This place is huge (4 floors) and so many unique cars and vehicles from a variety of eras and places! Love the big windows overlooking the water on ground floor. The floor set-up is always changing so theres new vehicles to see every visit. So many fun activities and things to do for car lovers as young as my toddler (on hold for the time-being due to Covid.) Never crowded. Getting a membership was the best decision for our family. My son loves this place, so we come often.

If you like cars even a tiny bit this is a collection worth spending time with. There are so many amazing cars here! In addition to the cars there are interactive displays and driving simulators you can use as well. There are also hundreds of Honda motorcycles spanning nearly their entire history in the US. I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed the entire museum and the history each car represents. If you are in the area this is absolutely worth at least a couple hours worth of your time.

Went here for the first time this past weekend and let me say the collection is outstanding. The Cadillac display on the first floor was breathtaking and my favorite part of the museum (and the old 1921 Stutz Fire Engine). I deeply enjoyed looking at not only the cars, but reading all the rich history of each model throughout the museum. This museum also had an interactive display area for children. I would love to return with my father so he can see all the classics from when he was a child. I highly recommend this place if you have that “old classic car” love.

My car-loving guys had a fun time here. They have a giant collection of cars from many eras and uses. There is a fun little play area for littles to interact and play. We designed several cars and race them. There are a few places to watch videos and interact with displays to learn more. There are a few racing simulator games and a slotcar track that cost extra. They also give you a photo as a take home souvenir (free). One of my favorites was the view of Tacoma from the main floor deck. We had a fun time overall.

What a beautiful building! Facility was exceptionally clean. Selection of cars were good. Some classics ranging in ages, race cars, motorcycles and then an import section. Remember to check your parking space number, they will ask for it when you purchase a ticket- saves you from running back to the parking lot to check. They advertise as; America’s car museum. I would have liked to see a more structured historical exhibit of automotive advancement from the American auto makers, they do have quite a selection of beautiful American automobiles. Still worth a visit for any car lover.

This museum exceeded all my expectations. Ive been interested in cars since I was a kid and when I brought my family here I was hesitant because I wasnt sure it would be as interesting for them. To my surprise both my wife and 4 year old son had a great time. The museum is much larger than it appears from the outside and the displays are laid out in a way that allows for a walk through the entire museum with very little overlap. Theres a kids area that my whole family enjoyed and a free family picture was icing on the cake. My only criticism is that the cafe wasnt able to offer many hot beverages because their espresso machine was broken leaving just hot tea or drip coffee to sip on while enjoying the view overlooking the main exhibit area. Before I forget to mention it I want to also recognize the extremely helpful and friendly staff located throughout the facility, their knowledge of the cars and facility made the visit something we wont forget and we look forward to going back very soon.

They have floor after floor of pretty much any type of car you can think of and they rotate out cars and get loaners from other places and people all the time. Plus the have events almost weekly. Everything from awards ceremonies to fashion shows, even drive up kids movies. The gift shop is a car person heaven. This is one of those places you dont expect when you walk through the doors. Youll come here for an hour, but stay for three. Your friends will say were not really car people, but then have an incredible time.
