Its so lovely having a local forest walk like this one. Theres so many different paths that you could come here every weekend for a month and still not walk down every trail. Just be careful to wear boots if its raining!

Lots of single track trail but not the place to come if you have hippophobia... I dont. Few people, lots of room to roam.

So many trails to follow! This was not what I was expecting...I was pleasantly surprised! I let my 6-year-old pick which trail to take at every fork. She had a good time, and I can only imagine she was loving the sense of freedom & autonomy. We did have to dodge a surprising amount of piles of horse poop, but that was not a deterrent. I definitely plan to return when I have a whole afternoon to kill

Nice local trails. We ride our bikes sometimes. Or walk. People ride horses there also.

A nice easy walk for the most part but be sure to wear shoes that can handle the mud and occasional horse droppings. While most of the trail was well maintained there are some spots where roots have poked through and the trails are narrow, so if you have mobility concerns definitely bring a walking cane.

I grew up in a house next to the park. In the 1980s, my parents helped the community save it from becoming a mobile home park. Now we have this great natural land full of great easy hikes - the same hikes I took to the school bus every morning...

It’s okay. Lock your car and don’t leave valuables in it. It’s in a sketchy neighborhood.

Wow! Only saw 1 used , and no , or on my walk. I wouldnt go alone since the trails are hidden and not many people go here, unless you have protection. At least the city bus doesnt run near it, so that may explain why it hasnt gone to yet.The trails can get muddy in places.

Trails are wide and park is well kept. No garbage or litter around. Hardly anyone there (on a Saturday afternoon).

Okay for an adventure but not the best trail in the area. Id recommend Swan Creek if you want a good trail for kids and dogs!
