Very helpful nice staff. Beautiful pieces and reasonable prices. Also the smell of incense does not overpower the store unlike all the other smoke shops

Love this store! By far the best store Ive seen, that includes out of town and state. They have amazing art, shelving, accessories, and great customer service to boot! They always are helpful and super kind. The store is clean plus it feels comfortable and inviting. Ive seen some of the coolest art of my life in here and just love seeing how much these artist are growing/learning everyday! Keep up the great work!

I brought my Sovereignty ($700) to this location to get the joint fixed. It was a very simple repair. The repair came back and looks very goofy and janky. Due to their policy, they make you sign a contract forbidding you to challenge the repair. For a retailer that has some high-end pieces and some heady and a blower in-house, I expected a lot more. Because of the poor joint repair, I am unable to sell the piece for even half of what its worth. Anyone who has been in glass for awhile can tell that its been repaired.Very disappointed. If you have expensive glass, Id avoid this place for repairs. Learn from my mistakes.

There is not a shop in Florida that can compete with Tleaf. Ive shopped up and down the sunshine state and they have THE best quality in glass and customer service. If you need your smoking needs not met, but over satisfied, i would recommend coming here!

Tobacco Leaf is by far the best smoke shop in Tallahassee. Definitely the nicest smoke shop I have ever walked into. They have a huge selection of glass and their selection of heady glass is amazing. Dont listen to some of the other reviews, everyone that works there is super friendly and knowledgable. I have been going there since I moved to Tallahassee and wouldnt go anywhere else in town.

Love this place. I suspect all these bad reviews are being posted shadily by owners of competing smoke shops just because theres a lot of competitors in the city. Straight up though this store has the sickest heady glass gallery, a studio with live demos and the staff always seem friendly and knowledgeable when Im in there. Its either checking out just for the gallery really.

The service let alone the initial vibe walking into T-Leaf is nothing short of euphoric. Instantly walking you are greeted by some the friendliest staff I have yet to encounter in any establishment with such high grade quality merchandise. Just the other day I went in to purchase my usual pack of rolling papers, the employee, who I believes name was Olivia was more than eager to not only help me but took her time to show and explain her personal favorites and on top of all my possibly reparative questions she still was more than happy to walk me through the differences of certain accessories through out the shop. I will definitely not be going to or recommend anyother shop that Tobacco Leaf and I can’t wait to try our Natural Life! Thanks again for the suggestions!

This has to be the absolute worst tobacco shop in tallahassee. The owner will con you into buying anything just to get rid of their overstock, and hes extremely rude, and the staff is not much better. They are way overpriced and i highly recommend Asap which is right down the street for way less.

Easily the widest selection of any smokeshop ive been to. Good price and they have a live glassblowing studio. Big gallery with high end art glass as well. I also have to say I disagree with the criticisms of the customer service, every employee has been helpful and friendly during my visits to the store.

Horrible shopping experience. Had a problem, and instead of the employee offering a solution or simply saying no, I was accused and publicly embarrassed in front of other customers. There are plenty of other shops in town with better customer service and A LOT better prices for the same products.

If you are looking for great e-cigarette or e-cigarette accessories....Stay away! The staff is, for the most part, unfamiliar with even the most basic aspects of their vapor/e-cigarette products. I once asked for tobacco flavored e-liquid and was sold vanilla (their oil brands have stupid sounding names that reveal nothing about the actual flavor). Then, despite the fact that it was their mistake, they told me there was a strict no return policy. If that werent bad enough, the prices are outrageous. Once EVOD coil cost $5 (most stores charge about $1.80).Just a bad store.

I recently bought one of the vector torches an as soon as I got home it leaked butane so I went back an got another I get home this one leakes butane an I call an ask if theres anyway I can get my money back or a new one the same day an he says now I have to pay $30 even though it has a unlimited warranty. Waste of money do NOT buy one.

Employee specifically ordered me digi camo illadelph pipe and when u got home and opened it, it was just the camo and wrong label. Told me there is nothing they can do. Never been more disappointed. I have spent a lot of money there and they had no want to help me. Very disappointed.

Bought Evan shore banger for 200$ to have it explode on the first heat up... Evan shore and t-leaf say “sorry” but that doesn’t really help me. Buy your brand name quartz online.

They suck. I asked if a piece would fit my piece he said yea thats the right size. I bought the piece tried to attach it to mine and it didnt fit so I call n say It doesnt fit n they say they got a no return policy and I cant trade for a bigger size.

I only use them in emergency only situations, they are more on the expensive side. Two other tobacco stores are on the same street, ALL further away from my house, but I still go to them to save extra $$!!!
