This is literally the worst designed skatepark I have ever seen. I like the idea of little parks tucked away like this but with evreything so close together in this small spot and steep slopes which pick up a lot of speed and go straight into a wall the place is pretty much unskatable. If it was expanded by knocking out the ledge at the bottom of the stairs it could be made pretty cool, the current setup just didn’t do it though.

What a waste of tax payer money. The design is horrible. The whole park runs right into a wall. Wed be happier with a few ledges, a flat bar and cover over it so we can actually skate it when it rains all year long.

Very small and it has no flow to it. The banks and stairs lead to a wall only a few feet away. Doesnt seem like a skatepark that had a design with input from skaters.

Sketchy little park! The few time I have taken my kids down to this park the homeless have been either on the out skirts in the woods or occupying the restroom. Not really a place to leave anyone young alone not unaccompanied by a responsible adult.

I Saw that there wasn’t any actual pictures of skatepark itself so I added my own pictures. This skatepark is pretty small, the big center ledge has a granite coping rather than traditional steel coping. There is a big quarter pipe separate from the main area but its a couple feet away. The Quarter is bigger than the ones at Stewart Heights/ 56th st skatepark, but it goes down into a mini pump track.Over all it’s a pretty nice skatepark, I had a lot of fun on the big quarter. In My opinion the 56th st skatepark is better because it’s bigger and there’s a bit more variety.
