I showed up right after the lady working had put the closed sign up but decided to try my luck and see if I could look at the place and ask a few questions about scheduling a birthday party for my daughter. I was expecting her to say sorry we just closed and I would of totally understood but I was extremely surprised by how welcoming and friendly she was. She answered all of my questions, let me check the place out, showed me the available booking dates and times all while my 1 year old daughter was running all over the place exploring the toys. After that I most definitely will be booking my daughters birthday with them. She was awesome!

Great place to bring your kids and Sandra is the best. She is the reason we come back. Stuff for the babies and older ones to do. Also great for parties.

We have held my son’s birthday party here twice now and it is THE BEST. They have a “host” (Sandra is amazing!!) who helps set everything up when you arrive. She also serves cake, cleans up, makes sure all items are organized and in order...she does EVERYTHING. For a toddler’s birthday party, I experienced no stress because of how well taken care of we were. Also, you get the entire place when you reserve so you don’t have to worry about kids with strangers or having random people around. Guests have also raved about how great of a place it is after both birthday parties. They do a great job with all the play options for different ages. Overall, can’t recommend enough for kids birthday parties!

We had the most wonderful relaxing time. I went with 5 friends. We had the autumn tea. It was fantastic. The food was wonderful. Served in courses at just the right rate. The service was superb. You could barely mention something and there it was. The tea shop was all decorated for Christmas and delightfully beautiful. Really put you in the spirit. Definitely something I would want to do again.

The staff is amazing. Sandra went above and beyond to make sure EVERYONE was happy and well taken care of.Her attitude was so bright and cheerful. If I could give them a 10, I would.

Fun, intimate space for a young childs birthday. My 3 yr old twin grandchildren loved it. Unlike the usual bored and grumpy staff, the woman working there was as sweet and helpful as you could ask for. That made all the difference. Congrats! You have a winner!

The host, Sandra, is fantastic. Shes extremely helpful and friendly, and a joy to work with. The bounce houses are a lot of fun for the kids, and they all have a blast.The facility itself needs a bit of work (else this would be a 5 star review). There are some maintenance issues which need to be seen to, such as the air hockey table that needs to be unplugged and replugged in order to start a new game, and the toddlers merry-go-round thing that is entirely broken. The young childrens play area was also very dirty, with leftover food crumbs from a previous party still on the floor.

Sandra was an amazing host! We went thinking she would just be there but no she did it all! Set up, clean up, interacted with the kids not only as Minnie but out of costume! She was very friendly & welcoming from the time we walked in the door. She explained how she would keep us on track with the kids playing, presents & cake! The kids had a blast & can’t wait to go for open bounce times!

Perfect venue! Our kids had a blast and it was so nice having a private party.Our hostest was incredible, helping with set up, tear down, and just being warm and welcoming.Very clean as well! Will def be back!

The place is actually very small, and there only a few bouncy things there. The older kids love it (in thinking over 5) but theres not much to do for the little ones.I took my 22 months old grandbaby and we were really hoping for a good time, unfortunately I couldnt get her to relax enough to try and enjoy it. The older kids were bouncing around everywhere (which is what they were there to do) but they were being rude and bouncing close to her and scaring her. So we kept having to move to the other ones but they of course followed us.We ended up going to the toddler section, which is a small merry go round and a wooden Einstein puzzle and I had her get on the merry go round for a little while. The older kids even followed us there and the parents didnt seem to have much to say to them about being in that area so we left.In all fairness to the staff, they were nice and polite. Very friendly and helpful when I first got there. The place was clean and seemed well cared for. It was just small.

I have booked 3 years in a row with Bounce E House for my daughter’s party and I’ve always had a great experience! Very clean, affordable, accommodating and plenty to keep the kids busy and having fun! I love being able to bring my own food and this year, the party attendant Sandra was the most helpful and amazing person, we just can’t thank her enough! I would definitely recommend Bounce E House!

Very clean and perfect setting for an intimate party. Staff was always kind every time we encountered and our party host was eager to please! We had about 20 adults and 5 kids, and this place could have easily accommodated double. Will very likely use them again in the future!

Best place to throw kids party!!

The kids had a great time. The family brought in pizza, salad, goodie bags & drinks.This was my second time being here for a childs birthday party. The staff was great. If you have little ones, its perfect.

First off. Lemme warn people that this is a good place to host SMALL parties for 10 kids or less. If you have more than 10, trust me, book the party somewhere else. Two stars because the service I got from the two working on duty wasnt up to par for the amount of money that I paid for. I booked the party for the 12-2 slot but was being forced out 15 minutes early for the next party so I didnt get the whole 2hours. If youre planning on getting the special guest option, dont waste your money. The kid just stood there in corner away from the party and avoided the kids and when the kids came up to him, he just stood there like a statue. The kids couldnt even get a single wave from him. Dont get me wrong, its a good place to host a kids party but a small one. The basic package is all you need and dont spend extra money of the extra amenities. The party bags were a decent price though and thats about the only extra thing I would recommend getting. Also, they say all you need to bring is the food and drinks but they failed to note that they dont supply the table decorations and plates/forks. Dont let the pictures fool you, youll need to bring your own decorative touches. It was also smaller than expected. Thats about all.

I would give it 5 stars but when i just did both my kids partys there on Saturday the 27th there was a big mix up with paying i was being charged more then i was supposed to and the owner was trying to say i paid less then i already did even tho i had emails from them about my reservation and my oweing balance that showed how much i already paid and what i still owed and even our host of the party seen it and was trying to tell her boss also but still it did matter so much to him... But honestly other then that little problem all the kids had such a blast and all of us adults enjoyed ourselves as well the place was very clean and tons of space... They lady hosting our party there Sandra she was the best ever she really was amazing very very helpful and kind and really did so much to help us we truly cant thank her enough and if we do any more partys there we will not do them unless we get her again as our host i give her more then 5s and recommend her to all so if your thinking about doing a party there ask for her and you wont be disappointed at all i promise!! The kids had a blast, theres a area for the small kids to play, and the adults to play air hockey.My sister paid a little extra for the minion to come out and see the kids.Over all it was fun

I showed up and was met be the sweetest woman Sandra Young, she made my experance phenomenal. She was called to come in when someone called out and was a bit frazled and behind schedule, but was apologetic and so sincer. She hussled to get all the toys blown up and kept the place very clean while we were there, even vaccumed the place. I would definatly come back again.

Fun place for kid parties. Big kids and little kids will have fun bouncing. The 2 hour party seems to be almost long enough and its nice you can bring your own food

This place sounds really cool but it does not really follow through. There just were not that many bounce houses.

Its small but really fun for the kids (1 and 3 year olds). Bounce room, bounce toys, slides, air hockey, and a slow merry-go-round for the little ones. Two hours went by pretty fast. I noticed that unlike another popular bounce place, youre able to bring in your own food if youre throwing a birthday party - thats a bonus.

It was great and my kids and the other kids that joined in on the fun had a blast, then here comes Chase and he made the evening special for all of them. Thank you Bounce E House staff.

We had the best birthday party ever. My son still brags about it to his friends. All my guests had a great time and I got a friend booked a party there. Cant wait to go back there again. We even purchased their monthly membership. I am so glad we found this place close to home.

Went to a birthday party for my sons classmate here. The party was great and the kids had fun. The actual playroom with the bouncers was kind of small though. It was great for a small party of kids but more than 8 kids it would get crowded.

I STRONGLY advise you to NOT GO HERE !I have many witnesses who seen the things the worker did and were NOT HAPPY ! $320 was NOT worth it !I loved the place but the guy who was working was REALLY RUDE . First off he hovered over everyone the whole time ! Then one of my friends sons had cake on his face and the man working told him he can’t play unless he cleaned his face ( mind you he’s 2 ) he doesn’t know this man so he starts running off this worker decides to SNATCH him by his arm hard and it took him off his feet . I seen it and ran and grabbed him! Then while all the kids were eating he yelled at one of the 3 years olds saying “ eat over your plate , don’t let anything drop on the floor ! How can you have a CHILDRENS PARTY PLACE AND GET MAD IF FOOD FALLS ON THE FLOOR??? My party was ages 2 -6 maybe you guys should take away the younger kids toys and only allow big kids if it’s such a problem ! And again why was this man hovering all over my guests and there kids , I spent $320+ for a PRIVATE PARTY ! Why was he allowed to play with the kids (my child) and why was he hovering while they ate ? Definitely won’t ever come back and he’s very lucky i didn’t call the police for him grabbing the child the way he did !!!!

I had a birthday party here for my 6 year old. It was great! The kids all had a good time, facility was clean, and staff was friendly.

Would NOT recommend booking a party here due to poor communication with the staff and poor customer service. I called to inquire about the possibility of setting up the night before (they only allow 15 minutes which is crazy!) and was told to call back at 9:00 pm to confirm the last party was wrapping up. I called; no answer so I left a message. The following day, the owner claimed he had no missed calls or messages from me! No discounts, apologies, or efforts to make things right for the inconvenience or poor communication. I couldn’t believe it!

How do I contact the new owners? I see that they have replied to a few comments and would like to speak to them as soon as possible. Had a horrible experience with my daughters birthday party last year, with the owner not answering calls and the employee showing up an hour late to open the doors and set up, but am hopeful seeing that there are new owners.

It can be tough to find fun things to do with your kids around Tacoma INDOORS during the rainy season, so we are glad we found this place. We go there a lot. Great place you can go and play WITH your kids

Don’t post hours online, don’t answer phone to tell them.Got a groupon anyways, but they are only open for OpenPlay, driving weekdays when kids are in school anyway. Weekends are partys only.And even after going, I don’t even Know the weekday hours.Complete waste of time and a groupon.They only have 3, yes 3 inflatables.Don’t waste your gas.

Bounce E House is one of our favorites. Usually its not too busy and the kids have a blast. They have stuff for all ages and levels.

We were looking for a place were adults could bounce too and they let you so we tried but were disappointed with only 3 inflatables we could all go on. We will not return!
