Nice wide trails, but not improved would be muddy in wet weather. Follows honey CreekNice quiet place to walk.
I love how quiet and peaceful the setting is here! You can go on an afternoon and not see another person! I gave it 3 stars because the creek has been altered it seems for horse crossing. The creek at the bottom of the trail used to have all kinds of large boulders in it naturally, and the water would rush over and just create a wonderful atmosphere to relax by. The boulders have been scraped out of the middle of the stream with a back hoe to the banks of the stream to clear what appears room for horses to cross. You can see the scrape marks on the boulders where the back hoe dug into them. This doesnt seem very preserve like to alter a stream. I would gladly give 5 stars if the stream was restored back to the way it was when the reserve first opened. Ill still go back with my kids, but its just not the same after knowing what it was.
Not a big place. Good access for fishing.
Shirt and sweet walk through fields
There was lots of little tree frogs and the trails were well maintained. No trash whatsoever and it was very peaceful. Would advise bug spray but thats nothing they can control and to be expected near any type of water. Overall was a great experince
A small preserve with an easy to navigate trail alongside the creek. Good for short relaxing walks.
We have enjoyed coming here for many years. We are dog lovers and bring our dogs on walks. There is a creek that runs to the side of the the park. On very hot days we have made it our dogs swimming hole.
Very hungry mosqitoes, wear protection!
Nice quiet place to take kids on a short hike.
Amazing
Cute trail through prairie and woods.
More like Honey Creek parking lot. Granted I didnt get out of my car to walk down any paths, but being from the west coast I expected a lot more preserve than just a parking lot with a trail through the woods.
It was peaceful and a great place to walk with my kids.
Nice trails!
Its a park
Pretty good
