The wheelbarrow is really good to go eat anytime of the month though. Noto burrito is also a really good place to eat. How to find shopping for antique things.

A little pricey but the food seemed decent. You can find booze everywhere, each shop has its own theme too.But not all of these special events that are scheduled happen even if you sprint there, and the behaviors of the establishments real hit and miss. As in they dont like small wallets.

Review №61

My Hubs and I took a couple of photos over there the day he asked me if we could make our common-law marriage a fancy paper one! Lol, but seriously, there are some FANTASTIC changes being made up North, and that makes me proud! When you cross over the Kansas Ave or Topeka Blvd bridges and end up in NOTO, it will boggle the mind at the transformation that has been taking place. The people are AMAZING here. And dont let the homeless folks that frequent the shelter on the other side of the tracks scare you away - in fact I plead with our city to go and volunteer your time to help out the Topeka Rescue Mission & Hope Center, which I briefly lived at when I didnt have a home or protection to call my own. You can even go and eat a meal there during community mealtimes, and the nightly chapel services are a cycle of different denominations that take their time to come out and preach to us there. If story telling is your thing, grab a flyer and go to the NOTO district and participate in one of Story Slams they have there - prizes can be won and it is a fantastic time! So much more to do, youll just have to come out and walk the district!

Ive been to several first Fridays and have enjoyed it immensely. There are all kinds of stores to patronize. Each with their own treasures that are off the beaten path. Plenty of things to see and The Norseman tavern is there with crafted brew and food too! Also Noto Burrito is located there so if you are hungry for several first rate burritos to choose from, stop in and meet the people there. You will enjoy the works of art, the artists, and the scene in general.
