Although old and if u thing about it, it is dirty, but i really can’t say bad of it bc i had so much fun with my sisters, cousins, and family friends here. every kid has fun here not only bc of the jungle gym but the arcade, food, laser tag, and prizes. i’m turning 15 soon and looking back at it this was the go to place while i was at a single digit age. i hope they survive during this covid crisis bc it’d suck to see them go after being in business for sooooo long

I may be turning 20 in November, but the pictures alone bring back so many great memories of this place that I almost cried. This was like my own little personal Disneyland as a child. This place was PURE ECSTACY and I had the time of my life every time I went here and would throw a fit when I had to leave. Unsure of how this place is now, but I would love to find an excuse to come back, lol. Thanks for the perfect childhood memories

We had a blast! The staff are amazing & very helpful. The laser tag was a BIG hit!! We had air much fun! The arcade games were great too. The down side; due to the size, there are not enough games, tables and room to move freely around.

Great one-stop shop for kids. Laser tag is a must, great fun for the whole family. They have a token system. You buy tokens and the kids use this token coins to play games and redeem tickets as points. The tickets are used to get toys and candy. If as a parent you come alone make sure to bring something to read/watch while the kids run around having fun. A great way to pass a rainy day... And there are plenty of those!!!

I have been to many such places in other states like North Carolina but this one is the best so far and my kids love it. The games are fun and inexpensive to play and the kids play area is great. They charge $10 per kid for the play area where the nets and obstacles are and it is well worth the money.

It is a good places for kids. The food looks like standard cafeteria fare. The games room is decent but they still use the older ticketing method which is fun for the young. The playroom is excellent with multiple areas for kids to romp through. The race track is surprisingly fun. Parking is excellent and it is on transit routes. Bathrooms are ok. Staying is very young which is cool that they are learning responsibility but expect mistakes. They have free WiFi.

My kiddos like it here but it is not well kept or well managed and is overpriced for what you get. I never see anyone wiping down tables or the play structures or games, its basically a germ factory there. The bathroom is always out of soap and the hand sanitizers empty. The food is decent however the kitchen staff doesnt wear gloves. When I was there over the weekend there was one woman handling the register and the food. She would ring a customer up and then handle the food after handing the register, no gloves or hand washing in between. Her nails were so long and sharp that she probably would have poked through a glove had she tried to use one. It was cringe worthy. They also dont seem to have any attendants walking around to make sure rules are followed, which didnt work out well since a large majority of the parents there spent zero time actually watching their children. The bigger kids were taking over the 4 and under structure which left the little kids no where to play. Over all there is a great play area but we tend to avoid going here due to the above reasons.

I came here for a birthday party on a Saturday. It was so busy and felt so chaotic. I would not return. The gaming area is deceptive as there are mirrors, so it looks big but isnt. The jungle gym area was huge and the kids enjoyed it, but there were just SO many people. The birthday room was TINY. It fit about 10 kids at the table and 3 standing adults. The rest of the adults had to wait outside the room. If there were less people it probably would have been a better experience. Also the bathrooms were in disarray the whole time, so I felt like cleanliness was not on there top priority. I will say the staff member who was our party host was very kind and helpful and really great with the kids.

Our kifs like this place for their childrens (our Grand childrens) birthday parties, since they can play on so many different things and odyssey does the clean upI only gave it three stars because its so noisy, the pizza is pretty good... I guess its just not my kind of place. But the grand kids seem to like it.

Great place to take your children without feeling like you have nothing to do yourself. Although it would be nice if there were more gaming options, my family had a blast.

This is always a fun time. I have been here with kids from age ranges 6 to 13. Kids and parents all had fun and the pizza was pretty good. Theres often a line waiting to cash in your tickets but the prices are definitely better than Chuck-E-Cheese and definitely less chaotic. The little kids have the climbing room the bigger kids have laser tag. There was something for everyone in our group. We walked away with a nice Spider-Man mug and a Seahawks pennant. Definitely a step up from the plastic vampire teeth and candy from the competitor. Service staff was nice

Been here for a few bday parties. It’s fine. As a kid, it’s great. As an adult, it’s a bit more frustrating. Pizza isn’t bad. Staff are friendly. Tokens go fast in the arcade and the tickets you receive are, as usual, essentially worthless in the shop where you exchange them. Nice staff have rounded up tix for us on the past.

I was desperately searching for indoor activities for my 7 year old daughter after the rain came and we had to cancel our outdoor plans. This place came up in my search and it is amazing! It isn’t expensive to play in the jungle gym, the arcade is cheap (so are the toys you can win with your tickets, but that is typical) and it was hours of fun. It’s hard to find affordable activities around here. This is one of them and worth every penny. Bring a book and let your kids explore the indoor jungle gym for a couple hours.

Very safe, very clean, at the time we went it was not super busy , but I can imagine this place gets packed. Loved it though.

Arcade and jungle gym area. The place is clean and reasonably priced. The areas arent supervised by anyone that works there. The older kids used the toddler area which was a bit scary for the smaller kids avoiding being pushed or knocked over.

I love this place such a great place to play Lazer tag! My wife, my best friend and I use to go every weekend. We stopped going as often after they told employees that they could no longer play with us. It was more enjoyable having extra players to play with us. 3 rounds for 15 is a ok deal but I also think that if they offered an unlimited play option we would come in more often again. All in all it a great experience. Just allow your employees to play against small teams again or be allowed to join games to even teams out.

Ive loved this place for years. My son had his 1st birthday party here and 13 years later, were still playing laser tag and games. Theyve done a nice job bringing in new arcade games over the years.

Arcade machines are used often and it can show, otherwise a great place for kids and fun.

Very unpleasant!!! Came to have fun and I asked this woman zoie where the bathroom was and she gave me attitude and told me to look for it myself. When I politely asked again she just rolled her eyes and walked away. Otherwise the food was delicious and the games were fun.

Odyssey 1 is a great place to have fun the laser tag and the arcade is awesome the play area is fun but very hectic and some tight squeezes when there is like 15 kids come towards you I have had lots of fun here just try to book a party before the rush hour when all the parties start

We love this place. Most of the kids games are only one token so they cam play tons of games for a lot less $. They also have a good variety of prizes so you can still get something the kids will like even if you dont have a ton of tickets. And they have lots of games with 200 or 500 ticket bonuses. We come often and have a great time with only $20 or so.

Cool place for the kiddos, my nieces birthday party was there..the only bummer was we had to sit outside the empty party room for 10 minutes because that’s when her time started but it was empty I was ready to go they could’ve let us in. But They made balloon animals

Awesome arcade! Lots of games to choose from and you get a better value than other arcades in the area. If you get $20 of tokens, you get 20 tokens free, so youre getting $25 worth for $20. Where a game would take four tokens at a different place, its only three tokens here. And theyre generous with the tickets and have lots of prizes to choose from. Really great value for your money and a nice place to take the kids.

The best lazer tag game ever! There was once a time when teenagers and adults could go into that play area, though. Theres plenty of space in there. I dont understand why they wont let anyone anymore...

We were only there for about an hour or so, won over 800 tickets!!! Pretty fun for all ages!

Concession stand has ALOT to be said about. Dont bug them they are doing their job chatting to each other. Other then that the kids seem to enjoy it.

Love it! Your daily admission per child I believe it’s about $7ish for the huge playground. They also have arcade games but I haven’t played those in maybe 5-10 years but I always thought they were fun. Last time we went my son wasn’t old enough to have a long enough attention span so we didn’t even bother. Laser tag is awesome I did play a while back. The pizza is pretty good and comes out quick. The only reason why this isn’t a 5 star review is for the simple fact that yes they have the 2 playgrounds for younger kids and older kids. Well my son as many other kids would rather go on the 5 and up I believe it is. The playground is so big you can’t see where you child is and I am not one to let a 3 year old at the time be out of my site. So that means whenever we would go I am climbing through with him and that really kills the knees. I’m not even a quarter of a century old yet and it is still painful. They should sell knee pads, I would totally buy them. Or maybe rent them out.

I have been to odyssey 1 for my daughters previous birthday. It was great! However this year 26 January 2020 this was not the case. We were there for the normal 1 hour of play before pizza and presents. No problem. At 10min after the pizza was suppose to start nobody has announced its time. I go up to the counter. They told me the hostess was on her break and she would be out in 4 minutes. Already 15minutes into pizza time. I asked for the party to be extended. They said they could do that. Sweet that helped. But then the hostess barely said two words. Shane didnt even introduce herself. She served the pizza and left for an extended period of time before starting the cupcakes. She closed the door and turned out the lights. Then nothing. So I counted down to start singing happy birthday. Then she left again. With the kids getting restless, I had my daughter start to open up her presents . She then walked in and was going to start the balloon animals. She let my daughter continue to open her gift before the balloon animals. No problem there either. But then she didnt even say what was happening. Not that the kids didnt know they were going to get balloon animals but have some life in your hosting. Someone with energy needs to be the hostess not someone who seems like they dont want to be there. I get people have bad days but this was ridiculous.

It was great. My grandson had his birthday party there again this year and it was wonderful he had an awesome time.

Omg! My kids love this place. Its better on your budget than Chuck E Cheese. For $20 you can get 100 tokens and most of the games only use 1 or 2 tokens. The big win games take 4. Theres always different little and big toys the kids can choose from when they turn in their tickets. Theres a kitchen to order kid food favorites ie: pizza, chips, soda, etc. On the other side is a play are for kids to crawl and climb. I think you they even have laser tag and you can host birthday parties and events there. They now have a machine to buy tokens that takes a debit or credit card, so theres no need to carry cash on you if you dont want to. Its located all the way in the back corner of the parking lot.

My daughter liked the bounce thing in the play area. My step-son liked how big the play area was. Was not too interested in the arcade area.The area was clean and service was quick. I just wish the place was larger. That way the wiggle scooter has more room to move around.

Fun and spacious:Our children had a great time here. To save some money we went to a local fast food restaurant and then came back to continue playing. Theres a lot a chair available at this location. Odyssey 1 also offers birth day packages for the special occasion. I recommend you this place.

This is a fun place to take kids. They have a great obstacle course thats multi level, a ball pit for the younger kids, and an arcade that gives tickets. Theres also a Lazer tag place there as well which is also good. Seems like a fun place to have a birthday party for the young ones.

Great place for family get togethers and childrens birthday parties. Staff are very nice. Only 4 stars as they do not serve any drinks with alcohol at all. There are a few other places like this for the family that do serve alcohol. Makes it a lot easier for the adults to tolerate all the noise and kids running around if they can have a drink or 2.

Children enjoyed themselves a lot. The food was favorable and the games were fun and easy for the children. Everyone was a winner. Great place for children 2 and up, they had a great time. By the way, the staffs customer service was nice as well.

What you expect from your typical non corporate fun center. Its a nice and relaxing place to take the family. Snack bar is surprisingly decent on prices as well as quality. Only down side is there is a open play area in which they charge up to $12 a kid. Other than that its a nice local establishment.

The birthday party package was a rip off. The host was non existent, we either couldnt find her or she was leaning on the counter playing on her phone. There wasnt any energy or enthusiasm. The kids each got 10 coins and made out with about 19 to 21 tickets. They were disappointed. Laser tag was a ton of fun. The pizza was sitting on our table n the kids ran up and started grabbing it so I stepped in and tried to serve it but the pizza wasnt cut well enough. When our host did come serve the pizza she ripped it and the toppings came off. She gave one guest who wanted cheese pepperoni and gave the other guest who wanted pepperoni,cheese pizza. The staff member named Key came up n told me that my host should be serving the she food and she would go find her. I had to ask key several different times to go find our host. Kee was amazing and deserves her credit. Jayden our host forgot one of the gifts and one of the mothers had to come up n ask me if we got their gift n then we went n tracked it down. It was still in the gift bin. We complained to the manager Taylor and she did nothing to rectify the situation. She said sorry I hope you come back. After sitting outside talking with our guests we decided to go ask for someone higher up. She said she couldnt give the information but she could take my name and number and have the general manager call me. They said he would be calling in ten minutes. He never called.

Went there for school outing. There is a no outside food ban. Unfortunately, a lot of people have food restrictions and the food they have is not something I am able to eat. The school was allowed to bring lunches, but either get food that works for all people or make it clear that under some circumstances it is allowed. There is ADA laws in place. And we were not asked if we had restrictions. The young woman just made it clear no outside food. There was a sign at the front door as you enterBut in any case I felt discriminated. So I just sat and was not able to enjoy my granddaughter. I didnt want to make a fuss in front of all the kids and other adults. I feel my medical issues are private.

Not a bad place to take the kids. Not fancy by any means but both of the kids loved to climbing tubes. The arcade area was very crowded, hot and smelled of BO. Laser tag was ok, room was small and none of the kids knew anything about being tactical. All in all it was a fun day.

Awful! Wish I could give it a negative rating. Took my special needs 3 year old daughter on their military free day. We met with some friends their kids and we were treated very disrespectfully. My daughter cant eat normal food they sell there so I brought her food like we have done many times before. This time however, they did not want to warm up her puree. They also made us and my friends kids eat outside on the floor because you are not allowed to bring in outside food. We understand that, but weve come plenty times before and never had issues with them warming up the food and letting us eat inside. Their response this time was you cant eat in here because we sell food and you need to buy our food. When they told us that, we bought some of their hotdogs and pizza but still refused to let us eat inside. Needless to say we will not be attending anymore.

Everything awesome about this place! Grandkids just love it! Food is 10 out of 10. Pizza is hot, delicious, full of flavor and cheese! Games are new, updated, work well and low cost! The kids loved Laser tag as well as the huge toy gym on the opposite side! They never wanted to leave! At the end of our journey, they traded in their tickets. The gifts provided for kids trading in their tickets are great, not cheap and kids are happy! Oma will go back anytime with the kids. Lovely atmosphere!

We had an amazing time, and will be back! We took our oldest son with our long time friends and thier son, and it was amazing! We played about 3-4 rounds of laser tag. Lots of GOOD games and LOTS of prizes to trade the tickets in for compared to other places. They had this HUGE jungle gym that we will defiantly have to bring our youngest for. We didnt go in the jungle gym area but I could not help but stare over there it was so awesome. As this being my first time here and have gone to many other places this was defiantly a hit.

Went there for my 17th birthday party and it was really fun. Laser tag with friends, arcade games (especially air hockey), and interesting prizes led up to an amazing experience.

They jungle gym side keeps my kids (3 & 6 yo) occupied for 3-4 hours. The arcade can use some updating and the water fountain was out a few times but I cant complain with a place that allows me to get 3 hours of solid work done while my kids can act as crazy as they want! They have a toddler section but the big kids are constantly in there and staff doesnt regulate. So it may not be the best place if you have children 2 and younger that are bothered by kids jumping and running all around them. You can sign up for their loyalty program and get a free visit after 10 check ins as well.

Amazing place, especially on a rainy day! There is a plethora of mazes children can go through that is built within the playplace. Its one fee for the whole day. There is a cutoff age for the playground; however there are other things for older children to enjoy like arcade games and laser tag. The food is alright, but a little on the expensive side. They also do birthday parties that can be customized for the birthday child. Overall, we really enjoyed it and would go back in a heartbeat.

Its a fun place for the kids, great pizza too. Doesnt break the wallet like Chuck E Cheese.This specific location needs a face lift though. I went at sun down and even with my GPS It took a little more effort to find, the sign isnt well lit so people with less than perfect vision might not even see it at night.

The customer service isnt great where you get the food. They are slow, and sit on theyre phones instead of making the food. Waited 45 minutes for hot dogs and chicken nuggets, and the place was almost empty.

Odyssey 1 has been around for many years. Surprisingly it isnt run down or dirty. They have kept the place up. Kids 10 and under love the maze play area. There is an arcade and laser tag for the older kids. Give them 10 bucks and set them loose.

The kids had a blast. As a parent the best part is that it has a seperat indoor play play park, classic arcade/carnival games mixed with new, and the facility is kept very clean considering how many children have their hands mouths and feet all over everything. The downside is the staff is young so there is high turnover and service can be hit or miss exceptionally great or nonexistent, and it is always loud with the sounds of laughter, crying, conversation, games, and all other sounds you would expect from a child play facility. I would recommend this place for children from 5 to up to around 11 - 12 years old.

Had a great time at odyssey1 , only thing I see wrong is that you should really watch your child because there is no way that they keep track of who is leaving with what child . So pay attention and as you always should WATCH your child and generally look out for all children . As the saying goes, It takes a tribe to raise a child
