Really shopping at this amazing store!! The staff are tremendous. Shopping here is such a pleasurable experience due to the very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Lilly and Mac, the two sales girls really provided tip top service and the store has everything. I will spread the word

Absolutely love this store!! Used to come in about every week to every 2 weeks. Ive been super busy lately so I havent had a chance to come back in. I left all my stuff about 5 hours away so I need to replenish my stock. I definitely recommend this store to everyone I know who I think would be interested! Only downside is I wish they had a website with their current stock and prices! Or at least a VIP punch card type thing where like every 10 purchases you get like 10 or 15 percent off.

Aria and Becca were amazing! We came in late and we are people who are new to experimenting. Its already nerve wrecking going into a shop like this, but Becca and Aria were so helpful and whenever we had questions they had all the answers. They cut our time being there in half! Instead of having to look everything up online and read reviews, they knew how to answer every questions. They made me and my boyfriend feel so comfortable.

Just purchased an LED light up vibrator and the light doesnt work and of course all sales are final. Just do yourself a favor and skip this place, order online or go to another shop.

Take it from me, I stopped by because I’m from out of town, and I was underwhelmed the minute I walked in. Very little selection, EVERYTHING is easily marked up $20-$30. You’re better off just ordering off Amazon or an actual authentic retailer website.

I just left the store about 30 minutes ago.And i have to say,it seems nothing like the old location.Doesnt have near the selection.And only one person working and seemed to be more worried about feeling out paper work with a customer or whoever to even notice or speak to other customers.Much less say ill be with you in a minute or soon as i can.Will never go back.Should have listened to the other bad reviews and not gone.

This is a three part review: First I have to say, with any business you will have good and bad thats just life. Around November of 2018 I purchased several items from this store. I realized that I had been over charged and one item was broken it had not been checked. I contacted the store, the next day I received a call from a gentleman whom I believe to be the manager. He was extremely apologetic and handled the situation. Which is why I returned 7 days ago. Second part is in regards to the staff, for the most part I have not received any bad service. All staff seem to be friendly and knowledgeable. I want to say that the last time I was there the young woman that was working helped me get exactly what I was looking for. THANK YOU!! Last part is the bad review: as I entered the building their were two older men standing at the front of the counter, talking to the clerk.That night I had went alone and I was regretting my decision, I was extremely uncomfortable with the whole situation. Someone needs to remind these men that they are not at a bar, picking up women. Its NOT okay to invaded my privacy, question me about everything I am purchasing.

Low quality toys that malfunction after a short period of time, sold at jacked up prices. Every toy (battery powered or rechargeable) Ive purchased from here has stopped working randomly after only a month or so since buying. Ill take my business online from now on. Too many dollars wasted.

Their up charges on their products are ridiculous. malfunctions easily so I suggest you get as warranty with every product bought

I love coming into this store and buying new things to spice things up. I tried this spot on cream by Doc Johnson and it worked in so many way. Let just say I went back and bought more.

Went in for a question, and left with a smile on my face and merchandise. Those salesmen (young lady and guy) really knew what they were doing. And they have such a great attitude even at 9 in the evening. I recommend it to anybody because its not a bad place to go.

I bought a $960 item and they took it out to check it and forgot to put the power cord back in it I live almost 2 hours away the clerk told me they would mail it too me they didnt and in 2 weeks the gears stripped out after I bought a $30 Walmart cord I will never shop at this store again

I was basically denied access and told it is the law that I must present ID. But Im not buying liquor or cigarettes. Ive lived in Houston for 8 years and frequent the adult stores.But great thing about the Texas adult stores I do not have to show ID to buy sex toys or the like. I had friends accompany me who were willing to purchase pasties but after I was told to step behind the line, because I didnt have my ID I decided to not patronize the store and left. Such bad business and I honestly do not recommend anyone visit this store. I was probably 15 years the store clerks elder and she talked to me as if Im a high school student. So now I wanna know if this really the FL law and not some discriminatory act of the store.

Great selection. DVDs .Sex toys ..etc . However .Be prepared to pay 35 40 bucks for 2 movies .... And spend at least a couple hundred bucks to spice up your night .

I love this store

Today, was my 1st time visiting the adult store. I walk-in, I received no salutation. Instead, I was immediately bobarded by a man asking for my ID and my bag. I said, my bag, you mean my purse? He says, yes, its big enough to stick something in there. And I was carring a very small purse only big enough to fit my wallet in. If a business wont trust me to shop in their store, why would I trust them to hold my bag. They are insane. Im not going through those barriers to spend money with this business.

Highly reccomend for couples. Im not embarrassed or ashame of going in there or leaving a review. They should have more customers.

The young lady never greeted me once entering the store. The customer service is horrible. The manager at this location takes matters way to seriously. I would never spend my money at this store. Staff is rude, very dry and stale, not friendly at all.

First owner I ever met that doesnt want your business. Its weird. Snarky remarks and rudeness for no reason whatsoever
