump and enjoy the rest of the party. We will be back more than once!!! Thanks for a great experience.

Decent place. The monthly pass for frequent jumpers is a killer deal. They could put a couple of better tramps/springs in the main area, the ones in there now are ultra weak. And they should have a better pit, have a pit for the olympic tramps.

The children love it, a great facility to absorb a few hours playing and using up some of their excess energy! I personally find my own body getting pushed to the limits... I am feeling it still a couple days later! With their homeschooling special its well worth the drive from Yelm!

A little spendy, but a lot of fun. You have to buy their socks, but you can reuse them each time you go back. We went for an hour and a half, but an hour would have been better. Everyone was exhausted within 45 minutes

Overall the experience was good. Bathrooms were clean. Some hand holds are missing on the climbing wall. Some of the balls in the dodgeball area are torn up and need replaced. The foam blocks looked to be replaced and that is good for cushioning jumpers.

It was the first time on a trampoline in years. It was fun!! The only problem was the temperature. It was way too hot in the building. We all ended up with headaches. The staff were great. Very kind and helpful. We will definitely be going back.

A fun place for kiddos of most ages. Enough to keep them busy for an hour or 2. The place wasn’t really clean. It didn’t appear that they even attempted to wipe down surfaces anywhere in the entire place. Some kiddo germs are to be expected in a place like this, however this place kinda grossed me out. Bring lots of hand sanitizer! Also not enough workers to run the food court or each station on a Friday!

This place was perfect for my autistic brother to let all of his enery out. If he gets too much energy, he overloads and has a meltdown, so places like these are perfect.
