Definitely worth the short hike from parking and picnic area to see multiple petroglyphs and an overlook to the west. Plus, the drive through this part of Saguaro NP is pretty cool.

I love old symbols and carvings, the history of our country has some really cool stuff hidden in it. When we evolve we are going to be looking at it in a while different way.

Very short hike. We didn’t see the petroglyphs :( It was our first hike in Saguaro, so we enjoyed it. On the next day we did the Wasson peak hike, and it was incredible.

Very short hike with beautiful views and amazingly well preserved petroglyphs. Not handicapped accessible though and may be too strenuous for those who have trouble with stairs.

On our way back to Tucson from Kitt Peak National Observatory we made a stop at Signal Hill to see the petroglyphs. Was a short hike up the hill to see these ancient pictographs. Hit the spot just before it closed at dusk and was rewarded with s spectacular desert sunset.

Arrived right at sunset so had to leave quickly but it was easy to find and easy to hike. There were picnic tables althoight I dont recall a restroom. The real attraction is the petroglyphs and they did not disappoint. As soon one who has lived in Tucson for 10+years I was surprised I had never been but better late than never.

Neat trail that climbs the top of small rise to a view of the surrounding area. There are several easily viewed petroglyphs at the end of the trail. Takes less than ten minutes to get there. My favorite part was the Beware of Rattlesnakes sign - doesnt see those where I live.
