I came here for a Tuesday Shambhala meditation session. It was great. I love the location and environment.

Great environment and really good class for first timers (I am new to aerial yoga myself). The class is done at a good pace and the moves are challenging enough, but not overwhelming. And the instructor, Priscilla is the best, very positive and friendly. Highly recommend this studio!

I absolutely love coming to this place. There is always an excellent, healing vibe and I always leave my visits feeling refreshed and renewed and ready to take on the rest of my day. If you ever have a chance to attend one of their vendor/craft fairs, a community event, or even an appointment with one of the many fantastic practitioners here -- I absolutely recommend coming and letting yourself be healed.
