What a wonderful Theater in Tacoma. Seats though older were very comfortable and the lighting adds to the ambiance. The sound is perfect for the size of the theater. I will definitely check out more upcoming events at the Rialto.

This is a treasure. Love the history, groups associated this venue are Historic foundations, Tacoma symphony board. Major venues for presentations. Beautiful movie theater. Save and support the historic district.

This is a fabulous theater to catch a musical! The original theater theme and decor is gorgeous and rich. Ive seen a few shows from various vantage points. Not a bad seat in the house. Good location in Tacoma, close to restaurants and shops. Make a weekend of it!

The acoustics in this theater are wonderful but the seats and interior have no changed since at least the 1950s.

An immaculate theater but really could use some updating. Most of the theater is wonderful, great designs and art spread throughout but the chairs are uncomfortable after awhile. There is definitely an old smell to the place too, for anyone whos been to an antique store you know what I mean. Overall it was a great experience and would definitely go back.

Neat old school theater. We went and saw Red Green there and it seem decently suited for that but could have been better, biggest thing was theres not much in the way of waiting space. I assume it des well as a place for stage theater better though rather than a one man show.

We attended Kkocdooseh. It was a wonderful showcase of Korean culture. The seat cushions however need to be replaced. We might as well been seated on a wooden pew.

Lovely, vintage, great venue. Lobby/crowd flow difficult. But these type theaters always are. Patience. The angle of seats is great to allow for good sight lines to stage even from rear.

We were at the Rise Up - Hamilton Tribute. The show itself was great and would love to see it again, but not in that theater. Seats are uncomfortable, it was hot as hell inside and I started feeling a little claustrophobic. To add the seats are hard to sit down in being tall with bad knees.

Wonderful shows, but tortuously tight seats. Had to leave the last one because of a big man sitting next to me. I couldnt contort long enough to escape his touch. Not going back because of the tiny seats, built for tiny 1920s people.
