Its always a good time for my sons! I enjoyed the course and trampolines and rock walk. The VR was amazing! The selection was slim but the zombies scared me (Im a chicken). The VR attendants and party attendant were friendly and helpful. The food worker didnt wear his mask correctly and smeared pizza sauce on our cup, he was overall just lacking any care for his job. I love this place but during COVID times it is worrisome because theres no mask regulations really happening.

Great workers, clean environment, worth every penny. Kids want to go all the time. The guy at concessions could use a little more training.

My son loves it. He is there 6 days a week. The staff are awesome and call the kids by name.

My kiddos love this place. It is clean, they have snacks and staff is always watching.The prices are a little on the high side if they jump only an hour. They do have certain nights that are discounted and even a glow party! I am happy Topeka has a place like this. I believe it was a great addition to the city. Kids (and adults) always look happy at Sky Zone!

The kids had a blast like they always do. And I enjoy as parent sitting back and relaxing watch them play. And love the music and atmosphere on Saturday nights at glow night.

Really fun place! With one major freestyle trampoline room, two obstacle courses, a climbing wall, foam pool, trampoline basketball hoops, and trampoline dodgeball course... You will NOT run out of things to do while you make a blast out of your afternoon at Skyzone! If you find yourself hungry at the end of all that, they also have a great little concessions stand.A little expensive ~ $20 for 90 minutes on a normal Saturday afternoon.

My Son/We love Sky Zone, hes there now; sat, he wants to stay from 11am to 11pm today. If you buy the membership or package its dirt cheap to go there. Its fun and safe. Its like a major gym activity center. Check it out.

The trampoline park and additional activity areas are wonderful. My kids loved it and they burned a ton of energy. Buy a 30 or 90 day pass if you are going to visit more than 3 times in a month. Im giving them 3 stars for their liability waiver, which requires too much information, gives marketing approval for any pictures or video of participants, and opts you in to receiving marketing material, all of which should be separate from their injury waiver.

Our experience was AWESOME! Zach, manager, was very accommodating, always available, friendly and did everything he could to make our experience GR8!Caleb, our party host, was perfect!!! He went above and beyond! And, most importantly, kept a smile on his face the entire time!The environment is clean, safe, not too hot or too cold, enough space for everyone to enjoy! There are massage chairs in the upper level and some of the smaller kids enjoyed playing the video game on the floor during the “Glow Party”!There are areas for smaller kids to play on the trampolines, separate from the older people if needed....all you have to do is ask for Zach and he’ll make it happen!We’ll definitely be back! Lots of fun for everyone! Rock climbing, foam pits galore, jousting, basketball, dodgeball, free jumping area, a mini Ninja warrior area. Super fun for all ages! Kinda pricey, bit worth it. $15/hr, $19/1.5 hr, $22/2hrs. You can also get 30 or 90 day passes for $40 & $50, respectively, so if you go 3 times it pays for itself for the 90 day pass.

Best place to take your kids to let out some energy during the winter better price now they haven been open longer use to have to buy jump socks but now as long as they have socks on u dont have to buy them staff is verry good with the kids there 2 thumbs up

We had a wonderful time with the family! The manager was extremely kind. The park was fun and had an warrior-zone obstacle course. FYI: You do have to purchase special socks from the establishment but we expected to spend a little money. Overall it was a 5 star experience and we will be coming back!

I had my daughters birthday party there. Overall it was really fun. The park was really clean and wasnt terribly crowded. The concessions are reasonable and they had other activities for the kids (painting, play-doh). The party host was nice and the room setup was great.My suggestions:-They didnt have the drink options that they initially had offered when I booked the party. It ended up being fine but I could see some people not liking that.-They asked me my childs size of Tshirt when I booked the party, but we never received any Tshirt.-We didnt receive our folder with our welcome packet until toward the end of our party, and it contained free drink coupons, which we could have used during the party.-Even though I paid for up to 10 kids and their parents, I only had 8 kids and 10 adults. They still billed me for the 9th and 10th adults because my spouse wanted to jump, and another kid that attended had both parents there, and the second parent didnt even jump or get socks, he literally just stopped by for cake. I feel like since I technically paid for 20 people, and only ended up having 18, I dont feel like I should have had to pay for the non-paired adults. I feel like thats unfair considering I already paid $165 for the party.-You cant include the tip for your party host on your bill if you pay by card. Luckily I had cash.

Really enjoyed it. Pricey, but if you get the 90 day pass and go a bunch its not bad. Lots of things to do. Kids can go go go for 90 minutes. Get all that energy out! Adults will need to pace themselves if they are not as fit. Adults can also just supervise instead of jumping.

They have a lot of rules!!! Im sure its for safety purposes however it gets a little ridiculous when you go there to have fun and you get a whistle blown at you constantly. But hey if you like the sound of a whistle blowing definitely try this place out.

My kid absolutely loves it there. Lots of different things to do for a decent price. Definitely going back and getting the season pass. Thats the way to do it. Get the pass and you are good all summer!!

A fun place to bring your kids. My son has had a birthday party here and came for a friends birthday party. I havent jumped here yet myself, but I really want to! Plan on coming again. I want to come here with none of my kids and jump. Save your Sky Zone socks and bring them back for the next time, saves some money.

It is a very good please foot children to go. I just would like for a Sky Zone or something like it to be on the East side of town in, Topeka Kansas.

We cant say enough great things about this place. When its cold outside and nothing for the kiddos to do, SkyZone is the place to be.

I lost my phone in the foam pit and their very sweet employee Destiny with no hesitation jumped in and searched the bottom of the pit until she found my phone! She lost her shoe on the way out but I couldn’t be more appreciative!!! Thanks again for a great time and for your staff going above and beyond!!!

Whats my granddaughters birthday and she really enjoyed it

My 5 year old had fun but the employees were not concerned at all about doing their jobs. Instead of instructing kids on the appropriate way to use the equipment (go the right direction, no pushing , no pulling kids off)they just stood around chatting. I had to go over and tell them (twice) that either they start doing their job or Im about to go be a dad to a few children. Probably not going back.

Indoor trampolines, soft play assault course, soft play climbing wall (foam pit landing if you fall off the wall, which I did), trampoline dodge ball and basketball hoops. Went with my nephew and nice and had a lot of fun.

I would say sky zone is a good place to take your kids for an hour or two, prices are fair but the park is small. there are typically alot of younger kids so you have to be very catious when jumping. there are plenty of spots to sit at. the concession stand is expensive just like all others are. overall i would recomend sky zone for hyper children

Best place for a birthday party. Their staff is super kid friendly/aware and make it a great experience. They limit the amount of kids that go into the gym, so you dont see it overcrowded. You have to use your judgement about the age appropriateness of your kid. IMO, its not a great place for little kids, but an amazing place for kids that can jump on their own.

My grandchildren had lots of fun at the Sky Zone, but as far as Im concerned it is way too expensive, admission is over $20 and you still have to purchase special socks and you have to purchase a shirt for for glow night. I think that at least the socks should be included in the admission since you have to have special socks everything cost a lot today but when you have multiple grandchildren that you want to go to something nice like that they need to think about that persons pocket I know that they have to pay the rent for the mall but its still ridiculous to get in it was over $60 for two children for three hours of jumping in the dark but they had fun and no Im not going to say it was worth it cuz it wasnt.

First time here coming here. Had a problem with one particular worker (every one else was great!) We were here maybe 10 minutes when my 6 yr old was kicked in the face by another kid ( no big deal) the tall blonde worker walked over to him and just sat in front of him waiting for someone else to come help him. Not even acknowledging his mother standing behind her. The other worker came and helped him out and offered him an ice pack and calmed him down she was great. After that the blonde worker had it out for my kids. My daughter who is only 4 had just jumped in to the foam pit and she told her she needed to get out and let someone else have a turn. Then we went to the freezone area my daughter jumped and landed on her knees she was only down for maybe 3-5 seconds she comes over to her and tells her she needs to stand up and jump. I am very unsatisfied and will NOT be back to this sky zone.

My child and a friend went and had a really fun time. Jousting foam pit, climbing wall foam pit , and obstacle course was their favorite. I did observe dodge ball pit and think they should maybe consider having an initial size or age range for this one. Seemed like a couple of parents let 3 year olds join?

Lack of communication between staff and customers is irritating. I booked my sons birthday party there and the person on the phone quoted me at $225 with a deposit of $50. When i went to pay the $50 deposit as told on the phone, i found out the deposit was supposed to be $100. So the staff member took the $50 and said i could make another payment later on. They also informed me about a $21 sales tax charge that again was not quoted over the phone. So i mentioned that not being told to me and the staff agreed to take off the sales tax and said remaining balance was $175.I went back a week later to pay the other $50 of deposit and noticed they once again charged the $21 in sales tax. This time it was a completely different staff member and wheni mentioned about the sales tax being waived by the previous worker they looked at me like i was dumb and said we charge sales tax. i said i know but this is what was agreed on just a week before. This worker then said there are no notes about it here. after 5 minutes of explaining it again she finally took off the sales tax but the process and the lack of communication and how they made me feel is a huge fail in my book.I wont be bringing my son back to this place. I wish the other trampoline place was still open.

Spend over $400 for a birthday party with 15 kids (was supposed to be 28 well over 500 bucks we had planned on)!! we were constantly rushed, kicked out of the room for another party. When I complained later the manager said they had cancelled halfway through our party or they wouldnt have kicked us out of the room. I told her it was 8 minutes til when we were kicked out so no they would not have. As much $ as we spend youd think theyd allow the parties to have unlimited jump time but you only get an hour, rude workers, and rushed through your party! I have a business, you take care of your customers and they will take care of you!! People spend hundreds there, they should be taken care of!!! Period! We will not be returning!! Such a disappointment!! At least my daughter knows no difference and had a good time!!!UPDATE... STILL havent recieved a call. We did the hostesses job! Id have not been as rushed if she didnt keep bothering us. We didnt get into the room until about 5 pm and it shouldnt have needed an upgrade considering I said Id have at least 15 kids at the time I booked the party just a few weeks prior. Check in should be done in the room. I got 1 hour in the room bc your host had to be told 10x per kid that was already checked in with no sticker or socks etc... she took up their play time. Not to mention half the kids were already checked in but she chose not to give them their stickers or socks for some! Why not have a tablet to check in while in the room and let the kids go play? She set our party at 415 when we got there, but we didnt get to the room til 5! 2 hours is what I paid for! Its not our fault she took forever! We were there on time! And the people we spoke to while booking mentioned nothing about plates etc provided nor coming 30 mins early to check in.... everyone had already signed the waiver online prior! It shouldnt have taken an hour to check us in! Period! And I shouldnt have had to wait downstairs for everyone else to check in when I had tons to do for my cake, which didnt get part of it finished due to her constant harassment about her own job! My guests passed out the pizza and drinks! Which btw I got screwed out of 1 of my 5 paid pizzas!!! 1 of the 3 that were to come with my party we never recieved and I bought 2 additional! Unlimited drinks means unlimited. We got 1 refill! And I didnt get so much as a drink of that.. what I paid for either! Your host SIGHED every time we requested something like it was an inconvenience! Your manager said she tried to help? No! She argued, and said shed talk to her staff... how does that help me?? It doesnt! I stated Bonkers treats their customers so much better, amd she said, well this isnt Bonkers! Ill say it sure isnt! We couldve spent 300 bucks less and taken our party elsewhere AND had all the time in the world! There was nobody in our upgraded room to begin with and we had a large party so we both know it wasnt an upgrade! How on earth is the SUPER JUMP PARTY FOR $369 for up to 15 jumpers unexpected?? I said Id have at least 15 but likely 25! They said we can upgrade to the Ultimate Air package if we need to but we cant downgrade the party! Either youre trying to make things look better on your end or your manager is trying to cover her disrespectful rear! There was no party after ours, 6-8pm on a Sunday when you close at 8?! Highly doubtful! We were majority of your business that day!! It wouldnt have hurt your business at all to let the kids get their play time I paid for, nor let us finish our party! It wouldve shown good business actually! We have 5 kids and plan on having 2 more... we have lots of birthday parties that we realize now, our money is much better spent elsewhere! The way we were treated... our kids... the birthday child (my 5 year old daughter) was treated... APPALLING!!! I suggest you change or your business practices or you will NOT last in this town!! Nobody likes greed!From the looks of your reviews... were not the only ones disappointed!!
