Awesome park to run, walk and fish. Nice coastline and plenty of parking. Kids friendly.

Nice park with lots of picnic tables, walking paths, playground, kids splash park, exercise equipment and places to fish. Clean restrooms. If you are going for a rocket launch I suggest going at least two hours in advance. Didnt give 5 stars because some of the trails held puddles for over 24 hours so we had to walk thru muddy grass.

Very nice park with a play area. Well kept and clean. My only complaint is I didnt see a place for a large group and we had 5 cars with people. We did manage. This also has a water area and a beautiful view of the ocean.

Nice park. Could use some maintaining but otherwise no complaints. No bums hanging around which is typical in Brevard parks. Splash pad nice bones.

It was my first time to Titusville and we will definitely be back! They are also doing major improvements to the area for cross paths and walkways to get from the bridge to the Park area where there is a playground, plenty of parking, and if Im not mistaken bathrooms and lots of coast line to cast off. We were throwing crab cages and we caught a couple of stone crabs and for some odd reason lots of puffer fish! Maybe we werent using the right bait but will definitely got a bucketful next time

Very nice park to enjoy for a walk or some offshore fishing...they also have a very nice free small water play area for the kids...the bonus is the access to walk the Max Brewer Bridge...such beautiful sites!!

The playground is perfect..bathrooms are clean. Its by the Indian river and pier 220. Great location for fishing and lunch!!! Even has a splash pad!

Clean well-kept bathrooms are good boat launch playgrounds in a small Waterpark what more could you have for family to enjoy during the day

Since the park has been revamped some and have it looking really nice, its a nice spot to take family or even yourselves to go fishing and picnicking there.

I love this park I got there to fish exercise and chill I recommend to anyone. I ride my bike there when ever I can

New park, nice. Saw a Crested Caracara with a couple of buzzards.

I walk the bridge and often see dolphins and manatee. Ths park is kept nice and clean.

I cant believe I have never heard of this park until the past few months. Greatest park Ive ever been to. Theres something for everyone here.

A good place to come for viewing a rocket launch from The Cape if you have small children. Theres a playground here to keep the Little Ones occupied during the long wait for Liftoff.

Flooded. But nice to walk on the path along the water. Great for leashed dogs. We fished some too.

A beautiful park with lots of room to walk and relax and and enjoy views of Indian River. It is a great spot for watching shuttle launches. It is a little less crowded than some of the spots that are closer to the Kennedy Space Center, but still provides a good view.

This park is beautiful & right by the water. Definitely a great place for kids. Well definitely be back soon.

Beautiful views, lots of parking, clean, well lit, open space, fishing pier, playground & picnic areas as well as a restaurant & bar that offers waterside seating & live music on weekends. Very enjoyable to just find a spot OUTDOORS to relax and get some much needed fresh air or exercise.

Great park. Perfect for get-togethers. Just be careful, theres a lot of ant mounds.

I love this park right off the water. A great place to go fishing and the view is beautiful.

You can park here and then walk to the bridge across the street and either walk up the bridge or on the sidewalk below and hang out and watch the rockets launch from there - great view! Plus, you might see dolphins in the water below.

This park is quite nice. Spanning a full 30 acres, from under the Max Brewer Bridge, and ending in a public boat ramp, with plenty of dock space, to the North. In between, two dog parks, a giant playground with lots of equipment, an astronaut memorial, several restrooms, a tiki bar, and a full service restaraunt. Certain areas of the park are wide open with no shade. I am not sure how many pavilions they have, but nothing large for an event, or mass shade.

We love to visit for a nice afternoon walk, it is always peaceful, you encounter the occasional fisher man aficionado or people in a family pick nick, if you are lucky you may also spot dolphins or big birds feeding or resting along the walking paths.

Made good and bad memories at this park during my first visit. I went to watch the rocket launch with my girlfriend the other day and the parking lot was PACKED but even though it was so packed it was still easy to get in and find a spot to watch the show. My bike battery died on the way out which ruined my afternoon in a new town trying to find a replacement but was helped by a friendly guy that happened to be there and took me to advanced so I could replace it :) weird experience but it was a good day

Beautiful park, gazebo with picnic tables, view of the water. Pond with a fountain and play area for kids. Plenty of walking paths and very relaxing. Visited this park a few times and had a picnic there too!

I stopped here in my RV to watch the SpaceX rocket take off. The park is nice and very spacious. Plenty of room for the kids to run and play and room for fishing. Even saw really big manatees feeding.

This park is perfect for families, right off the bridge, right on the water, handicap accessible, kid friendly, great views especially for Kennedy Space Center Launches an all around nice spot for a day off!

Nice big open Park. It was a good place to watch a Cape Kennedy rocket launch.

I can catch great fish 1 red fish 16 in..and a few nice snapper...although the red wasnt a keeper it was a great fight for that fish!

Even though there were many visitors in the park, spacing was not an issue due to the size of the park. All visitors did have masks on and social distancing was evident, But the problem thier is no trash bins in the surroundings.

This is a beautiful park to bring your family. Today they had a car show and my daughter and I were vendors. We had a great experience.

What a nice place to visit! Had a picnic and watched a rocket launch. Went fishing for a few hours. Nice facility with clean bathrooms, nice playground, and free splash pad! Free parking too.

Place is nice and clean, restrooms and play areas, along with barbecue places within the park and for a good area for fishing.

Parked on sandy riverfront so kids could play in the water while we waited for the rocket launch. Very convenient to get snacks and water from car while kids play. Crossed the street and stood to watch the launch.

Pretty good place, patrolled pretty well and clean.

I liked to watch people launch their boats here, and have launched here as well. Clean restrooms and playground with a few picnic tables for picnics. This park also includes dog parks for those who have them.

Very nice serene. Family atmosphere. Our family had a blast. We found a lot of cool things. I would DEFINITELY recommend this place.

Took the kids to the snow day event. Thought they were going to have more snow based on the advertising but the kids still had fun. They had some food vendors there, as well as some that were selling honey or jewelry. They had a large chess set and other games for the kids to play. All in all, it was fun.

I love this park. Its open and has beautiful places to just stop rest and admire the view. There is a big play ground and splash park for the kids. A great exercise trail ..very dog friendly..and allot of good fishing spots with a bait shop right across the street..and a KFC if you want a quick pic nic lunch. Also there is a pier and a great bar and grill on the water with live music on the weekend. If youre into exercise you cant beat walking the Max Brewer bridge...it has been specially made for walking. So on short come check it out.

This park has several paved walking paths, covered pavilions, picnic tables, benches and restrooms. There is also a small boat launch pad, a large children playground and a splash pad. One of their unusual feature is the excercise equipment spread out along the path including some for wheelchair bound people. Lots of fishing spots and always people fishing. Park is kept cleaned. The park is adjacent to the river causeway which has walking and bike lanes too. And there is a restaurant and bar, Pier 220, under the causeway with two long fishing piers on each side.

Splash pad, playground, statues, workout equipment along the route, on the water. There are usually a few friendly homeless people under the Pavillion and by the bridge though, which could be off-putting to some.

It was fun and had a great veiw and super clean!

Awesome place to take dogs for a walk and go shore fishing caught few fish and stingray were small to mid size but not the ones that can be taken home to eat. But could use as saltwater aquarium for sealife.

Great place to hold functions for any occasion and any size crowd. Or if you just wanna pull up a piece of land and toss out. Beautiful view right on the river, plenty of parking, facilities are pretty clean (we are talking about a park.. on a river... in Florida.) And theres a couple playgrounds for kids to choose from.

This is one of our favorite places. They always have stuff for the kids, have a new playground activity, also have new fitness stations on the walking Track, and pet friendly. Look, its right next to the bridge that we love the walk or bike on. We have fished there, we plan on fishing a whole lot more. We love little animals, and the squirrels are tame will take food from your hand. And why would you not want to be next to Pier 220? If you dont want to go to Pier 220, bring your stuff to grill cuz theres plenty of grills next to the playground. The bathrooms are always clean and open. The view is spectacular in the morning, and in the evening when the sun sets. It is awesome family time.

Beautiful Park right next to the river. They have exercising equipment doggie stations. A Splash Park for the kiddos. Big beautiful playground. And a beautiful Bridge that you can see Falcon 9 take off

Great relaxing are along intercoastal with pavilions to enjoy a cookout or just take food and watch the manatees and dolphin play. Very clean and safe.

Beautiful park. They dont have a fenced area for dogs, but its still a great place to take your pooch for a walk.

Adequate trails, water park, playground, fishing, dog friendly, picnic shelters, grills. Confusing signage about pets, but there are poop bag stations, so dogs are allowed on leash. Not well maintained. Lovely views.

Great place to get fit for the new years or anytime. They have a whole walking path of interactive fitness all in the natural beauty of the park. The equipment is strewn out all along the path and trust me you will get a full work out. Of course there is a playground for the kids and can fish too.

This park is beautiful and the waterfront view makes it even nicer. There are numerous picnic pavilions with barbecue grills and a nice sized playground.

Fitness trail, fishing, park and splash pad, and right next to an amazing restaurant you can walk to! Favorite park!

A very nice place to visit. There are plenty of things to do. Kids can plan, people can walk around, over the bridge, can do fishing as well. They can also eat seafood too. Overall a nice experience...

I went for the kayak launch. Fishing from here is pretty good. 4 stars due to how rocky the launch is.

Lots of red ant hills currently closed because of covid. Otherwise was very nice shady good breeze by the water.
