Process is literally a game changer. As a former athlete I appreciate the style of coaching the kids receive. For children to learn they have to be taught and corrected. I genuinely believe Process is the only place in town that delivers this philosophy. If you are a parent who will have a hard time listening to professional trainers correcting and pushing your child then this is not the place for you. On top of the coaching style, the knowledge the coaches have of basketball today is priceless. Every coach I have been around is setting an ideal example for my son and I am proud he has these great people to look up to!

This by far is the best league in Tallahassee. They teach kids how to properly play basketball. It isn’t the chaos you get at the city league or i9 type leagues. The kids play 3 on 3 half court so they get more touches and there’s good spacing so the kids aren’t all bunched up on each other. All the coaches have played in college and there are times Coach Akii will stop game play to teach the kids. There is a high level of competition and the league is overall great for skill development.

My sons have worked with several skills coaches through the years and Process Basketball with Akii and Amber Dean has taken skills training to another level. They teach fundamentals and the latest skills along with how to transition from practice to games. Training is individualized for every player. They value their role as a coach/ mentor and strive to make every player better on and off the court.
