Fun place to bring kids of any size. Lots to do. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They also sanitize equipment on a regular basis.

This Adventure Park is Amazing and there is lots to do.

We love our local Tallahassee Urban Air! The staff is absolutely amazing and goes above and beyond to make their customers happy! The girls wanted to upgrade theor bands and it was such an easy process! They take precautions such as sanitizing the harnesses after each use! My daughter and her best friend had so much fun and were smiles the whole time!

Grandkids had a BLAST! They were sleep before we even got home. Highly recommend!

I have always loved this place but it’s impossible for them to honor their own sanitization standards on weekends, to the point where it’s gross and a cesspool for germs and Covid. Masks were not enforced at all, some workers weren’t even wearing theres properly (they were just on their chin as they were talking to customers and operating attractions), and I saw one person with a bottle and rag wiping something down the whole time I was there. With school just starting, I can’t imagine being comfortable returning here for awhile if they aren’t going to uphold the practices they committed to on their company website.

I have had such bad experience with this place. I got a membership last year in the summer and I stopped going before the virus started and they are still charging me. I have tried to cancel my membership but they wont cancel it. Its already been way past a year since I have had my membership and they still wont cancel my membership. If anyone decides on going here, I recommend to go to skyzone or some other trampoline park. A general manager was talking to me about my problem as well, and it seemed like he could care less about it said he couldnt do anything and I should talk to corporate.

Great for children and adults. I dont know who has more fun when we go, me or them.

Came here with a few friends a while back. This place was amazing. I wish I knew the young ladies names but the ladies working were so nice and asked us if wanted to jump in places that needed personnel. We didn’t even have to ask! Excellent customer service!Update: we went June 19 between 8-10 pm

All my kids have memberships here and we couldn’t be happier to have made the choice to do so. Our kids love this place. The staff is so nice and accommodating. We’ve never had a bad experience and we are here numerous times a week. Definitely the place your kids need to go when they want to have the best time.

I spoke to a lady named Mia at the Tallahassee, FL Urban Air about video footage of my son injuring his leg. Right after she denied me the footage she went straight into the fact that I had bounced with him for a few min only wearing a spectator pass and continued on to explain the parent pass to me. My son injured himself and shes worried about a $7 parent pass? Are you kidding me? Terrible customer service. Im canceling my membership.

It was nice, had a wide variety of activities for kids of all ages. We went as a group and everyone seem to enjoy themselves.

The kids loved it. Adults can have fun too. Its a wild place though. Lots of noise and a lot going on. Their pizza surprised me. It was pretty good. Far better than I expected. They did a great job running a birthday party for us.

Do Not Sign Up for Any Pass! Go for one day and have fun (at your own risk of course!) Do not sign the never able to cancel contract! Trust me. They lied to me and they will lie to you.

Had a blast bouncing at Urban Air! The entertainment, food and employees were absolutely amazing. Matthew helped band me and my friends and greeted us with the corniest and funniest jokes. Mya made sure that we had the best time by directing us to her favorite attractions and bragging about the delicious pizza. Can’t wait until the next time!

I had to travel about 2 hrs to get here. For the kids, its worth it. Not only do they have a trampoline park, they have a ninja warrior like course, climbing walls, 2 virtual reality games, and even a hanging coaster right above the entryway. For $30 per child, although it seems costly, we were able to allow our kids to enjoy everything Urban Air has to offer for a solid 3 hours. Great value when compared to my closest trampoline park, Jump Place.For the parents, you can also enjoy the food court area with charging outlets and the lounge area with TVs if youre here with older children that dont require constant supervision.

This was my first time to a trampoline park, and had a great experience. The workers were friendly and laid back, but watched out for safety. I went with my 3 year old, and got the parent add on. We spent 3 hours here for $22. Thats the price for one hour at Skyzone/ person.

Great place to have some family fun and bond with your kids (and let your inner child play along too!). Highly recommend this place. Reasonably priced, easy to get to. Will be back again next month.

A very nice place to take your kids. But its always packed. The prices are a little expensive is $20 per person and its $30 per person if you want to do extra activities. A mother-of-four thats a tad bit expensive. But its definitely a fine great place.

Fun for kids and adults. They have a range of play area that fit different ages. The layout and features of the play structures are pretty fun.

I couldnt be happier! When I first booked my daughters party, and saw the cost versus what I getting for the price I was disappointed. Their call center does a terrible job representing the company. I was frustrated, and done. I spoke with the general manager Sean, and he is AWESOME! He addressed every concern I had, and by the end of the call I felt like he really cared. With the add-ons the cost was getting higher, and higher. He adjusted a few things to help bring it down. Im grateful, and satisfied.

ABSOLUTELY GREAT PLACE!!! Took mydaughter Lauren here last week and we hadthe BEST TIME!! We had never been to anyplace like this so I was overwhelmed with allthe fun to be had so a very sweet young ladynamed Joycelyn showed us around and wasvery helpful! She recommended her favoritethings to do and really showed us in the rightdirection of HAVING FUN! I highly recommendthis place and ask for Joycelyn shell takeexcellent care of you!!!

Nice my daughter had a blast

I have been there about 5 times in the last month, mostly due to my friends having parties or just going there to hang out! I also would recommend this place to families that has a child with autism, ADHD, or any other related disorder because they can jump around and have I great time. This is 100 times better than Sky Zone and Get Air.

I am a bit bias here. The owners are my friends as well as their kids are my kids friends. Knowing this I can tell you they take pride in providing a fun, safe and entertaining environment. It is indeed.

This was my first trampoline indoor adventure park visit and I liked it. This is a great stress busting place. I went with my wife and kids and they all enjoyed it. This a small place but they have plenty of things to do inside. The place I felt is little costlier without the membership. The indoor zipline is awesome.

Omg! What an amazing place!!! I came for the first time for a childs bday party but I didnt anticipate that I would want to participate!! It looked SOOO fun. One could EASILY spend the day here. Im definitely planning to come back. Super fun.

Brought my son and nephew here during the Christmas Holiday break. I purchased two Platinum passes only to have to search around the building for staff to operate the machinery. Once speaking with the supervisor/manager his poor excuse was that during this time they dont have many people working... But on your website youre promoting a deal from December 20 until January 6th... So wouldnt you make sure you are fully staffed to handle the amount of children wanting to enjoy themselves?? No instead you overwork the little staff you do have. After commenting to him of reviews, he then offered a refund my money which I declined because Im not wanting to get over on anyone, I just want my kids to enjoy themselves. After all, I did spend my hard earned money!

It was overpriced for some of these attractions that werent even that fun, the staff are very lazy and dont care about your wristband. And some of these attractions were limited to certain types of people, which it is kind of a fitness park. And some of these attractions such as the time trials and Zipline hurt. It wasnt the best, thats all I can say.

Its a fun place to bring the kids and just let the run around and play. It gets too crowded at times though.

This place is AMAZING!! It was close to the hotel I stayed at. The food is a bit expensive but besides that its amazing!

Family & friends had a blast for my sons birthday. (Small group-10) We chose to go on a Monday (most of us are off this day & less crowds.) The kids, younger & adult children all had fun. Will definitely be back.

Me and my daughter went there for a birthday party. My daughter enjoyed it very much.

This place is really amazing. Clean, comfortable, perfectly maintained. The prices are very affordable and the staff was simply amazing. When my son slightly injured himself (through his own doing) the staff was quick to respond, very attentive, and even gave him a slushie to help cheer him up. Simply could not ask for more.

It used to be you could stay as long as you want but now they limit you to 3 hours FOR THE SAME PRICE.... Wont be going back...

Great place for kids and adults. I even jumped around and played. I did the monthly membership and its worth it.

The older kids really loved the variety of things to do with the unlimited package. I got the unlimited too and must say i enjoyed bouncing on the trampolines more than they did! (Im not able to jump on regular trampolines due to weight limits so i took advantage Haha) i also enjoyed the walking on air but didnt do the sky rider. The laser fury wasnt as good as traditional laser tag, but the others really enjoyed the VR. Laser fury and VR only had 3 people at a time for 10 minutes so had to wait a lot and time it right. The pizza was surprisingly fresh/delicious. The foam pit is so hard to get out of lol but the kids would just lay in it Haha.

This is my great-granddaughters favorite place, to go, and she lives all the way, in Boston, Mass.!!! On her frequent visits, here, she begs me to constantly take her there. Weve been there, numerous times, since it opened, and it has really improved, due, to the constant presence, of the manager, who is always circulating, and interacting, with the customers, to make sure, that everyone is happy. I give this play place my highest recommendation, to families, with children.

Be careful when booking your birthday party here, their are a lot of things they don’t tell you until you get here. If I have a party with 12 kids why am I only allotted 10 bottles of water? And why do I have to pay for the two kids who came to the party who have memberships? It’s better to have a party somewhere else and then bring them here for activities. The time limit of two hours for the kids to play is ridiculous and if you want an extra hour it’s 9:99 per child. Check everything carefully before booking is all I have to say. The kids also said some of the staff was very rude to them.

The kids love this place. Reasonably priced with massage chairs, electrical outlets, and wifi for adults. I didnt use that stuff bc I was too busy jumping with the kiddos!

This. Place is awesome. This is the perfect place to tire out some kids. We have a blast Everytime we go.

Second time here and will be my last! Spent a lot of money for both my children to do all activities here. Unfortunately their registers were down at the food area and had to leave to get food, so not only did my children lose 45 minutes of playing that I paid for, but I also had to eat outside in the 92 degree weather. Yes, I could’ve eaten in my air conditioned car, but I don’t leave my children unattended nor do I leave them alone at places.

I watched the kids as they had fun. A nice place to be inside and still have fun.

The kids had a blast but not too great a place if youre a non drinker. They DO serve alcohol so dont go too late and beat the party crowd.

Ill give this place 5 stars when they add a few more places for the parents to sit.

This place is nice. Took my nephew for his first visit there on Friday. Soon as I walked in before I paid I realized there was a height chart for certain rides. One person said my nephew was tall enough for everything then a second associate said he wasn’t he even made him remove his shoes when clearly he was y’all enough. The associate that was working in the area where all of the clear plastic balls were, she was VERY inattentive as I watch several kids including my nephew sink down UNDERNEATH the balls, their heads were underneath and other lids had to go and try to rescue them. I suggest that in this area you guys put a worker on the area they go in side of and the area on the other side they get out of. It seems to be dangerous when there is only one worker she was not friendly and was not paying attention couldn’t get her name because she had her badge turned around she did have braids and glasses. I suggest putting guys in this area to so they could go in and get the lids if they do get stuck. This young lady had no thrill to be working at a place for kids and I never saw her go in to get any kids who were trapped.

We came with the school, and Shajuana made sure that all the kids were having a great time. She even gave them an Icee, if they had a lil bump or bruise. Thanks Shajuana for making our group feel extra special. The kids didnt want to leave. We love Urban Air.
