If you want someone to cut in line and get their tab before you can get a drink or your tab this is the place to go. When I mentioned it to the bar tenders I was told we can see everything. The problem I see is the other guy way a regular and known on a first name basis. Fix the problem everyone is the same

I booked a room for one night at the West Bay Beach Delamar Resort. The got to the hotel around 5:30. I asked the front desk if a room with the view of the bay was available. The receptionist said yes but I would have to wait about two hours to check in. I checked into the room on 2nd floor and went to sleep soon after. I woke up to the loud sound of band playing on the first floor. My room was shaking. I called front desk to see what was going on. She apologized for the loud music and said that I should have been notified of the loud music at the time of the check in. She said that band plays each Friday and Saturday night till 2am. I told her that I was not notified and asked to give me another room, if possible, with view of the bay as I was made to wait a long time to get in this room. She offered a room with view of the roof and said that all rooms are going to be loud because of the band. She offered me earplugs to dampen the noise which did not help. I did not get any rest. I spent a miserable night and woke up with a headache. The hotel was booked with free breakfast. I was charged for the breakfast by the restaurant which was refunded to me later. This was a horrible experience and I would not stay at this hotel again.

WOW. So for work I stay at a lot of hotels and this had to be THE WORST experience I ever have had at a hotel. Upon arrival, was greeted by a guy who really couldnt have cared less that I was there. Was barely able to get two key cards from him let alone the wifi password... I was told to park on the other side of building and I asked if there were carts available. Was told yes so I went and parked and no carts. No big deal but when I went up to my room I came to find a public hair on the toilet. Also found a long hair on my bed. Told myself it was likely housekeepings but seriously, not the cleanest set up. Stay was fine after that, housekeeping gave me new soaps every day. Upon the day of me checking out, I found that they lost the form I had filled out upon my arrival and didnt have my card on file, even though it was swiped twice when I checked in. I also told Erris that I had a tax exempt form and you would have thought I told him that I wanted all of my money back. Told me that its not going to happen, tough stuff and I said then get a manager and I explained that the guy who checked me in told me to inform the person checking out about it. He reluctantly accepted the tax exemption form which took about 20 MAYBE 30 seconds to correct. It took more time to go around and around than it did to just fix the charges! Terrible, terrible front desk services. The worst Ive ever had at check in AND check out.In conclusion, I will never be staying at West Bay Beach ever again nor will I ever be going to a Delamar Resort and I urge you to look elsewhere.

The staff was so helpful and friendly. Stayed here for a bachelorette weekend. Bailey the concierge staff was great.

The music was excellent. My wife and I enjoyed the band. We ordered food and we like to split meals to try two different things places offer. We ordered the white fish sandwich. White fish is very popular in the area and fresh. If you are a fish person this sandwich will be a waste of your time and money, it would be better to go to the local High school and get the frozen fish patty on the bun it would taste much better and you would get a bigger peice of fish. What we split was more like a fish slider.

Great food great service.

This place has so much potential, but is not being utilized. We were waited on promptly, and the service was ok, but the staff seem to be uninterested in being there. They were not knowledgeable about their drinks. They offer a Sunday Bloody Mary Bar, but did not advertise it. Such great views of Grand Traverse Bay to let go to waste by service that lacks enthusiasm, energy, and imagination. :(

This place is amazing. Hands down the best bar/nightclub in the Traverse City area. A special shoutout to Josh, Lindsey, Justun, and Alex for making this place as great as it is. Cannot wait to return.

Disrespectful to customers...larry the door man is very nasty to customers...I will call holiday corporate and voice my disdain. The manager didnt do anything about the poor treatment of customers and no one was drinking.

I agree that it has potential, but for now its not good.The food was so fried up that my fish sandwich was missing the fish and the french fries were missing their potato.The tartar sauce had no flavor.Our server was not happy to serve us.The band was not playing songs that were enjoyable.
