Its not bad. Usually quiet. Buy a security camera for the odd carport violation.

Better than most places in this a area. Nice managers, my neighbors are good. Still not the best area, my car has been broken into, and mail taken but it seemed to be kid- related from the items that were taken. For a 55+ park with no kids under 18 ( i thought was a perk )living in the park, there are a ton of little kids. But quiet fir the mid-day part.

Heres the issue,IF,a tenant has a legitimate issue,its turned to a blamethe tenant,not taking responsibility,,my and others experience,All requests must be in writing,when thus done,either outright ignored, or,seemingly, seeking to find fault with the tenant.Having attempted to locate owner has been an exercise in futility. Do live quietly, abiding by lease agreement, seemingly, selective as to whom the target is,again,seemingly, based upon raising legitimate issues.Terribly sad.

I have lived here for over 20 years. Great managers who also take care of all problems in park. 50 plus mobile home park.

Village Green has had some problems with clearly defining their age limit in the past and that was primarily a management issue. As a resident for going on six pls years Ive experienced the best and worst of those. However we now have excellent managers on site and I and the other residents Ive spoken with agree the new managers Dede and her husband are doing a great job! The park is clean and well maintained and they seem to go above and beyond to help tenents!

A nicer mobile home park, with great trees and less crowded layout of lots. Calm & quiet

Crowded, bike stolen, weird neighbors and they didnt return the $50 mailbox key deposit.
