Prices are somewhat expensive, but thats expected in such a nice location in traverse city.Staff was friendly and helpful. Boats/ life jackets were overall clean but theres room for improvement.Because of too much wind, our kayak went farther from the shore but they sent a person to pull it back and didnt charge extra.Definitely recommended if youre in the area.

Paddled to right brain and it was a radical adventure

Rented a kayak and had a beautiful day on the water! The employees were super nice and helpful with my clumsy self. Rates were appropriate for the fun that I had. Would highly recommend and am renting from them again soon, but with more people!

It was very convenient, easy parking, changing rooms and bathrooms clean/neat. Guys were very helpful in answering questions, and guiding.

This was by far the best experience. We had a coupon which expired by a month but they were so kind in allowing us to use it. During the ride to begin the kayak trip, our driver was absolutely hilarious and knowledgeable of the area. Howard! This ones for you man! He really started the day on the best note. So bummed we didnt have cash to tip, but next time (which there absolutely will be) Howard youre in for a treat. He deserves all the raises!

Great company. Had the cleanest life jackets I have ever used and I’ve tried many outfitters in other states. Very knowledgeable and courteous staff. Knew their route and the weather well. Had a good trip.

Its probably all good until you have to cancel your booking my receipt stated 24 hours and I did call sent an email was given a hard time. Waiting for a return call.

Last weekend we had family in town and they wanted to visit the downtown area. They came back with the most amazing experience getting to see town from the water. They ended up renting paddle boards and had a blast, already planning on it again next year. Thanks for helping the family out!

Great place to rent a paddle board in TC. Personally i couldnt stand paddle boarding as I was gripping the board so hard with my feet and toes that I got cramps and foot pain that last about 2 weeks. But if foot pain is what youre after then paddle boarding may be for you. In all seriousness they run a great business and the location is hard to beat. Dont be afraid to sit down or paddle on your knees (I was not willing to do, and thats probably why I got in so much pain).

My daughter and I had fun doing Yoga on a SUP! YES, Yoga!! It was at 9:00 am when the water was nice and calm!Our instructor Emily was very thorough and knowledgeable! She is certified.The staff at Paddle TC was very helpful getting out the equipment, etc.I will do this again in August!

We bought our tickets online for the 3:45pm combo to Cedar Lake, 2-3 hour excursion. Upon arriving they seemed scattered, no one seemed to be in charge, and we kept getting passed around to different people. Finally a little after 4:10 they sent us with a basic map and verbal directions.After riding our bikes on the trail for an additional 4 miles with no boat launch in sight, we called them. Turns out the original boy who sent us on our way didnt give us correct directions. Nor did he give us the lock combo to unlock our bikes after kayaking.The person on the phone seemed apologetic and seemed to be the only one there who knows what they are doing.We cut our kayaking short to try and be back in a timily manner. We got back at about 6:30pm. Yet another new face apologized for the inconvenience and said to make it right he wouldnt charge us for the extra hour of use.... Seriously. We didnt use the full 3 hours, even with the extra (not by choice) 4 miles on bike.Save your money and go else where. Take your own bike and ride for free, rent a kayak anywhere but here.We were on a tight budget but splurged for this experience, yet then had a very frustrating time and big waste of money.

Great experience! The Kayak Brewery Tour is well worth doing if you are in TC and the weather is nice! We required a bit of flexibility with our booking and made some last minute changes but Jeff adjusted accordingly to accommodate. Thank you Paddle TC!!

My wife purchased a one hour kayak tour for the entire family on Fathers Day and not a one of us were disappointed. The staff member that took us to the Boardman where we put in was very helpful and informative, letting us know exactly what we could expect from this stretch of the Boardman. I recommend this place and this tour emphatically.

We rented 2 bikes and they gave us a basket, lock, and helmets free. We had a great ride along the well maintained trails. We were even 15 min late to return the bikes and were not charge fees. 10/10, would rent from them again.

Me and my girlfriend had a great time on the bike and kayak brew tour. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Our tour guide Casey made some good beer suggestions. Good people good food and great beer

We had an absolutely amazing time. The kids had a blast on the water and kayaking. The prices are very reasonable gor some family fun, and the staff is very friendly. TC Paddle has so much to choose from, water man, paddle boarding, kayaking, and much more. We will definitely be going back.

We did the Kabrew tour for a family wedding party and had a blast! I was pretty happy having a light beer at the first two places and cocktails were available at the last two! Great guides and Sky and Tim were super helpful at the booth!

Quite possibly the most fun youll have in Traverse City for the least amount of money. My recommendation is the Hull Park kayak tour. They will shuttle you out to the Boardman Lake where you can paddle down the river through downtown TC and back onto the west bay of Lake Michigan. They also have brewery tours, bike rentals, and stand up paddleboards. I brought my family while they were visiting and it was a highlight of the whole week. Come check them out!

I tried stand up paddleboarding three times this summer. It was an absolute blast. Paddle TC has great rates and their boards are in excellent shape. Next summer, I am going to take their paddlebaord yoga class!!

Took the SUP yoga class and loved it! Am looking forward to doing some SUP rentals and a Kabrew kayak brewery tour when I am back in town in August!!

Beware!!!Charged me an extra 50 dollars for supposed 20L of outdoor dry bag items. Took liability form from me before I finished signing it. Very poor service. Felt rushed the entire time. Were friendly however but just to scam you if you use a credit card. Not how you treat tourists!BEWARE!!Emailed owner and he refuses to give me a refund saying that I wasnt charged for anything extra... very poor customer service
